When Taeyong brought us outside of the school, we were all greeted by Suko and the others standing by a huge bus!

"Isn't this a tour bus?"

I asked.

"Technically yes, but we bought it for the sake of transporting you all to your new hero school"

Doyoung explained.

"Does that mean we won't be here all the time anymore?"

"Yes. You all take the same three classes everyday, so you only have to come here just once or twice a week. It's not the same for me though. I have to stay and teach the other kids and then I can leave around this time, since I have a free period"

"Are there other students here that are going to the same place we're going?"

Donghyuck asked.

"Not that I know of. But there are plenty from other schools that are transferring there. But their classes will be separated by their occupations"

"...?"

We all tilted our heads in confusion. 

"Taeyong-hyung, take over. I'm tired of talking..."

Doyoung sighed, retreating to the inside of the bus.

"Ok then... The classes are separated by four departments. There's The Department of Heroes, The Department of General Education, The Department of Support, and The Department of Management"

"So..., we'll all be in the Department of Heroes?"

I asked.

"Correct! Along with me and others from different schools. Each class has at least twenty students, and the Department of Heroes has two classes: Class 1-A and Class 1-B"

"What about the other classes?"

"General Education had three, Class 1-C, 1-D, and 1-E. Support has three, Class 1-F, 1-G, and 1-H. And Management has three, Class 1-I, 1-J, and 1-K"

"AROUND TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY STUDENTS??!!!"

"Exactly~. There's more to the school, but we'll get to that later. Now pile up in the bus. We're wasting daylight!"

Taeyong cheered as he pushed us all in.

We were all blown away by the interior of the bus!

"WHY THE HELL DO WE NEED SOMETHING SO LUXURIOUS?!"

Donghyuck shrieked.

"Just a little encouragement to do your best~"

Chenle hugged Taeyong and quickly shapeshifted into his normal calico form.

He happily laid on one of the purple cushions and meowed adorably.

"Hurry and sit down so we can go! I wanna leave this place as soon as possible!"

Mark ordered, to which we all obeyed quickly.

I think all of us wanted to leave as soon as possible.

30 Minutes Later
Redwood Academy

"WHY THE HELL IS IT SO BIG?!"

"There's a lot of students and different rooms for everything. The principal is at the top floor, but you can meet him later"

"For now, we have to take you to your class to take care of business"

Doyoung suddenly informed, leading us there.

"Welcome to Class 1-A~!"

Taeyong cheered as we all chose our seats.

We all sat in the two rows near the back and middle row. The order went like this:

Row One: Jaemin, me, Jeno, and Chenle

Row Two: Mark, Donghyuck, Lucas, and Jungwoo

Row Three: Jisung, Taeyong, Leiyong, and Suko

Jaehyun had nowhere to sit near us, so he decided to sit with Chenle, since he could easily shapeshift and sit on the desk.

After a few minutes, eight more people started piling in and filling up the rest of the seats. They all had different varieties of powers, and they each had different looks and styles that made them unique.

I can't wait to meet them all~.

Soon, Ten walked in wearing a very nice outfit.

"Good afternoon class. Many of you know me as the Pro Hero, Ten, and my partner, Chittaphrr"

He greeted and Chittaphrr appeared on his shoulder.

"But what most of you all don't know is that all of the thirteen people sitting in the two back rows and middle row are some of my friends and family. So be sure to treat them with respect"

He informed, and all of them looked back at us.

They all looked at us with shock and confusion, while some of us averted our eyes from their gazes.

"Ok ok, back to business. This is homeroom right now, but you'll do most of your learning here from my other friends and family. And yes, they are Pro Heroes like myself. But anyway, right now I'm here to get our first order of business done before we start training, your Hero Costumes and Hero Names"

Everyone suddenly got excited and started talking amongst themselves, until Ten calmed them down.

"Now, if my 'wonderful' assistant would hurry up and join us-"

"I'm here~!"

Doyoung cheered, suddenly bursting in the room.

"Woah! It's Jack Rabbit!"

One of the other students screamed, making everyone talk amongst themselves again.

"Yes, my friend Jack Rabbit here will be assisting me with this project. I'll have final approval over your costumes, and he'll have final approval over your names"

"Right! So who wants to start off with choosing your names~?"

Doyoung cheered, to which everyone raised their hands.

"Alright then~. First things first, about your names. Make sure you analyze your powers, and base your names on your main power that you use the most. Once you've thought of one you think suits you, you can write them down on the dry erase boards Ten will pass out. Then each of you will come up to the front podium and state your names. I'll approve or disapprove of your names, then we can move on to your costumes. Sound good~?"

"Yes sir~!"

We all cheered, and Ten and Chittaphrr started passing out the markers and boards.

This is so exciting~.

15 Minutes Later

"Hey hyung. Which do you think is better, Karma or Black Star?"

Jeno asked, tapping my shoulder.

"I really like Black Star, I think it suits you"

"I thought so too~. Thanks hyung~"

"Mhm~"

Soon we all finished choosing our names, and the time came for us to present them.

"Renjun, do you want to go last?"

Doyoung asked, to which I nodded.

"Alright then~. Jaemin, you're up~"

"Right~!"

Jaemin happily skipped up to the podium, showing off his hero name with roses drawn around it.

"I'm the barbed hero, Rosethorn~!"

"Catchy, and it resembles you well since you use all of your powers equally~. I like it~"

Doyoung approved, making Jaemin smile and skip back to his seat.

Jeno shyly walked up and presented his hero name that had stars drawn around it.

"I-I'm the ultimate ninja, Black Star"

"Very cute~, and a very suitable name for a skilled ninja as yourself~"

"R-Really?! Thank you hyung~"

Jeno bowed and happily went back to his seat.

Chenle shapeshifted into a bird and flew up front with his board. He shifted back to normal in mid air, caught the board, and landed skillfully, broadcasting his hero name with cute cats drawn around it.

He's so cute...

"I'm the lovable hero, Puppycat~!"

He cheered as he winked at everyone cutely.

Oh my goodness, why is he like this...?

"Excuse my language, but that's fucking adorable..."

Ten stated, unable to contain his smile.

"Agreed... It's a lovable and friendly name, for an adorable hero such as yourself~. Approved~!"

Doyoung cheered as everyone else clapped and cheered, and Chenle skipped back to his seat.

Mark swiftly made his way up to the podium and smiled.

"I'm the cold hero, White Phantom"

"Interesting... A mix of your cyrokinesis and smoke... Very clever~"

Mark happily nodded and walked back to his seat, high fiving Donghyuck in the process as he went up.

"I'm the burning hero, Solar Flare~"

Donghyuck smirked, and snapped his fingers so the tip of his finger lit up with a small fire.

Many oohs and aahs were heard across the room.

"A great use of your pyrokinesis young one~. Way to use your fire power~!"

"Thanks hyung~"

Donghyuck smirked, blowing out his flame.

Lucas and Jungwoo walked up together.

They decided that they would be a Hero Duo since they were both Taeyong's regalias.

"We're the sharp shining heroes, The Krystal Kids~!"

They both cheered in unison.

"Amazing combination of Lucas' spikes and Jungwoo's light manipulation~! I like it~!"

"Thank you~"

They cheered again and walked back, hand in hand.

Jisung then timidly went up to the podium.

He never was the type to be comfortable in front of big crowds, especially in a classroom.

"I-I'm the a-aquatic hero,... Aqua Scimitar..."

Doyoung went up to Jisung and softly ruffled his hair.

"You don't have to be scared Jisungie. I know it can be intimidating to be up here with a lot of new people having their attention on you. If it makes you feel better, just look at your brothers and sister in the back from now on, ok?"

Jisung had a few tears come down due to his timidity, but he nodded as he sniffed and wiped his eyes.

"I really like your name. You used the Scimitar in your name, which was a sword originated in the Middle East. It shows that behind your shy demeanor, you're very strong. I approve of your name Jisungie~"

Jisung smiled as he continued to wipe his eyes, and Doyoung kindly walked him back to his seat.

Taeyong happily went up after kissing Jisung on his forehead.

He smiled brightly as he stated his name.

"I'm the god of fortune, Elemental~"

"If I'm correct, you chose 'Elemental' because of your ability to control the weather and your ability to speak any language, instead of using it for actual elements, right hyung?"

"Exactly~"

"...I like it~"

"Yay~"

Taeyong triumphantly sat down, and Leiyong went next.

"I'm the misunderstood hero, Masquerade"

"Yeah! That's my cousin~!"

I cheered, making him smile and blush.

"Very cute Leiyong. Misunderstood and Masquerade are a great choice of words that go together very well~. Great job~"

He blushed even more, and shyly sat back down.

Up next was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, Suko~.

Wait what. F-Forgot what I just said. D-Did I say beautiful?! Noooo, I said..... B-Bashful! Yea..., bashful. And cute~. Wait what-?

Aish... Forget it....

"I'm the moonlight hero, Nightwave~"

Nightwave~... So cute~...

Jeez... What is wrong with me today...?

"A great use of your dark energy manipulation~. And a very cute name for a very sweet girl~. Well chosen~"

Suko giggled and went back to her seat.

She looked back at me and waved, and I shyly waved back at her, making her smile.

Jaehyun made his way up with calico Chenle on his shoulder.

"I'm the crafty hero, Ace~"

"Very short but sweet~, and I love the use of Ace in your name, as its signified with how you aced using your powers in the war~. Well done~"

Jaehyun clapped to himself, and happily went back to his seat.

Oh, it's my turn.

As I went up, I could hear multiple whispers being spoken about my appearance, like:

"Look at those horns, and that tail"

"I heard that his father was a demon"

"He'd be better off being a villain rather than a hero"

Though it's true that my father was a demon, and my powers are mostly dark and villain related like Donghyuck's, I won't give up on my dream of becoming a hero. Especially with what Fasa and Niha told me.

I got up to the podium and presented my name, showing it to the class. Many gasps were heard around the room making me nervous.

I looked over at Doyoung, and he just smiled, as did the others when I looked over to them. I took a deep breath to calm myself down, and finally got ready to speak.

I smiled as their encouraging words played over and over in my head.

I began to accept the powers given to me, and the name I chose started to feel special to me.

"I'm the dark, but shining hero, Villain~"
