THE class erupted into a round of applause, as the girl smiled shyly, bowing towards her classmates before returning to her seat. As she made her way into her seat, her eyes averted to the front of the class, where Jungwon looked back at her and gave her smile and thumbs up.

Eunhee smiled lightly, returning the small gesture before focusing up on the next pair of students presenting their project.

Soon enough, the bell rang throughout the school, causing Eunhee to jump slightly from the sudden cheering of students all around. She laughed, shaking her head slightly as she packed up her things.

The girl stood up from her seat, zipping up her backpack and swinging it over her shoulders before walking towards Jungwon, who waited patiently for her at his own desk.

As soon as she came around, Jungwon quickly wrapped his arms around her frame, hugging her tightly. "Eun, we did so good!" He spoke cheerfully, eyes formed into two little crescents as he smiled brightly.

"I know! That was so nerve-wracking.. I was so scared I was gonna embarrass myself." She chuckled, pulling away from the hug.

"But you didn't. You did great, I promise." The boy spoke reassuringly, and in return earned a thankful smile.

"Ahh, thank you, Won. Anyways, I should probably get going. Minji, Hanni and I are supposed to go back to my apartment to get ready together." Eunhee beamed, rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet.

"You're so excited, it's cute." Jungwon commented, earning a snicker in response.

"Whatever.. also, you wore your glasses! Like I predicted, you look good in them." Eunhee pointed out, smiling proudly.

Jungwon nodded, bringing his hand up to adjust the circular glasses that rested on the bridge of his nose. "Hm? Oh, yeah. I said I'd wear them, didn't I?"

"I'm surprised you remembered, to be honest." The girl let out, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I have a really big brain, I could never forget." Jungwon joked, earning a small scoff from the girl.

"Hm.. yeah, okay. Whatever you say.. anyways, I really should go. But I'll see you tonight, yeah?" She tilted her head.

"Yeah. See you tonight, Eun!"

Letting out a small hum, Eunhee leaned forward and gave him a quick hug, as well as taking him by surprise and giving him a quick peck on his cheek.

The girl rushed away, leaving the boy both in shock and flustered. Jungwon let out a small chuckle, looking at her as she walked away with a soft smile as he shook his head.

"Pham Hanni, you're literally so gorgeous, what the heck?!" Eunhee gasped, watching her friend walk out of the bathroom, all dressed and ready for prom.

"That's my prom date!" Minji shouted, covering her mouth with her hand as she pointed at Hanni.

Yes, it was true. Minji and Hanni were going to prom together as friends, as they both didn't have dates-- despite being able to easily get one if they wanted to.

"No, because we all look so good right now.. we're going to take advantage of that photo booth at the venue so much, bro." Hanni spoke, earning a nod of agreement from Eunhee.

"So true.. ahh, I can't wait! It's gonna be so fun!" Eunhee smiled excitedly, earning a small laugh from the two girls.

"Are you happy you're going now?" Minji quirked a brow.

"Mhm.. hopefully, it'll be as fun as I think it'll be and I don't end up regretting it." She hummed.

"You'll be with Jungwon almost all night, you know. You'll have fun." Hanni laughed, earning a grumble from the now flustered girl.

"I-- whatever.. but really, I'm excited to take pictures with everyone. I want as many photos as I can get, so I can treasure them forever and keep them with me wherever I go. It's a nice memory." Eunhee rambled, leaning her head on Minji's shoulder, as the girl sat beside her.

"Woah, why was that kinda sad?" Minji raised her brows in surprise.

"Right?" Hanni muttered out in agreement, earning an eye roll from Eunhee.

"I mean, it was cute too." Minji giggled.

Eunhee pressed her lips together, shaking her head slightly at her friend's behavior as she stood up from her seat. "Our uber should be here soon, by the way." She reminded, earning a small hum from the girls.

"Okay. I'll just go touch up my makeup a bit while I have the time." Minji chirped, standing up as she strided to the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Eunhee wandered over to the full length mirror she had set up against a wall in her bedroom, looking at herself in the mirror as she puffed up her cheeks, suddenly feeling waves of nerves rush over her.

The girl wore a white long sleeved silk dress that fell to her mid-thigh, a square neckline and white tights. Her dark hair fell gracefully over her shoulders, and was decorated with a small white bow in the back of her hair.

She wore small silver earrings, along with a matching silver necklace and silver rings to decorate her fingers.

Eunhee planned on wearing white maryjane heels, along with her white trench coat to keep her warm in the cold december weather conditions.

The girl adjusted her hair slightly, before turning around to look at Minji and Hanni. "Are you both ready to go?" She tilted her head, earning various different responses of yes.

Wandering out of her bedroom with her two friends behind her, they slipped on their shoes and grabbed their coats off of the small coat rack she had.

Eunhee double checked that she had her phone, keys and her wallet in her small purse. Once it was confirmed, the three teenagers walked out of her apartment, locking the door behind them.

i have so much work to do tomorrow morning and then i get to come home and watch the nfl super bowl with my brothers and sisters :]

also i slept well last night! it kinda felt refreshing in a way?? lol

this story is only two votes away from hitting 700 votes and that's honestly so insane to wrap my head around

i never intended for this sorry to get so much attention.. i genuinely started writing this just for fun and to have something to do to distract myself from time to time

but, nonetheless i am so incredibly grateful for all the support i've received in the short month i've been writing this

i've had so much fun reading all of your comments and interacting with you all from time to time lol
