I'm used to blackouts happening during storms but I don't usually have a headache that hurts so bad I can't sleep. So I never gone a couple of hours in a blackout during a snow storm and I gotta say, it's disturbing... I live next to a highway and I can't hear it, even on the slowest days you could hear the cars or trucks. I went downstairs to check the temp, cause we can't sleep if the house is too warm, and something about the silence, the bright snow lighting up the rooms but yet it's still dark... hearing my footsteps echo so loudly... and just... the stillness of everything outside... it's just... it did not feel right at all...
Idk if it's just how I am or what, but I really don't like this night, like I know I'm paranoid in the dark but this felt like I was unknowingly in a horror movie about to meet the killer for the first time.
