Rin gets ready for her first day at her new school. She puts on her new pink uniform and before she leaves her room, she goes says goodbye to her pet fox, Arsene.

Rin: See ya Arsene, my sisters and brothers are waiting.

Rin grabs her bookbag and leaves with her sisters Lilly and Brielle, and her brothers Tyson and Jonah.

Jonah: What the heck?! Rin we were waiting for you!

Brielle: *Smacks Jonah's head* Seriously? Rin you were right on time, now come on we don't want to be late.

The five siblings head out to walk to their new school. Desparin Academy, a highly prestigious school that they were lucky to have been transferred to.

There were three students standing outside on the gates. A small girl with white and black hair wearing a red uniform with a gray hoodie wrapped around her waist that seemed "So happy to be there".

An older boy with blue and black hair wearing a periwinkle uniform his head high in the air and seemed to be looking for something.

And finally a smaller boy with long blue hair and pinkish-red glasses wearing a dark blue over sized uniform he was hiding behind the older boy.

The blue and black haired boy spotted the siblings and ran toward the siblings, the blue haired boy tripped and fell onto the floor.

Older boy: Well hello there, I am Glitch Sunshine the soon-to-be class president and this one is my darling baby sister Ivory Sunshine and the other is Afton Moonlight. And you five are?

Jonah: Well I-

Ivory: OK, none of those stupid intros at the start of all these things!!! You are Rin, Lilly, Jonah, Tyson, and Brielle! Now let's go inside and get this story going!

The siblings: What the heck?

Glitch: I apologize for my sister and I hope she does to!

Ivory: I don't!

Everybody headed inside and headed to the headmaster's office, all except for Afton and Rin. Afton stared at the older girl.

Afton: M-may I call you Senpai?

Rin: Why?

Afton: Senpai d-does mean upperclassmen r-right? I only thought that it would be nice.

Rin: I mean, he does have a point, sure you can call me Senpai.

Afton smiled as they rushed to the headmaster's office.

Headmaster: Now here you all are. You five do have your schedule and read the rulebook right?

Brielle: Yes, we all have sir.

Actually Tyson fell asleep while he was reading and Rin didn't even pick up the book but whatever, the others told them what was in there. The headmaster took a look at Tyson and smiled.

Headmaster: Ah, and there is our boy genius now, how are you doing?

Tyson: Good.

Ivory stole a peek from Lilly's schedule, then wrapped an arm around their shoulder.

Ivory: Hey, look at this bro! This one's in my class.

Glitch: Ivory, please let go of them.

Ivory: No thanks, come on.

Ivory started to drag Lilly down to their class. Afton noticed that he was in the same class as Tyson, which is the classroom years behind Rin. Afton started to tell the much younger boy that he was leading them to their class and then left shortly after.

Glitch: Welp, guess I'm showing you to your class. Come with me.

Glitch lead the 3 oldest siblings to their class and then left to go to his own class. Sitting in the front of the classroom was a man with white hair with blue highlights, sitting in a wheelchair.

Teacher: Well, hello there you three, don't be shy come on in. I am Mr. Evergreen but you may call me Twister.

Jonah, Brielle and Rin all introduced themselves and then sat in their seats.

Twister: Now I maybe your teacher, but I also am your super cool best friend.

Rin: Nah.

The whole class started laughing, Jonah sitting in his chair so uncomfortably just facepalmed and looked the other way from his sister.

Twister: What does "nah" mean?

Rin: It's basically another word for no.

Twister: Oh I get it like "Twister, please give us homework" Nah "Twister, the bell has rung please let us leave" Nah "Twister, please grade our tests, we all have low grades" Nah. I might have to start using that.

That made Jonah laugh.

*Timeskip cause I don't want to talk about learning*

At lunch, though Jonah wanted to eat, Rin started looking all around for their younger brother. Not because she wanted to, but in fear that the kid at only 7 has already been eaten alive. Finally the siblings spot Tyson already eating with Brielle and Afton.

Rin: There you guy's are I've been looking everywhere for you.

Jonah: THANK GOD, I get to eat!!!

Jonah hurriedly plopped down on the floor so close to Tyson the he was almost sitting on him and started eating his food.

Tyson: Hey, this is my spot Jonah get your own!

Out of know where, Lilly just popped up behind Jonah and scared the bajezus out of him, making him drop his food.

Jonah: What the heck Lilly?!

Lilly: That's what you get for eating my breakfast.

Lilly sat down next to Brielle and started to eat herself. This was when Rin actually noticed Afton sitting next to the siblings. She sat down by him and started talking.

Rin: What you doing here?

Afton: I-I'm sorry! D-do you want me to leave Senpai?

Rin: No, it's alright. Just wondering what you were doing here with us, don't you have other friends to hurry along to?

Afton: W-well, my friend just recently gotten extremely sick and they were the only person that I talked to.

Rin: Oh, I get it. Well, we can be your friends all five of us.

Afton: R-really?

Rin: Yeah of course. Hey guys, mind if Afton joins us like this all the time?

Afton smiled to himself, knowing The Era has just begun.
