One for all the moments love glowed

One for each time you held my hand

And we moved entranced, enfolded

In the rhythms of a tender adagio

Let the tears flow....

When every caress of the breeze

Ruffles my errant locks just so

And every drop of summer rain

Soaks me in the musky scents

Of us....to make my heart overflow

When silent whispers of your songs

Graze my senses yearningly

Like delicate flakes of snow

Transient dreams hurt so much

When they melt away

Into nothingness

But when they ensnare me

In their undertow

Tell me how can I hold on to them

Or teach me how to let go.
