It's only been a few days since the two princesses showed up and joined our crew, and Mark and Jeno have been acting really weird.

It's like they never let them out of their sights.

Donghyuck has been acting weird too.

He's been more quiet and reserved lately. And he looks either determined or annoyed about something.

I, on the other hand, have more important things to worry about.

Taking care of Chenle.

He still hasn't woken up yet, but his vitals are doing ok. I guess it makes sense that he'd be out for this long. He did get hit pretty hard, and from what Renjun told me, it could've been the last time I ever saw him alive.

Jaehyun woke up earlier, and Taeyong couldn't be happier right now. He just has to take it slow and stay out of battles for the time being.

Unlike everyone else that's been worried about other stuff, I'm putting all of my attention in making sure Chenle gets better.

His ears twitch every now and then, and he'll grip my hand whenever I hold his, but I just want him to wake up already...

We stopped at an isolated area in Japan.

We were in the neighborhood, very close to Earth, so I guess the others decided to stop here and make camp for the night.

Yuta is from a very beautiful place. Everything is just so peaceful and beautiful here.

I stood by myself on a small bridge while the others hung out outside of the ship. They looked like they were having fun, but nothing is going ok.

Our home is in danger, our friends are possessed, and Chenle is still hurt. How can they just sit there having a good time? We need to do something instead of fucking around in random worlds...

"Hey Jisung~! We've got hotpot~!"

Mark yelled with his arm around Nora's shoulder.

This is pissing me off. They're acting as if nothing ever happened.

Like we're just outcasts.

"No thanks hyung..."

I scowled, and dismissed myself from them.

I stopped when I reached a beach.

Instead of sand, there were rounded rocks and pebbles everywhere. And the petals from the Sakura trees blew away with the breeze.

It calmed me down.

I just stood at the edge of the beach and stayed there, enjoying the view, alone.

Suddenly, I saw a laser coming at me, and I quickly dodged.

I looked in the direction it came from, and there was a Horned Fury.

Horned Furys are evil creatures of pure darkness.

They're very rare to come across, but it makes since they would reside in a place like Japan. They really blend in here.

They're very tall, like around Johnny's height, and are very strong. It takes a lot of power to beat them.

I summoned my potion sword and charged toward it. I swung at it, but it dodged and punched me in the face, sending me flying into a stone retaining wall behind me.

It charged at me but I dodged, and it punched a dent in the wall, getting its fist stuck in the process.

Jeez. That could've been my face.

I levitated a huge rock, and tossed it in the Fury's direction. It hit it on its back, and that only seemed to make it more angry.

It got its fist unstuck, and puffed smoke out of its nose, much like an angry bull.

It jumped high up and plummeted down to attack me. I jumped up in the opposite direction, and it punched the ground below me. But it caught me by my ankle with its other hand, and roughly swung me back down.

It slammed me into the ground, very hard. It then held me by both of my shoulders, and charged to the retaining wall again. It slammed me against it in the place it got its fist stuck in before. I yelled out in pain, feeling as if my back was now broken.

It let go of my shoulders and wrapped its big ass hand around my neck, putting me in a chokehold. It lifted me up in the air and tightened its grip around my neck, choking me. I dropped my sword and tried to pry his hand away from my neck, but it just squeezed harder.

I couldn't breathe anymore, and I could feel my body go limp. My ears started ringing, and all I could see was a bright light.

"C-Chen.....l-le....-....h-h-hyung......"

I painfully stuttered.

My eyes rolled back in my head, and I started coughing up blood.

I thought I was going to die, but it just suddenly let go of my throat and dropped me. I started coughing more and gasping for air, and looked for the reason why the Fury let me go.

The Fury had its back facing me, and I noticed a huge open cut on its back. I looked in front of it, and there was a figure with a mask.

I got scared after I had a flashback from a few days ago.

Iron Bolt had a mask on too when he attacked us. That figure could be after me and the rest of us too.

I tried getting up to run away, but I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my back, making me yell in pain again and fall back down.

The figure suddenly threw some type of stick into the ground in front of the Fury, which turned out to be a smoke stick.

Pink smoke suddenly started to fill the air in front of the Fury, obstructing its vision. It swatted the smoke around but it couldn't find the stranger. I saw the stranger jump up, right above the Fury, and they struck its golden horns, shattering them.

The Fury shrieked out and evaporated into particles of darkness.

The stranger landed gracefully in front of me, and knelt down to my level. I tried backing away, but I felt the pain again.

"Don't hurt yourself anymore. I'm not going to hurt you"

The stranger put their katana away, and helped me stand up a little.

But, that's a girl's voice?

The stranger took off the mask, and revealed a girl that looked around my age!

"T-Thank you for saving me"

I stated.

She nodded and wiped away the blood that was on my face.

"No problem. I'm-"

"JISUNG!!!"

I suddenly heard Jeno yell my name.

I looked back and saw him running ahead of the others towards me. And he was armed with his buster sword, with an angered expression on his face.

The girl pulled out her katana again, but I stepped in front of her to stop both her and Jeno from attacking each other.

"Jeno!"

"Yes?"

Taeyong called out, and both Jeno and the girl answered.

She looked at him confused, as he looked at her confused.

"Why did you answer???"

Jeno asked confusedly. 

"That's my name???"

"With a J like mine??"

"No. Mine has a G, but it's apparently pronounced the same way as yours??"

"So now we have Jeno and Geno... Very cute~"

YangYang thought it was actually quite amusing.

"Are you ok Jisung?"

Geno asked.

"My back and throat hurts..."

"We gotta get you back to the ship so I can heal you and get you cleaned up... Don't just wander off like that again..., ok?"

Renjun stated, and I sadly nodded.

"I'll help you Jisung"

Geno offered.

She put my arm around her shoulder, and held me upright by my waist.

"O-Ok..."

When we got back to the ship, Geno stayed by my side while Renjun healed me.

And apparently, she's good friends with Serafina and Nora.

When they saw each other, they got all excited and gave each other a hug. She didn't have a place to stay, so Serafina and Nora begged us to let her come with us, and of course Renjun said yes.

After we all ate, I went back to Chenle to sleep with him again. I'm so glad Geno saved me. I thought I would never see Chenle again...

I thought I was done for...

Geno then walked in while I was checking his vitals.

"Who's this Jisung?"

"Chenle. He's my best friend..., and my brother"

"What happened to him??"

"Back where we came from, he got attacked by the most powerful hero in our world. He shattered his rib cage, but Renjun-hyung healed him. I want him to wake up already, but I know he still needs more time to recover..."

I felt a tear fall down my cheek, but she gently wiped it away.

"I know what that can feel like. I look very mean and intimidating right?"

"Kind of..."

"I wasn't always like this. Nora and Sera were pieces of my happiness, until we, and our other friends, got separated. I lost all sense of emotion, and became depressed about it. I've been like that ever since, but I'm starting to feel happiness again after being reconnected with two of my friends"

"How many of your other friends are still missing?"

"Four of them, and I don't have any idea of where they could be..."

She had a sad expression on her face while she gently pet Chenle's head, earning small, almost inaudible, purrs from him.

"...I'll-, I mean, we'll help you find them"

"Really???!"

I nodded and smiled at her.

"Thank you so much Jisung~!"

She just suddenly hugged me, and due to my shock, I awkwardly hugged her back.

"I guess I better go to sleep... Good night Jisung"

She yawned and released me, and walked away smiling.

My body feels weird.

My heart is racing.

My hands are sweating.

My face feels hot.

Is this what some of the others are feeling?

And if so, why don't I want it to stop...?

"G-Good night..."
