Why does anyone love babies? They aren't old enough to get good grades or play sports well to make you proud, they can't push a lawn mower or wash the dishes, they aren't old enough to pay money into your retirement account or even appreciate you. Babies just scream and demand what they want. So why do parents love their babies? There isn't really a reason is there? God is our good and perfect Father and He loves us like good parents love their children. There isn't a reason or a way to make them stop loving you, they just do. One hard thing about saying God is our Father is how many people have issues with their parents and connect those issues to God as well. But God is perfect, He isn't like humans who mess up constantly. Our love is fickle it changes with emotions and whatever the other person does. God's love is constant and perfect, He showed us how much He loves all of us at the cross when He died for the sinners. Jesus is the only human to say that God loves everyone no matter what they believe, have, look like, or how they act and He is also the one to die for all of us.
