Powers: Water powers. He can make it and move it. He can even make vortex portals.

Description: Blond hair.

Brown t-shirt.
Dark blue jeans.
Tan sandals.
A rope bracelet made by his little sister.

Personality: He's very protective of his friends, but also very choosy about who his friends are.
Only gets angry (and I mean only) when you mess with someone really close to him, like his family.
He has a very strong sense of honor that can be his downfall.
Forgiving.
Strong.

Other: His sister was killed in a car accident when she was 6 and he was 13.
He doesn't know anything about his parents, he was orphaned his whole life.
Despises Chaos after an 'incident' involving insults to his sister and his honor.
