Alola and The Stars
Purple's face was pale as the group giggled at X and Black's argument. He didn't realize they were so destructive. He finally intervened.
"Guys... split it up. You can fight later." Blake smiled lightly at him as he rested his head against the Flame Senior. Green had allowed him to since the argument was making his head hurt.
"I agree with Purple, guys. Shut up." Black huffed.
"Viss de, Blake." Blake chuckled at Black's bad German.
"Verpiss dich. Say it right to insult me." Black looked away as Red sighed.
"Alright Purple. Two facts this time." Purple gulped as he looked at the small paper that held the list of already given away facts. He had given away so much already. He scanned over his notebook before sighing.
"Yeah... and only one ready" He shifted as he turned to the others. "I... uh..."
He trembled and lowered his head as he held out the notebook. He had already gotten out of enough embarrassment. Red gently took it from his shaking hands as Purple pulled out his device and tapped something on the screen. He wasn't ready, to be honest, but he would make due. He had given them the information about his many planned teams for each form. And he still had at least one more region? Absurd if you ask him. He gritted his teeth as he summoned another of his notebooks. At least this was easier to explain. He looked up to see Red holding out his notebook. He smiled as he took it and closed it.
"Then..." He picked up the other notebook. "Before me and Lime made a deal to share our pokedex and even after still, I have several notebooks of pokemon info that I gathered by hand. While the Dex is great, it doesn't cover everything. But these notebooks that I have I make sure to never miss a detail. Here's just one example."
He passed it over. Green gripped it with a hum.
He wasn't kidding. Just the first page was full of info about Bulbasaur. There were sticky tacks and folded papers attached to the page. Everything was hand written and it looked like a lot of information was stored. Green hummed thoughtfully as the others stared.
"You did all this?" Purple nodded.
"It wasn't that I didn't trust the Dex. I didn't know what information it would provide. So I went out and gathered as much information from wild pokemon, trainer's pokemon and basically anything I could find to make sure I was ready. Actually... I'm still sorta doing it today. Pokemon like the starters or mythicals I'm still looking for to get information about. So it looks like I'm creepily watching when I'm just gathering information." Green paused before giving it back.
"I remember my grandfather started like that. But if you compare the notebooks, you went farther than he did." Purple rubbed his head sheepishly.
"Heh..." Purple made the notebook vanish as he paused. "We're here."
~~~
Their allies shocked them immediately. The chant that hit the air made The group stand up and stare while Yellow cheered.
"There's my team!" The others looked at her as the chant followed her words.
"LIGHT OF THE HOLY GRAIL!"
"MEMORIES OF THE SOULFUL NIGHT!"
A magic circle hit the air as the two voices combined.
"HAIL FROM THE DESTINY AND SAVE THIS WORLD FROM CORRUPTION!
NOTHING HOLDING US BACK FOR WE ARE THE ERUPTION!
CHAOS AND HARMONY WORKING SIDE BY SIDE TO UNITE!
AID US IN OUR FINAL CHORUS TO SAVE THIS SITE!"
A pillar light that followed hit the sky as Yellow grinned.
"EXCALIBUR!"
If anyone wanted to die after that, they were a little late. The light slammed down, no doubt tearing up whoever it was targeting. As the light faded, Yellow went up and took the front.
"I only know one pair of people can cast that with little to know trouble. Where are they..." She smiled as her eyes hit two people that snarled.
"I told you that knocking Moon out was the best option."
"She's moving slower than before, though..."
"True... but Sun's still up."
"Not a problem. Deal with the weakened Blade and I'll handle Sun."
"Deal."
The two blondes raced at the trio that were weakly racing at them. Red groaned.
"Triad Wars... the most destructive group on the face of the planet. And that's not including all of the groups with Triad Wars in them."
Yellow cracked a smile as the duo ripped the trio up. Sun yelped as he tried to deal with the blonde male. It wasn't easy when you're left handed with a sword and your opponent is right handed with one. The smaller Riddle was slammed into a wall while the blonde female dealt with Moon. They weren't wrong about her being weakened. Green watched as Moon attempted to hit her opponent, only to get avoided and thrown into another wall. The third person backed away from the duo before bolting away. The duo smiled.
"Two points for the allies!" Yellow let out a scoff, catching their attention.
"Two? How about ten?" They smiled.
"Senior Yellow!" She nodded.
"The one and only! How are you guys doing?" The female smiled as she pulled her hair back.
"Better than those three." The others giggled as her partner smiled nervously.
"Eclipse... you should be nicer and less dangerous...?" She raised an eyebrow.
"But Ultra... where's the fun in that?" He let out a nervous noise as Yellow hummed.
"Separate siblings. Can we talk in private?" Eclipse hummed.
"Race you to the Aether Foundation."
~~~
They were able to land and get into a safe meeting room. Purple had glanced around as they walked through the large building. While he hadn't been there himself till now, he remembered his mother's tales. It had definitely been calmed and fixed up.
Once inside, Ultra hummed.
"So... what do you guys need?" Purple brought out the book.
"This...?" He frowned as he showed the text. Eclipse giggled.
"月亮與記憶的傷痕與遺跡?" He paused as Red hummed.
"Is that traditional? Because I kept translating it into the simplified." Ultra hummed.
"It gives the same English translation. 'Scars and Ruins of Moon and Memory' or 'The scars and relics of the moon and memories'. Whichever one works better." Red nodded as Eclipse went to a small box at the side.
"As for what you're looking for, us two and Sun have several hiding spots around the region. After the attacks started, we found where Sun had placed it and brought it to safety."
The sound of relief that escaped from Red was enough to give a group answer. Purple frowned
"Why give it to him in the first place?" Ultra smiled.
"To throw him off later. He's already discovered that it's missing. Which means whoever wanted him to get it won't be able to find it unless he finds our hiding spot. It's like hide and seek, only the catch is how the cards are played away from the spot." Eclipse nodded.
"We've been throwing him off since he tried to get us to give it back. We would give false hints, bad briberies, dares... just trying to keep him away. It's always fun seeing him fail at getting it back without trying that hard to keep it away." Eclipse nodded as she pulled something out of the box.
"We've been avoiding him for a while to keep it safe. Why do you need it?" Red gulped.
"I'm not surprised you guys don't know. This region is young..." He held out the note. The reaction was enough. Eclipse trembled while Yellow brought Ultra into a hug.
"Is this why they're attacking?" Red nodded.
"It's also the reason Sun is after that." He nodded to the small item in her hand. "He's hoping to get it to the Kithicor." The two siblings gulped. Yellow drew in a shallow breath.
"If you guys want, bring it with you and come with us. We're heading towards Purple's area to look for some things. Are you two in?" They nodded.
"Definitely." Yellow smiled. Purple gulped.
"Then we better get going. I'm flying separately because I don't know how easy it'll be to get into the area with just Charizard." The others nodded as they went out. Charizard and Noivila appeared as they took off.
"Where are you going!?" The group gulped. Star was in the air on his own Charizard. Ultra groaned.
"Should've taken him down before he bolted." Eclipse nodded as Purple sighed.
"Alright Noivila. Let's show him what he's up against." It nodded as he gulped. He jumped off as Noivila raced up and instantly dove down. Even though it had a huge disadvantage, the speed and air pressure that followed ripped Star out of the air before the duo caught up with the others. Blue applauded him.
"Talk about trust in each other." Purple's face warmed up as he looked away. "I didn't think you two would pull that off." Purple let out a nervous laugh.
"All of my pokemon train themselves to be able to work together without my guidance. Noivila took it to heart and trained to be able to navigate in the air without my help. Normally Delta Pokemon would normally need all the help they can get to be in the world, but my team worked hard to be independent. I'm proud of all of them for it." Noivila smiled as he hummed. "Though... I've seen teams that are better."
"Like?" He paused.
"Velvet. She has one teammate that leads the others with power while the others that follow are meant to bring support. Ty has a scary strength while the others; Croak for quick lashes, Chu for air combat, Cake for powerful defense, Rona for powerful and quick small party sweeps, Escav for a small yet large damage and sneak attacks. And they all can do their teammates' roles, but they all have a certain role that is picked for them. Especially when they have to deal with a difficult group of people." He sighed. "It's scary thinking she's on the other side of this." The others nodded as they left the Alola border. Green hummed.
"Hey Eclipse, Ultra... can you guys help us catch Purple up?" They nodded as they headed towards the next destination.
