I closed my eyes and held onto Seth tightly, I felt like I was fall for what felt like hours. It wasn't until I felt the ground again and Seth let me go. I opened my eyes and looked around. We were still in a cave but something felt different. The air seemed lighter, and clean. And I feel like I've felt it somewhere before but I'm not sure where. 

I look over at Seth and see hes taking his shirt off!! "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!!" I quickly turn around and hold my red face in my hands. He sighed and I felt him place his shirt over my shoulders. "This should help hide the energy from your soul. Most of the others here aren't nice to humans at all, so just shut up and stay close." I looked over at him with a surprised look. "Is he.. being nice to me?" I nodded slightly as my cheeks grew slightly warm. 

We left the cave and up ahead I saw a gate made out of wooden spikes. As we approached the gate I heard some yelling from the other side. It was hard to make out what it was but from what I could make out it was about Seth. I'm not that surprised, I mean my uncle- or that demon. Did have him locked up for who knows how long, so of course they would be worried about where hes been. 

The gates opened and I saw a bunch of tents, they seemed to be medieval like. "How long have they been here?" My thoughts where cut off when I saw a bunch of people come towards us. Seth grabbed me and pulled me closer to him. I held my head down low but got a good look of the two in front of us. One was a guy that had light brown hair, he had this feathers which were connected to his hair hanging down, his eyes where bright green and showed signs of relief and joy. The other was a girl, she had wavy blonde hair and sky blue eyes. But she wasn't looking at Seth, she was looking at me and seemed mad. 

She narrowed her eyes at me and threw gritted teeth said. "Is she a new recruit?" Everyone then looked at me. My eyes widened and I looked over at Seth for help. That was until the guy came closer to me and grabbed both my wrist. I starred at him slightly scared and watched as his eyes widened. He quickly let go of me and jumped back. "WHAT THE FUCK!! SHES HUMAN!!" Everyone gasped and Seth quickly pulled me behind him. 

Everyone now started to yell and fight, wanting answers as to why I was here. I pressed more onto Seth as I saw some of them get weapons out. I looked around worried and saw someone come at me. I panicked and quickly got out of their away. That was a bad idea since someone pinned me down and tied a rope around me. "HEY LET ME GO!!" "SHUT UP!" Someone threw a spear at me and it landed right next to my head. In fear I shut my mouth and looked up in fear as the blonde girl walked over to me with a smirk. She grabbed me by my hair and threw my towards a tree. I screamed out in pain and felt my wound reopen. Before anyone else could get close to me I saw a bright light. 

"EVERYONE KNOCK IT OFF!" A loud voice said. I weakly looked over at where the voice came from and saw a women there. She had dark colored skin, long black hair with a few blue streaks and dark blue eyes. Everyone calmed down and put their weapons away. She looked around and saw me on the ground. She walked over to me and helped me out of my restraints and to my feet. As I stood up I held onto my side in pain. She narrowed her eyes and looked around at everyone. "WHO IS THE ONE THAT INJURED HER?!" She boomed. Everyone looked at each other shrugging till Seth walked over. "She was injured before we came here. Her uncle was possessed by a demon which captured me. She saved me but got hurt." She nodded and looked around at everyone disappointed. I heard a few comments come from them.

"SILENCE!!" Everyone quickly tensed up and  held their heads down. She looked at Seth with sad eyes. "She's the only one that knows?" "Yes. And she has no other family members so people wont notice shes missing." She sighed and nodded before looking back at me. "Thank you for helping him miss. And I'm sorry for the behavior of everyone." I gave her a small smile and nodded. "It's ok, and I'm glad I could help." She smiled at me took a hold of my hand and looked back at everyone. "AS OF TODAY SHE WILL STAY HERE WITH US. AND IF ANY OF YOU EVEN THINK OF HARMING HER, YOU WILL BE PUNISHED. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?" 

No one said a word but from how everyone was now acting I could tell they understood. She looked back at me with a smile. "I'm Kadondra, its very nice to meet you???" "I-I'm April. And thank you." She smiled and looked other at Seth. "Seth your in charge of looking after her and protecting her. No complaining just do it." She looked back over at me and smiled. "Now lets get you patched up." I nodded and went on our way.

"Well... this is going to be interesting."
