Title: The title is simple and relevant.

Cover: The cover is creative and perfectly suits the title. It promises a lot of action inside the book and I love that Taehyung edit.

Description/summary: Descriptions aren't supposed to be too long. I get that you wanted to add a snippet of what happens inside the book, but it's better to add a quote or two, not a whole scene. I'll ignore the scene and review the actual description below it. It's actually not bad. It's relevant. There are no mistakes. The sentences are grammatically correct, but many of them are awkward. For example, you wrote: ...betrayed him making his life filled with darkness. It would sound less awkward, if it was: ...betrayed him, filling his life with darkness. or ...betrayed him and filled his life with darkness. 

Plot: I can see a unique plot with potential as both main character have a back story that will be revealed. Main characters are nice and likable. The dogs are just so heartwarming, I wanted to melt. Only Y/Ns can take a passed out stranger from an alley to their home instead of a hospital.

Grammar and Punctuation: Honestly, I was worried after reading the description about the grammar, but it is actually okay. There are few mistakes but nothing that puts me off the book. I still found (grammatically correct) awkward sentences, but it can be fixed with practice. I'd suggest reading chapters out loud while editing them. It will help identify those kind of sentences and any mistake. You use punctuation marks in the dialogues properly, but while describing a scene or actions, you tend to forget them.

Overall feel and flow of book: Starting a book with the protagonist waking up is a cliche that should be avoided. It bums out many readers. Other than that the story is going on smoothly. It didn't feel rushed, although I did mention taking a stranger home and nursing them is strange. It would be justified if say, they lived in a remote area and taking him to a hospital would take hours, but they are in the city, she can call for help or go to her building to borrow someone's phone. And then there were also some weird reactions of the main characters towards each other. It was like they can't decide how to act around another. That's happening because you can't decide how you want them to act around another. Pick any one type of chemistry you want between them and stick with it, unless you can justify the change in their behavior. Anyway, the whole Taehyung talking to Yeontan in chapter 5 was so adorable and funny, I couldn't stop chuckling. Overall, it's actually really cute and has sweet moments. Although I'm hoping there is a lot of action too in the future.
