Thursday. After school.

*Aphmau's POV*
Ever since Garroth came to see me Tuesday he has been acting strange. And OMG I'm freaking out. The dance is tomorrow and I can't say I haven't been asked, but I've turned down every guy. I already have a dress. Ugh. Why can't I get over the fact that Garroth, obviously, isn't going to ask me. I should have accepted when Baton asked me or anyone because I'm gonna DIE old and not be able to say I went to prom with my crush.(A/N Lol. That just changed to brush) Wait, what?! I didn't say crush, I mean what! I dont still like Garroth! Oh I'm so hopeless.

Bzzt bzzt.

-Hey Aph!

Oh crap. Its Garroth, what do I do?

Answer it! Duh!

Right I knew that.

-Hi Garroth! Whatcha' need?

-I just want you to meet me in an hour at the park.

I look towards the clock. What?! Its fricken 11 at night! Was I really thinking that long?

-What? Are you crazy! You know my Mom, she will kill me!

-Just come on. It will be worth it.

-Alright but if I'm dead later. Evidence points to my Mom.

-Lol, 'Kay Aph.

I sighed. Sneaking out will be hard. Oh I know! How about I go out the window! Or-

How about going right out the front door?

That will work.
Also lately the voices have started being nicer? I guess. All I know is I'm alot happier!!

I silently close the house door and rush to the park. Panting, but smiling, I stand in front of Garroth.

"Hey Garroth!"

"Hey Aph. So you ran all the way here, huh?"

"Yep." I said popping the 'p'. "Its late at night and I dont want to be kidnapped."

"Well I'll protect you." He put up a 'scary' face. And I burst out laughing.
"Hey! I'm serious. No one is touching you as long as I'm here."

I smiled at him. "So why did you invite me?" I ask curious.

"Best part!" He exclaims. And grabs a scarf that's on his neck(that I just now see)"turn around." I do as told and he wraps the scarf around my eyes. Making me giggle.

I state, "Hey. If your planning on killing me, can I at least eat first." And then I laugh at my own joke, wow, I'm a loser. But he laughs along anyways.

He then takes my hand and I hold his.
"Where are we going?" I question, curiously.

He doesn't respond and we continue walking.

We finally come to a stop. And he lets go of my hand and I hear him shuffling stuff a bit, then he exclaims "All done! Okay Aph, take off the blindfold."

I remove my blindfold and in front of me is an amazing sight. There is Garroth sitting on a picnic blanket, there is food everywhere, and we are by the trees in the park, the moon is full. Its all so beautiful.

"Why? What is going on?"

"Surprise Aph! I would like to ask you to prom with me. So would you like to go to prom with me?" He questions and I feel tears come to my eyes.

So this is what it feels like to be normal. I nod and pounce on him, giving him a hug.

We enjoy the rest of the night, laughing. Just the two of us. And I dont worry about my Mom or anything. Just us.
