This is a cover I recently made, and I figured I might as well make a cover tutorial of it, cuz I haven't done one in a long time!

This is a sped up version, but I will be going through what I did. :)

First step, which was not included above, was to combine your two images, I used these ones:

Then, in Piscart, I clicked tools, and then clicked tilt shift, reversed the blur, and moved the amount of blur down to how much I wanted.

Then, I added the image of the clock, erased with a low hardness the straight edges, applied a filter (I think it was darken or lighten?), and got this:

Next, I added the picture of the rose, and erased around it to get this: (I also may have added an effect to it, but I'm not sure...)

Then, I repeated the process of blurring the top section a little. :)

Next, I got a picture of a mask, and used back eraser to get the back of the image out of it (I used the color selector to select the background color, and voila, the background disappeared! XD) I added it to the cover then:

I added a picture of a Galaxy, I used this one:

Also, I used a low opacity and hardness to erase some of the glare from that center thing. :)

Then, I added a lens flare:

And lastly, added text!

and that's it! I used the font The Alistaren (which is a lovely font btw!) for the text. :)
