Jesus says even faith only the size of a mustard seed can get us into Heaven. This sounds impossible, that faith that small would be able to get us into God's home. The reason that God let's us in with just a little bit of faith is because God knows none of us are perfect. Why set impossible standards for the people you love to get into your home. Would you not let someone who you love and who loves you back into your house unless their perfect because to me that sounds crazy. God knows this and instead of forcing us to be perfect He asks us to try and do the best that we can. While we don't need much to get into Heaven we do need something and that is to love God. The same way you wouldn't kick someone you love out of your home you wouldn't let someone in who hates you. While God does love all of us He wants us to love Him back and to honor his word the best we can. He knows that we will mess up but will not hold are mistakes against us as long as we ask for forgiveness.
