"Pham Hanni!" Eunhee groaned, bringing her hand up to rub her temples. Said girl chuckled, reaching forward to pat her friend's shoulder.

"Calm down.. it's not like I said anything bad. All I asked was what classes he took." She stated.

"How did you even find his Instagram?" Eunhee questioned, looking up with a curious look on her face.

"Easy, I looked through your following."

"And how did you know that it was him?"

"Girl, he's the only Jungwon you follow.. and, he also has our school on his bio." Hanni pointed out, leaning back in her seat and taking a sip out of her water bottle.

"I find it hard to believe he's in my art class.. I swear I've never seen him there before." the girl mumbled, picking at the skin around her nails. Hanni, noticing, smacked her hand lightly.

"Hey, stop doing that.. and, of course you haven't seen him there. You're too immersed in your art to notice the people around you."

The girl hummed in agreement, knowing her friend was right. "I mean.. you're not wrong. But still, how haven't I ever seen him? Like, even just exiting the classroom, or entering it."

"Perhaps you have seen him, but weren't even thinking about it at the moment. It's not like you were actively looking for him back then.. to you, he was simply just a background character in your life."

"Why was that kinda deep?"

"I was getting into it." Hanni shrugged, a childish grin forming on her face.

Eunhee chuckled, shaking her head. Just as the girl was about to speak about a different topic regarding a future hang out between her and the other four girls, the bell rang throughout the school, causing both girls to let out groans of annoyance.

"Ahh.. seriously? Our break is already over?" Hanni pouted, banging her head into the table.

"It feels like we just started too.." Eunhee added on, letting out a sigh as she stood up, patting her friend's back as a signal to get up.

"Come on, Hanni. We'll be late if we wait any longer."

The girl complied, standing up and swinging her backpack over her shoulder. The two girls walked through the school halls together, until eventually having to separate and go their own way due to having different classes.

Eunhee couldn't help but frown when she was left alone, but tried her best to regain composure as she made her way to her next and last class of the day.

Art.

It was her favorite class, as her art teacher was a kind and talented woman, who would encourage her students to use their creativity and imagination, allowing them to express themselves freely..

She also let her students rest in class, unlike a certain someone.

The girl was also kind of excited, as apparently Yang Jungwon was in her art class.. though she had never noticed. She was quite used to being alone in her art class, as she didn't have art class with either Minji or Hanni.

So, to find out someone she knew was in the same class made her happy. Eunhee just hoped Hanni wasn't messing around with her.

As she pushed the door to the classroom open, she greeted her art teacher, before letting her eyes wander around the room in hopes to see the one person she was looking for.

However, she was met with a feeling of disappointment upon not seeing his face anywhere. Letting out a quiet sigh, she wandered to the back of the class, where she always sat.

She got out all of her things she needed for the class, before eyeing the classroom door to see who would enter-- something that she had never done before as she was aware of the fact her friends weren't in the same class.

Watching as several unfamiliar faces walked into the class, each taking their seats, she was about to give up and come to the conclusion Hanni was teasing her.

As she was just about to turn away, the door was pushed open, revealing an all too familiar face. He seemed to be looking around the class just as she did a few minutes prior, before finally landing his eyes on her and meeting her gaze. He sent her a sweet smile and a small wave, before taking his seat in the second row of the class.

She assumed Hanni had let him know that she too was in this class, hence the fact he was looking for her.

Her mood was suddenly lifted, a feeling of happiness settling within her as she played around with the mechanical pencil in her right hand.

this is probably the fastest chapter i've written so far aaaa

usually, it takes me a whole day or two to fully write a chapter and publish it due to balancing my daily activities and free time :')

i hope those of you who are actually reading this book are enjoying it so far and it doesn't suck like i feel like it does lololol
