ARRIVING at the prom venue, Eunhee's eyes wandered around in amazement, admiring all the interior design of the hotel. In the center of the room, a large chandelier dangled down from the ceiling, shimmering as light shines on it.

"It's so pretty here." Minji muttered out, to which Eunhee could only respond with a small hum.

"For real. I'm shocked.. I knew it was going to be fancy, but never this fancy." Hanni shared.

"We should go find our seats so we can set our stuff down." Eunhee said, earning a hum in agreement from her friends.

"Yeah, that's probably the smart thing to do." Hanni chuckled, before grabbing her two friends' hands and pulling them throughout the venue. Eventually, they found a circular table that was vacant.

Eunhee slipped off her coat, draping it neatly over her chair before running her fingers through her hair.

"Do you think Jungwon is here yet?" Minji questioned, turning her head towards Eunhee, who only shrugged.

"I'm not sure.. I'll text him." She retorted, pulling her phone out of her purse. In a matter of seconds, she found herself clicking on Jungwon's contact in her phone.

"He said he and Ni-Ki are such in traffic at the moment, but they'll be here soon." Eunhee explained, earning nods from the two girls.

"Well, in that case, we have time to take some photos." Minji shrugged, as Hanni clapped her hands together excitedly. "Ooh, yeah, please!"

Eunhee let out a small laugh, standing up from her seat at their table. "Come on then, let's go take some." She said, holding out both of her hands for the two girls to take.

After helping them out of their seats, the three girls made their way over to the photo booth area. As they were standing still, waiting for their turn, Eunhee's body was suddenly jolted forward, catching her off guard.

"Oh, sorry!" A familiar voice spoke. Eunhee turned her head, seeing Hong Jiwoo. This would be what, the second time she'd bumped into her?

Eunhee pressed her lips together in a thin line, shaking her head slightly. "..it's alright. Don't worry about it."

Jiwoo nodded her head slowly, "what are you doing over here?"

"Hm? Oh.. me and my friends are waiting to take photos." She said, gesturing to Minji and Hanni, who both stood awkwardly as they didn't know what to do.

Jiwoo let out a small hum.

"I really like your dress. You look pretty." Eunhee complimented the girl. She wasn't lying, to be fair. Jiwoo really was a pretty girl.

She wore a black backless dress, matching black heels and her dyed hair was tied into a bun.

She was pretty much the complete opposite of Eunhee.

"Oh, thanks. I know. Anyways, I'll go now. Bye." Jiwoo flashed a small smile before turning on her heels, walking away.

Minji let out a small breath, "..why was that so.. passive aggressive?" She mumbled.

Eunhee sighed, shrugging lightly. "I'm not sure. It feels like she doesn't like me, and I hate that. I don't want to be rivals with someone, I just want to be friends." She pursed her lips together.

Hanni hummed in understanding, swinging her arm around the girl's shoulder in an attempt at comforting her.

"It's fine, Eun. You can't be friends with everyone, you know? Not everyone is going to like you, and that's fine. It's just how life works, I guess. A lot of people don't like me, you know." Hanni pointed out.

"I'm sorry, but anyone who doesn't like you is literally insane. You're like the sweetest person I know." Eunhee rolled her eyes.

"Exactly."

"No, Danielle definitely is the sweetest person we all know, let's be for real." Hanni quirked a brow.

"Mm.. I guess you're right. She's like a little ball of sunshine, I swear." Minji sighed out. Eunhee giggled, nodding her head in agreement.

"Oh! It's our turn, come on." Hanni pointed out, dragging the two other girls along with her to their spot in front of the backdrop.

To the side, there were various different kinds of accessories you could use for the photos. Ranging from glasses, to headbands, hats and even those feathery party scarves.

Eunhee picked up a pair of glasses designed to have a mustache and a nose, slipping them on as well as grabbing a top hat. Minji and Hanni followed suit, grabbing random funny looking accessories and putting them on.

After doing a bunch of photos with accessories, they ended up taking photos with no accessories at all, doing different poses with each other.

Suddenly, her phone buzzed, catching her attention. She looked down, seeing Jungwon had texted her.

"Jungwon and Ni-Ki are here. They're coming over to take photos with us." Eunhee spoke, looking at Minji and Hanni.

"Wait, really? Fun! Ahh, I can't wait to have all these photos.. they'll be such cute memories to look back on." Minji pouted, placing a hand over her heart dramatically.

"Right? I'm so excited to look back on this day like.. ten years from now." Eunhee giggled.

"Wait, promise we'll all stay friends forever?" Hanni tilted her head, holding out both of her pinkies.

Minji rolled her eyes playfully, letting out a small huff as she locked her pinky with Hanni's, Eunhee doing the same.

"We've made this promise like, fifteen times before." Minji laughed.

"Well, yeah.. but you can never be too sure." Hanni crossed her arms over her chest.

"She's got a point.." Eunhee stated.

"Mm, yeah, I guess. But it's not really something you should have to worry about. There's absolutely no way you both are ever getting rid of me. If I die first, I'll literally haunt you both until you guys join me in the afterlife." Minji rambled.

"The afterlife? Girl.." Hanni clasped a hand over her mouth, attempting to suppress her laughter but failing miserably.

Eunhee joined in on the laughter, not expecting her friend's words.

"What? I'm being serious right now! It's not even funny..!" Minji said, biting back a smile.

"What are you going to do if one of us dies first?" Eunhee questioned. Minji paused, pondering for a moment.

".. I'll literally summon you. I'll use those ouija board things to communicate."

"Wait, why is that kinda smart tho?" Hanni raised her brows, watching as Minji smirked and crossed her arms.

"Hey, isn't that Jungwon and Ni-Ki?" Minji queued a brow. Eunhee turned her head, making eye contact with Jungwon, who gave her a small wave.

"Yup."

"Jesus, is that Ni-Ki? Why is he so tall, bro?" Hanni's eyes widened in surprise, earning a small sigh from Eunhee, who placed her hand on the girl's shoulder.

"Trust me, I still haven't gotten used to it." Eunhee frowned dramatically, earning a playful eye roll from Hanni.

"Hello!" Jungwon's familiar voice sounded in her ear, causing her to turn her head and immediately hug the boy.

"Heyyy, don't do too much couple stuff around me.. I'll get sick." Minji muttered, earning a small snort from the youngest.

"Same, bro.. all he talks about is her nowadays, I'm not even kidding."

"Ni-Ki..!" Jungwon groaned, face flushing in embarrassment.

"Awh, that's so cute.." Hanni gasped, a small pout tugging at her lips as she placed her hand over her heart.

"We're not even dating, guys. Calm down." Eunhee blushed, snickering lightly at her group of friends.

"Yet. You're not dating yet." Ni-Ki corrected.

"..he's not wrong." Jungwon whispered, only making the girl grow even more flustered. She shook her head, a small smile on her lips.

"I-- whatever.. anyways, Ni-Ki! What's up man? How's my favorite giant doing?" She questioned, looking at the very tall boy.

"For the last time, I'm not a giant. You're literally just a midget. You're the height of a child." Ni-Ki scoffed, scrunching up his nose.

"I've got to agree with Eun on this one.. sorry, but you're a giant." Minji pressed her lips together, as Eunhee smiled and high-fived her.

"Ahh, I can already tell tonight is going to be fun." Hanni breathed out, smiling softly at their small group of friends.

Jungwon hummed in agreement, already feeling super happy. "Yep! Anyways, should we take some photos now?"

"Yes!" Eunhee cheered, earning small laughs from everyone, but they nonetheless all crowded into one area, doing random poses.

After taking many, many photos all together, Minji suddenly spoke. "Wait, let's let the two lovebirds get some photos together. I'll literally show them at their wedding."

"Minji--!" Eunhee's eyes widened, cheeks flushing a bright red at her friend's bold choice of words.

"Haha, Eun, you're so red.. you're so cute." Hanni giggled, hugging the girl tightly.

Jungwon and Eunhee ended up taking photos by themselves, with their three friends hyping them up in the background, and even suggesting different poses. After a bit, the five of them returned to their table, already feeling tired from just taking photos.
