"THE BEACH?!"

Chenle shrieked with horror.

"What's so bad about the beach?"

"THE OCEAN! THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE BEACH!"

Oh yeah.

I forgot Chenle was scared of water, especially the ocean.

"I mean, you don't have to go into the water. There's other things you can do at the beach"

"Really~? Like what~?"

"You can join us in a competitive volleyball match~, or even play ping-pong~"

"There's also the fact that you can play with a frisbee~"

Jeno and Jaemin cheered.

"I'm in~"

Chenle finally complied and went to get ready.

Everyone else scattered away to get ready as well.

2 Hours Later
Haeju Beach

The moment we got to the beach, Aurora dashed to the sand and started making sand castles.

Of course, Jaemin decided to go help her.

"If you need us, we'll be sunbathing"

Doyoung, Ten, and Geno went towards the beach chairs to relax.

Jisung said nothing and just jumped into the water.

Nora and Serafina went to go collect seashells.

Kou and Chenle went to go play with the frisbee.

Taeyong and Kun went to cook an early dinner. Eunji joined them of course, sitting on Taeyong's shoulders.

Xiaojun, Hendery, and YangYang took it upon themselves to bury Taeil in the sand.

Johnny, Yuta, Jaehyun, and Sicheng went to go play ping-pong.

And finally, Jay, Yukhei, and Mark went up against Jeno, Donghyuck, and Jungwoo in volleyball.

"Wanna walk with me~? Now we have a chance to talk~"

I asked Suko, holding my hand out to her.

She nodded, and took my hand.

"So Injunie, some of the others told me about what happened at the HDJ, concerning the huge power-up you had when Hyuckie got hurt"

"Oh..., y-yeah..."

"Do you even know how that happened??"

"I'm not really sure... Something always happens to me when one of them gets hurt. It happened a while ago before we met. This was back when I couldn't control my powers, but Chenle got hurt and started crying. I just went berserk"

"Mmm..."

"Then it happened again during our war with Leiyong. Jisung got hurt and Donghyuck almost died by sacrificing his life to save Chenle. I had better control over my powers at that point though"

"Then at the HDJ..."

"Yuta-hyung hurt Donghyuck. Seeing him cry just really made me mad. Luckily, Jay was there to help me, otherwise, I might've hurt Yuta-hyung and the others more that I would've liked..."

"To me, it sounds like that seeing someone you care about getting hurt, as well as seeing them crying with despair, awakens a big power hidden within you. And the angrier you get, the stronger that power gets"

"Not only that, it also feels like I bring out more of that power every time. The first time, Chenle said I just became a very unstable shadowy figure. The second time, I awakened my demonic and angelic powers, and my horns and tail showed up. Then at the HDJ, it was just a completely different power-up..."

"He went super saiyan without actually being a saiyan!"

Donghyuck yelled whist serving the ball to Jay.

"Basically... But instead of gold, my hair turned green-"

"And his eyes were red instead of brown!"

Jay yelled, receiving the serve.

"And he was able to use green fire!"

Mark also yelled, setting the ball and Yukhei successfully spiked it, earning their point.

"Darn..."

Jungwoo and Jeno both sighed.

"But there's something I don't get. Why didn't you go berserk when you thought the oppas got killed?"

Suko asked, returning my attention to her.

"Those three guys that we're after drained our energy and none of us could do anything. We all tried our best back then, but we lost to them, even if they weren't there in the flesh"

I stated with a serious, but sorrowful look.

"But that's in the past now! None of you were prepared for what happened. I'm just glad that all of you came back alive. I don't know what I would've done if I lost you..."

I kissed her cheek to keep her from panicking and getting sad.

"Whatever comes our way, I'm not gonna lose you and you're not gonna lose me. We'll fight for each other, to keep each other safe"

She just smiled and leaned her head on my shoulder.

"Promise?"

"Promise"

I smiled and gently kissed her forehead.

"Awwww. That's so cute~~~"

Chenle barked, excitedly running around in circles in the sand.

"Lele, I didn't know you could be so cute~!"

Kou smiled, petting him.

"Hyung! Down here! I need a favor!"

Jisung suddenly whisper-yelled from the water.

"What's up Jisung?"

We both crouched down to see what was wrong.

"My father sent me a message. He said he wants to talk to me in Atlantis, but I don't wanna go alone..."

"Sit tight for a sec. I just got an idea"

I got up to look for someone that wasn't preoccupied.

My only choices were Ten, Doyoung, and Geno, so I ventured over to them.

"Doyoung-hyung. Jisung and I need a favor"

I whispered, as to not disturb Ten or Geno.

"What's up??"

He whispered back.

He didn't seem to be too bothered from me interrupting his sunbathing.

"Poseidon sent Jisung a message saying he wants to talk with him in Atlantis. I'm going with him, but I want you to come too, if you don't mind..."

"No worries. Of course I'll come~"

He quietly got up and we both ventured back to Jisung.

Lucky for us, Ten and Geno had already fallen asleep.

"Doyoung-hyung is coming with us"

Jisung seemed pretty happy about that.

"What about me Injunie???"

"I don't know what might happen down there, so to keep you safe, I want you to stay here Su"

"Fine... But you better come back"

She sadly kissed my cheek, and I kissed her back on the lips.

"I will, don't worry~. You ready to go Jisung?"

He just nodded and made a water staircase, leading down into the water.

So, Doyoung and I quickly rushed down to start our secret voyage with Jisung.

I hope we get to meet Poseidon~.
