"And with that, we're done~"

I picked the last peach we could find from our trees in the yard, and I flew back down to Jaemin safely.

I dropped the peach into one of the baskets we had, and Jaemin suddenly got even more excited.

"Let's hurry and get these back to the kitchen hyung~"

He picked up one basket, and I picked up the other.

We then made our way back into the house, and ventured to the kitchen.

1 Hour Later

"How're the last two drinks coming Nana~?"

"They're almost done hyung~"

Jaemin and I finished making twelve peach smoothies, and I've already delivered all of them to everyone else in the house.

I just came back from giving out the last two to Jeno and Serafina, and Jaemin just finished blending ours and was currently pouring them into our glasses.

After he finished pouring them, he placed a slice of a peach on top of them as garnishes, and finally completed the last two smoothies.

"All done~. Here's yours hyung~"

"Thank you~"

I sat down next to him, and he handed me my smoothie.

We both took the first sip of our drinks, and we were very pleased with the results.

"It tastes just like it did years ago"

I smiled at the nostalgic taste.

"It does. But I think it tastes sweeter now"

Jaemin contently sighed at how nice it tasted.

"How does it taste sweeter?"

"I don't really know. I guess it's because we're still alive to be able to drink them together again. The memory of us making and drinking "peach drinkies" together flashed before my eyes when we were about to die. I was scared that if we did die, that I wouldn't be able to make peach smoothies with you again..."

Jaemin was deeply serious.

I remember him saying something about the peach smoothies during that time. I just couldn't remember what it was.

I know that this moment means a lot to him. The fact that he wasn't smiling only proves it.

"At least, that's why they taste sweeter for me"

Though he now had a small smile, I could tell that he was still trying to be completely serious.

I rested my head on his shoulder, and took another sip of my smoothie while holding his free hand. I also appreciate this moment and the time we spend together.

Always.

"That's why they taste sweeter for me too"
