*Ashton's POV*

When I woke up there was a feeling of happiness that seeped threw my whole body. I looked down and noticed that Saxons arms were still tightly wrapped around my waist. A large smile found its way to my face and I turned in his arms. He was still sleeping and let me tell you one thing, Saxon looks like an angel in his sleep.

His hair was standing up in every which way, his face was completely relaxed and his perfect full lips were slightly separated. I laid there for a few minutes, just staring at him.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer." Saxon muttered playfully, his eyes still closed. I jumped and squealed, I didn't know he was awake. Warmth spread threw my face and I knew that it must be a deep red color. Saxon opened one of his eyes and smirked when he saw my blush.

"Aww don't blush baby, you can stare at me for as long as you want." He said cockily. I rolled my eyes at him but hid my face in my hands. He laughed and pulled them off, he tilted my chin up so I was looking into his eyes.

"Really Ash there's no reason to be embarrassed." He promised me. His voice was soft and he caressed my flaming cheek as he said this. I smile at him and relaxed back into his arms. Nothing was said between us for the next few minutes, we sat in silence staring at each other, taking in the others appearance.

I'm pretty sure I look terrible right now. My hairs probably in a birds nest and I most likely have morning breath, but if I did Saxon didn't say anything about it.

Our comfortable silence was interrupted by a loud banging on my door, followed by Lilly bursting into my room.

"Oh my god! I have something so good to tell you-." Lilly abruptly stopped her excited rant when she saw how Saxon and I were laying. Her face was blank at first but then a large smile lit up her face and she let out a loud shriek. I covered my ears and winced, were wolfs have sensitive hearing so her shriek hurt my ears. She started jumping up and down like a little girl.

A few seconds later Josh,Reed, the twins and Winston all bursted into the room holding baseball bats and other potential weapons, Josh was holding a lamp!

"What? What's wrong? Are you hurt?!" Josh yelled loudly. Lilly shook her head and excitedly pointed at us. The five boys heads turned towards us and there jaw dropped. They stared at us in shock. They didn't saw anything for a few seconds before Lilly burst out,

"There finally together! I knew this would happen eventually!" Josh tour his gaze from us and turned to Lilly.

"Baby you can't scream like that just because your excited. We thought you were hurt." He explained softly. Lilly frowned but it was quickly replaced with a smile.

"We'll sorry but I'm perfectly fine so go away, all of you. I need some girl time with my best friend." The boys rolled there eyes but exited the room. Lilly turned expectantly towards Saxon.

"You to buddy. Out!" She said. Saxon frowned at her but listened. He sat up and untangled his arms from around me. He leaned down and gave me a quick peck on the lips.

"I'll see you later baby." I nodded my head and watched as he exited the room. Lilly clapped her hands and launched herself onto my bed. She was just barely starting to show, she had a small baby bump.

"Tell. Me. Everything." She demanded. So for the next twenty minutes I explained to her everything that happened yesterday. By the end of my story she was clapping her hands and smiling like a child with a world supply of candy.

"Lilly calm down!" I laughed. She nodded and took deep breaths.

"I'm sorry I'm just so happy for you two." I rolled my eyes at her but a large smile lit up my face.

"I'm really happy to." I said. Lilly laughed at me and pushed me over. Getting back up I asked,

"So what is it that you wanted to tell me?" Her face lit up with excitement again.

"Oh ya! So me and Josh went to the doctors yesterday and it turns out I'm three months along and we got pictures!" She said excitedly.

"Let me see!" I yelled. She laughed and took a small picture out of her pocket. She handed it to me and I studied it. I couldn't quit tell what it was though. Lilly must have noticed the confused look on my face because she said,

"Ok so that's the head, that's the arms, legs, tummy. You see?" I nodded my head because it actually made sense now.

"When can you find out the gender?" I asked.

"Not until next month." She sad sadly. I nodded my head. We talked about nothing important for the next hour or so before Lilly left my room, saying she'd see me later.

I walked down the stairs and headed towards the living room because that's were I heard voices from. When I walked into the room all the guys of the household were gathered in a group with there heads together, it looked like they were having a pretty serious conversation.

I happened to catch the ending of there conversation.

"No it's not safe for her to go around unprotected yet." A voice argued, Saxon.

"There hasn't even been a sighting in a two weeks, Lear her bee." Reed argued back.

"Ya man, if you keep guarding her like she's a child it's going to piss her off and she's going to leave you." Justin threw in.

"Ya I agree. Ashton can take care of herself, he'll she could beat practically any one of us in a fight." Jace said. I smirked, knowing that was the truth. Saxon sighed but eventually said,

"Your right. I just doing want her to get hurt." I decided it was time to make my presence know so I walked into the room and cleared my throat. There heads immediately snapped up to look at me.

"Oh hey Ashton, what's up?" Reed asked casually but I wasn't about ready to fall for that one.

"Don't bullshit me, I know exactly what you guys were talking about and jut to let you know I can take care of myself so don't even talk about it anymore." I said strictly. The boys gulped but nodded there head, all but Saxon. I raised my eyebrow at him but he turned his eyes from me.

"Look Saxon just because I said we could give the mate thing a go does not mean your the boss of me now." He nodded his head at me and I smiled. I waltzed over to him and planted myself right on his lap.

"Lets watch a movie!" I yelled.

The weekend rolled by faster then I had hoped for and on Monday morning I found myself groaning. Why do I have to go to school?

I groggily made my way around my room getting ready and by the time I was done I had put on a hair of denim ripped shorts and a light pink lace shirt. We lived in California so it's warm almost all year around. My hair was down and curled loosely. I had put on little makeup and some clear lip gloss.

I grabbed my school bag and ran down stairs. Saxon was waiting for me by the door and when he saw me his eyes roamed up and down my body. I smiled at him and he returned it.

"Ready to go?" He asked. I nodded my head and followed him out to his car. He opened the passenger door for me like a gentleman and I gracefully slid in. A few seconds later Saxon slipped into the drivers seat.

"So do you want to come out and tell people about our relationship and that were mates or do you want to keep it a secret." Saxon alder quietly. I had thought about this yesterday.

"I don't care if people know, actually scratch that I want people to know that your mine and only mine." I smiled cheesily. Saxon grinned and replied,

"I wouldn't have it any other way." The rest of the ride to school was pretty quiet, we were both lost in our thoughts. Saxon pulled up into the parking lot and parked his car in its normal space. He got out of the car and ran around to my side to open the door for me.

When I stepped out Saxon took my hand in his and interlaced our fingers. He pulled me close to his side as we walked. People were staring at us with wide eyes. Girls were glaring at me with so much hate you would think I shot there puppy or something.

We walked up to our group of friends which were standing by the door.

"Hey you two." Reed greater us as we walked up. I smiled at him and Saxon replied,

"Hey. What's up." Saxon and Reed talked for a few more minutes before he turned back to me.

"So I see the female population of this school is having a hard time accepting the new couple?" Reed asked. I smirked at him and said,

"It seems, if looks could kill I'd be six feet under." Reed laughed.

"Wait till they find out your mates." Winston threw in. I laughed just thinking about it.

"Ya they'll probably all form together and chase me down with torches and pitchforks." I joked. The group laughed but it was short lived because the leader of all skanks walked up to us.

"Baby what are you doing?!" Adrianna shrieked. I stifled a laugh and waited for Saxons response.

"I'm holding my girlfriends hand, what does it look like?" He said in a 'duh' tone. Her eyes got fide and she glared at me.

"Why would you be dating her, she's trash!" She spit the word 'her' like it was venom on her tongue. Saxon stiffened and he glared at her with so much hate I thought she would explode and disintegrate.

"You will not talk about my mate that way again Adrianna. And if you do I will punish you and I will make sure it is a mean, cruel punishment." He barked out between clenched teeth. I put my hand on his bicep and felt him relax instantly.

When Saxon said the word 'mate' Adrianna's eyes widened even farther, if that was even possible.

"What do you mean mate? Baby you know I'm your mate." She smirked. A low growl escaped from my lips and I wanted nothing more then to claw of her makeup covered face. She turned to me and smirked evilly.

"You are not my mate Adrianna and you know it, so stop trying to be an evil bitch, get a life and leave me and my mate the fuck alone." Saxon growled out. I could tell his wolf was close to the surface so I wrapped my arms around his waist and gave him a squeeze.

He leaned back into my arms a relaxed. Adrianna looked like someone just slapped her and I snorted. She turned her beady eyes towards me and glared.

"This is not over!" She yelled before she stomped off, her groupies scurrying to follow her. Nobody spoke for a total of step seconds before we all bursted into laughter. I was clutching my sides because they hurt so bad. By the time we had recovered ourself the warning bell had rang.

"We'll now that we had our crazy, lunatic moment of the day we should probably get to class." Justin said. I nodded my head in agreement and walked into the school. The hall ways were deserted because the bell had already rang.

"I'll walk you to your class." Saxon said with a warm smile. I returned the smile and nodded my head. The walk to my first period class, English, was short and we soon arrived at my door. Saxon let go of my hand and looked down at me.

"I'll see you at lunch ok?" He asked quietly.

"Ya, see you then." I replied. He reached down and gave me a short kiss on the lips then turned and walked away. I turned back towards the door and pushed it open, ready to start another fun day at school,not.

I walked into the lunch room and immediately spotted my group of friends sitting at our regular table. The only person missing was Saxon which is weird because he's unusually the first one here, I shrugged it off and continued on. When I got to our table I sat down next to Justin and saved a spot next to me for Saxon.

"Hey guys." I said addressing everyone at the table. I got a chorus of 'heys' and 'hi' as a response. I turned to Justin and gave him the puppy dog eyes. One look at me and he knew I wanted something.

"Oh no. What do you want Ash?" He asked. I smirked.

"Will you pretty,pretty, please go get my lunch?" I asked. He narrowed his eyes at me but nodded his head.

"Yes!" I cheered in victory. Justin rolled his eyes at me but left to get my food.

"So where's your lover boy?" Lilly asked in a teasing voice.

"I don't really know." I replied easily. Maybe he just decided not to come. Justin walked back up to the table carrying my food with him.

"Food!" I said excitedly. He set it down in front of me and I gave him a big smile. "Thank you!"

I had just taken the first bite of my sub when I heard a girly squeal leave several girls mouths. Many girls in the lunchroom lowered there shirts and leaned forward trying to get a certain males attention, Saxon.

He had just walked into the room and he was making his way over to our table. The first thing I noticed was that his dark hair was messed up, like somebody had ran there fingers threw it many times. His shirt had risen just a bit but the thing that really stuck out was that he had a lipstick smudge on the left corner of his lip.

He had been with on of his sluts and by the smell of it that slut was Adrianna. Of course he couldn't stay faithful, not even for one day. What was I thinking excepting him back? I turned around in my seat and crossed my arms over my chest.

I felt a pair of arms go around my waist but I immediately threw them off.

"What's wrong babe?" Saxon asked confused. I rolled my eyes at him and said,

"Don't touch me, don't talk to me. I told you, you had one chance and you went and messed it up so were done with." He had confusion and disbelief written on his face.

"What are you talking about Ashton. I haven't done anything." He protested. I rolled my eyes at his lie.

"Really Saxon? Ya you haven't done anything, that's why you have red lipstick next to your lip and Adrianna's scent all over you." I stated. Realization shone on his face but it quickly turned to anger.

"Adrianna!" He yelled threw the lunchroom. This was an all werewolf school so Saxon didn't have to worry about getting in trouble because he's the alpha. The little skank came rushing over to Saxon.

"What is it baby? Do you wanna have another go at it?" She asked trying to be sexy but failing miserably. He let out a low growl.

"You know that's not what happened. Tell Ashton what happened." He said. She smirked and turned to me.

"He took me into the janitors closet and fu-" She was interrupted by Saxon.

"Tell her what really happened!" He ordered in his alpha voice. You could tell she was trying to resist but you can't resist an alpha order.

"I dragged him into the janitors closet and threw myself onto him but he pushed me off." She whispered. She had an angry look on her face and she stomped off. I turned back to Saxon and smiled sheepishly.

"I'm sorry. I should have listened to what you had to say first." I apologized. He smiled at me.

"Yes you should have but let's forget this ever happened." He said. He leaned down and picked me up, he sat down in my chair and sat me down on his lap.

The rest of lunch went by peacefully and nobody said anything about what had happened. The bell rang and I groaned. Time to go to p.e.

The rest of the day passed by quickly and before I knew it I was already at home. It was Monday but we have no school for the next week because the schools undergoing heavy reconstruction.

"Hey you wanna have a girls night tonigh?" Lilly asked as she walked up to me. I turned towards her and nodded my head eagerly.

"Ya!" I said excited. I've never had a girls night before because the only friends I've ever had have been guys.

"Ok good! We're going to have so much fun, but no boys aloud, at all!" She spoke loud enough for the boys, who were in the next room, to hear us. I heard Saxon and Josh groan loudly and the other boys making fun of them.

"So what are we gonna do?" I asked excitedly. Lilly laughed at me and shook her head.

"You act like you've never had one before." She said. I looked down at my feet.

"It's because I haven't. The only friends I've ever had have been boys." I replied. She gasped then a huge smile lit up her face.

"Then this is going to be even funner then I though! We'll paint each others nails, and watch sappy chick flicks oh and we'll totally fan girl over One Direction." She started but the boys interrupted her.

"Geeez that sounds so lame." Josh said. Lilly evilly smirked then turned back to me.

"Oh and we'll dress in slutty lingerie and strut around the boulevard, see how many guys will give us money for a lap-." Before Lilly could even finish her sentence there were two loud growls coming from the other room. Saxon and Josh stormed into the room.

"You will be doing no such thing!" Josh said loudly.

"Nobody's aloud to see you dressed like that besides me!" Saxon said just as loudly, if not more. Lilly and I looked at each other with wide eyes then busted up laughing.

"Oh my, I can't believe that they actually think that we would do that." I said in between giggles.

"Ya I know." Lilly said back. When we calmed down and straightened up the two boys were glaring at us.

"Not funny." Saxon grumbled.

"Ya." Josh agreed. I smirked at them and Lilly spoke up.

"If you don't like that idea then don't tease us because you think what were gonna do is boring." She stated. I giggled again and nodded my head in agreement.

"Fine." Saxon said. He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Since I won't have my mate for the rest if the night I might as well say goodbye now.' He sulked. I kissed his cheek and laughed at his sulking face.

"It's ok baby, I'll see you in the morning." I said. He hugged me tightly then gave me a passionate kiss on the lips.

"See you in the morning." He whispered back. I turned to Lilly to see her waiting for me. I grabbed her hand and ran upstairs ready to have a fun night with my best friend.
