It was still quiet at night time for now, so in other words, nothing came up. Which it's a good thing for now...but was it even a good thing in the first place?

There was only complete silence on the whole campus, not a single sound was made after the incident in the morning, anyone but Lynette and the others can barely slept. For an incident to happen that involves with people disappearing without a single trace...may not actually be Lynette's similar and usual problems back at the Island of Enchantment.

But this incident was also NRC's first experience...

In Lynette's dorm bedroom, she was a asleep and Grim was sleeping beside to her pillow, he though that sleeping next to her would be safer if someone or something else ever comes into the Ramshackle dorm...as if that ever happened.

But it wasn't before long until her cellphone started to-

It only worked for a couple of times, which Lynette woke up from it. And also it was midnight as well and Lynette was practically trying to get some shut eye after a long day of school.

"What the heck...who's calling me...in the the middle of the night right now...?" She mumbled as she grabbed her phone and looked at number-

"Wait...isn't this number...?"

It didn't take long for the girl to answer the phone, there was only silence until the call has ended. Surprisingly, Lynette didn't expect to see that number again.

"..."

Lynette didn't answered and said a word and decided to stay quiet, that was until her phone had started ringed again, it was the same number. The pink-haired girl was about to answer it again...until...

...the answer she had heard was not what she was expecting to hear.

"...It's been a while wasn't? It's nice to see you again!"

"Or should I say...Hello Lynn!"

It was another day for the students to go on classes, since no one remembers about the missing students from Heartslabyul. It was clearly that they're pretending that nothing had ever happened before. Ever since what had happened yesterday...could have been worse than ever than what is was.

The first-year gang were strolling around the hallways of the school, the first period has ended and all the teacher including the headmaster himself decided to host up a meeting which who knows how long will it end? Anyone be honest? This was actually not what Lynette expected to be in the first place.

"Ughh...I absolutely hate this..." Ace spoke which Lynette, Deuce and Grim heard him and then looked at him in the eye.

"Huh? Ace?" Lynette spoke which Ace gave his friends an angry look.

"Remember yesterday? When the bodies of dorm mates were found? Remembering that makes me want to give that damn killer a piece of my mind!" He grumbled which the others were surprised to heard that from him.

"I mean, I know that their not dead, it's just that their souls got stolen from their body! If that culprit was ever a human being to begin with. I've would have give them a bag full punches!" He yelled in complete rage and didn't want to accept the fact that it happened.

"I get what you mean Ace, but violence doesn't solve anything." Lynette answered as she placed her hand onto his left shoulder.

"I'm sure I'll gonna make the culprit see on what they did with their own eyes. I can promise with that part you with that once this is all over." Dre continue which Ace has calmed down after listening.

"*sighs*...I guess you're right about that part Lynn." Ace answered which Deuce and Grim joined with them.

"Same here too, right Grim?" Deuce answer which Grim nodded along with them.

Even if things goes tough, someone or two will find a way to make it through all of it. Even if it costs something, like a sacrifice or risk. That person will always find a way to reach to the end.

Thing were settled down, until- Lynette's phone started to vibrate.

"Huh?" She answered as she pick up her phone while the others looked at her. That Lynette noticed that her good friend Lenny was calling her, after seeing his number she answered his call.

"Hello? Len-"

"Lynn!!"

When she heard Lenny voice on the call, he sounded surprised yet a bit scared at the same time when she answered his call, Lynette knew that something had happened.

"Woah?! Calm down!! What's up?"

"There's something that big sis and I have something to tell you about first!"

"Huh? You do you mean by that?"

"I'll explain the rest later for now, meet me and big sis at your dormitory for now! Also bring your friends and also Grim as well! Cause this is really important because it involves with the incident yesterday!"

"What?! Okay I'm on my way right now!"

After call, Lynette put her phone back into her bag. And she looked at the others.

"We need to go back to my dorm, there's something important that Lenny is gonna tell us about." Lynette explained.

"Deuce, do you mind getting Riddle and th others too?" She asked which Deuce nodded in agreement as the first-year group decided to spilt up. Deuce went to get Riddle and the others while Ace, Lynette and Grim rushed back to the Ramshackle dorm.

After arriving to the entrance of the dorm, Lynette along with Grim and Ace noticed Lenny at the front entrance of the dorm.

But Lenny wasn't be himself though, because he was with another person who was with him at the entrance of the dorm as well, a girl who is slightly a bit taller than him has long Dark brown hair, and has Dark purple eyes, and was wearing a black cat themed hoodie crop top and was wearing dark blue jeans and a pair of dark red sneakers. Her hair was in the same length just like Lynette's hair but slightly a bit thicker than Lynette's pink hair.

"Lenny! And Sylvie!!!" Lynette shouted happily as she rushed towards to the brunette-haired girl and gave her a big and warm hug.

"Oh Lynn! It's been a while! It's nice to see you again." The brunette answered as she hugged back. And that's when Ace and Grim noticed the brunette-haired girl hugging back Lynette.

"Woah?! Who's that?!" Ace yelled after seeing her alongside is Lynette and Lenny.

"Fnnga?! Another half-myth person?!" Grim yelled which Lenny crossed his arms at them.

"Of course my big sis is a complete half-myth! Don't mistake her for someone else or another specimen okay!" Lenny answered as he pouted at them which it surprised Ace and Grim.

"Big sis?!" Grim yelled which Ace understood Lenny's response to them.

"Oh wait, so this pretty brunette girl is your older sister Len?" Ace asked normally as the brunette girl step forward to him and showed her ID card to them.

"Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Sylvie Ramirez and I am Lenny's older sister. It's nice to meet you and yes. I'm also Lenny's older sister and also I'm SIDC's Medical Examiner." She answered in a formal tone.

"Well you can't blame them for not knowing about what a half-myth even is, even my very own tongue and mouth will pass out after that long talk. Which it's pretty tiring you know." Lynette as she face palmed herself which Lenny agreed with her.

"Yup! That's true! Very true!" Lenny spoke until the others noticed Deuce along with Riddle, Trey and Cater.

"Lynn, I got them! And we're all here now!" The blunette yelled as they reached to the Ramshackle dorm entrance.

"I heard that this important discussion was involved about yesterday's event. So what is it all about?" Riddle asked and hoped that it will help with the situation.

"We will discuss it right now, but not here so let's discuss this inside the dorm now." Sylvie answered as everyone went inside the Ramshackle dorm to continue our important conversation.

"This dorm is quite interesting to stay in. And also you did a wonderful job on renovating it Rose." Riddle compliments after seeing the lounge area of the Ramshackle dorm.

"Yeah, I can agree with him too. It looks really cozy to stay in for the whole school year." Trey agreed with him while Cater took a few photos of the lounge area.

"Yup! Yup! It feels like a fancy hotel right now!" Cater smiled after taking the photos of it.

"Okay, thanks for the compliments, I guess?" Lynette answered with and awkward smile.

"Okay, we're getting off topic. Let's get to the main discussion. Hey Lynn, did you receive a call last night?" Lenny asked which Lynette was shocked to hear it while the others along with Grim were confused.

"Huh?"

"Yeah...I did actually! You two got one as well?!" Lynette spoked while being shocked and was also speechless.

"Huh? You three got a call last night?" Ace asked which the three half-myths looked at him and nodded.

"Yeah, was the number...009?" Lynette asked which the two nodded in agreement.

"Yeah! And the person who called us was..." Lenny spoked which Lynette finished his answer.

"...Esther..."

Soon afterwards, silence had began to fill up the whole lounge room, only the three half-myths were staying quiet and was trying to progress about what had happened last night while the Heartslabyul gang along with Grim were confused but noticed how serious the three half-myths were.

"...but just how though?" Sylvie spoked in confusion.

"Yeah...didn't she...got herself destroyed in that explosion in the court house few years ago. In the previous survival game after facing and defeating the true mastermind who had orchestrated the whole entire survival game ever since?" Lenny answered which caused a flash back to appear in their heads.

The flash back appears to show a giantic explosion from the inside of the court house. Destroying the whole building, inside and out and it was so loud it caused the whole Crystalsle country to shake loudly and hard like a giant earthquake.

"Yeah...she did got herself destroyed in the explosion a few years ago. But...how did she managed to survive in that explosion? No one can ever survive that giant explosion. " Lynette wondered which no was so sure about it.

"Umm...I hate to ask this to you guys but, who is Esther?" Ace asked, since he along with the others and Grim were confused about the conversation that the three half-myths were discussing about.

"Well to make this quick, she's a good friend of ours. And she's also a SIDC member as well." Sylvie explained to them.

"She's an awesome friend too...but..." Sylvie continued until she stopped talking and stayed quiet.

"But what? I think she's an awesome and a cool half-myth too! Just like you three right?" Ace answered which Lynette looked away from them.

"No...she isn't a half-myth and a human just like rest us. Esther is a well-builded  female humanoid android." Lynette answered which everyone but Lenny and Sylvie was shocked.

"What?! She's an humanoid female android?!" The others yelled in shock along with eyes wide opened. But Grim was confused.

"Huh? What's the hell is an humanoid female android? Is it like a robot or something?" Grim answered in confusion.

"Well a humanoid robot is a robot with its body shape built to resemble the human body. The design may be for functional purposes, such as interacting with human tools and environments, for experimental purposes, such as the study of bipedal locomotion, or for other purposes. It is a bit similar to a cyborg but it's different though. A cyborg is a human with robot parts added. An android is a robot designed to resemble a human, but is completely robotic." Lenny explained which the others finally understood and so did Grim.

"And also the androids appear to have emotions too, because they behave as if they do in the same manner that in the real world we can infer the presence of emotions in animals, although we have no knowledge of the subjective experience, and the actually have emotions, because they were programmed in this way by their owner." Lenny continued which they understood that information as well.

"And also, the whole SIDC was the one who created her too. And it was Chief Olivia was created her along with the other workers too." Lenny mentioned which it everyone but Sylive and Lynette was surprised to hear it.

"Wow?! Really?!" Cater asked in complete surprise which it was written on his face.

"Yeah, everyone in the whole department including us treated like a complete and a normal human or a half-myth being. Like a family member and a loved one..." Sylvie answered with a motherly tone which everyone was glad to hear that.

"Hey! I wanna meet her! She's a pretty interesting! So I wanna met her!" Grim cheered happily and waited for a answer from either from the three, until...

Tears had started to appear and flowed in their eyes after Esther's name has been mentioned in the conversation. Until the memories of Esther in it had appeared until the crying had came.

"Huh?! Why are you three tearing up?!" Grim panicked and hoped he didn't do anything wrong.

"Grim! It will be off of your head if you don't do something!" Riddle yelled and was about to cast his loud scolding on him until...

"No that's not it...it's just that..." Sylvie spoked which they're noticed that saddness has appeared to fill up the whole dorm room.

"She's...no longer with us...anymore." Lynette answered until the cries had burst out into the room. Everyone along with Grim's eyes were shocked and couldn't believe it.

"Wait...she's gone?" Trey spoked which the cries and snifs from the three half-myths started to get a bit louder which Trey and the others along with gasped and couldn't believe it the answer they've just received.

"How did she...?" Deuce asked which didn't want to say the 'D' word to them.

"Well...she got destroyed from an giant explosion...which it happened a few years ago. She didn't make it out alive along with the rest us...but got destroyed instead..." Lenny answered with eyes full of tears and didn't want to remember the day that Esther died when the survival game was already over...but with someone they loved was already dead...

The others along with Grim couldn't believe it the answer that was being spoke. Until they actually feels sorry for them for losing someone who was a loved one despite being an humanoid android. But they treated her like a perfect human or half-myth being and didn't care about her being an android. Ace looked at Lynette's face, which her tears was noticed and was falling out from her eyes and knew that she along with Sylvie and Lenny missed her very much and couldn't believe that she was gone ever since SIDC had created her to life. The three-half myths remembered Esther's smiling face ever since she got herself destroyed in the explosion in the court house.

"Oh...I'm so sorry for your lost." Trey answered as he fixed his glasses and he and the others along agreed with him and knew how would they feel if someone who is a loved died.

It wasn't before long, Lynette wiped her own tears away and then she turned to Sylvie and Lenny.

"Hey now, it's from the past, we should move on now. And also...we can't let Esther see us in sorrow. We'll she did promise us with a smile on our face." Lynette spoke as she patted both of their shoulders.

"Yeah...you're right, we can't let Esther-chan see us in with a depressing faces that we're wearing." Lenny agreed with her as he along with his big sister wiped their tears away.

"I agree, we should be strong for her eternal sake, even if she isn't with us along with SIDC. But at least she's in a better place to stay in." Sylvie answered with a smile.

The others along with Grim were glad that the three half-myths had gotten better, if someone who is a loved one died, any knows that it huslrts that their gone but as long the three remember that their good friend Esther isn't gone forever. The three remembered that wonderful days that they've spend together with the rest of the gang back at the Island of Enchantment. It was a lot of fun...

"That's good! Those smiles on your faces look better!" Cater answered with a smile which the others along with Grim agreed with them.

"Yeah! Even though we can't even meet her in person but...hey I hope we can meet her in person someday!" Ace answered which the others might have agreed with him until-

"How about we meet today?"

This sudden everyone in the lounge area, but however, the three half-myths recognize that female robotic voice as their eyes were wide opened.

"...that voice..." Lenny spoked.

"It...can't be..." Sylvie answered as the three half-myths turned on their phones and noticed the same exact number, the same one they have received last night.

"Oh come on now you guys! Don't keep me waiting too long! Hurry up and answer my call! Please!" The female voice continued, which Lynette answered her phone first, which everyone including Lenny, Sylvie and Grim had rushed towards to her side and waited for an answer from the stranger who had called Lynette in her own phone.

"It's been a few years now...isn't it?" the voice answered, until the face of the female stranger appeared on the screen, a robotic yet a human like female face appeared on the screen of Lynette's cellphone. The female stranger had light purple hair and light yellow eyes, her while body was being re-charged with a lot of big and small wires behind the back of her own body. A smile appeared on her face, which it was the same smile that the three half-myths remembered for so long ago.

"Hello again, my beloved SIDC friends. It's me...Test Subject-E 13, but please call me Esther Collins!" She answered with a sweet smile.

After hearing the message from the female stranger, which it happened to be Esther, SIDC's former programmer and hacker at the same time. The three half-myths stayed silent and gasped at the sudden surprise immediately while the others were shocked to hear the female android's name.

"Wait...Esther Collins? As in...The female android you were talking about earlier?!" Ace yelled and couldn't believe it, that their actually meeting a real female android.

Lynette along with Lenny and Sylvie looked at the screen carefully and their eyes had started to tear up once again as they looked at Esther's robot face, it was the same face that they've remembered for so long.

"Hey...Esther...? Is that really you?" Lynette spoke which caused more tears to fall from her face even more after seeing her robotic along with her smiling face for real.

"...is it really you? Esther-chan?" Lynette spoke quietly and started to get hiccups due to crying after seeing Esther's face again on Lynette's cellphone screen which the robot giggle which it sounded like a normal and a very happy human being.

"Hehehe...of course it! It's me of course! And also...I missed you guys a lot...every since the previous survival game a few years ago." The female android answered which caused three happy smiles to appear on their faces.

"...I can't believe this! Esther-chan!!!" Lenny screamed as he started to cry tears of joy while Lynette and Sylvie joined along with him.

"I can't believe this...you're okay!" Lynette smiled happily while Sylvie wiped her tears away and smiled, they just couldn't believe that their android friend Esther was alive again.

"By the way, I send this good news to the others back at home before you guys, clearly they're in tears of happiness too." The female robot explained, which the others knew about it.

"Yeah, Ari, Vincent, Kiara, Marcus, even Landon and Lincoln! I think there's in complete tears of happiness since you're back!" Lynette answered with a smile and wondered what their reactions were.

Location: Lynette's House/Restaurant

In the dining hall of the giant Chinese restaurant, which the restaurant had just opened for the same and usual business, Lynette's older twin brothers, Landon and Lincoln were preparing the tables to open up the shop and serve their villager friends/neighbors until Landon's laptop started to get Esther's call. After seeing her face on the screen, the two brothers busted into tears after seeing.

"Esther...*sobs*...*sobs*..." Landon spoke while sobbing after seeing their robot friend alive again.

"...I can't believe it...you're alive again..." Lincoln answered as the two brothers cried after seeing her again.

The three uncles had heard Landon and Lincoln's cries until they noticed Esther's face on the screen, and soon the Mitchell family had welcomed her home again.

*Meanwhile, at Ari's House*

Ari was about to spend some time with her younger sister Emma in the living room of their house until she got Esther's phone call. After answering it, she heard Esther's voice.

After hearing Esther's message on the phone and saw her face on her phone screen, the girl immediately started to cry tears of happiness after answering it.

"*sobs*...Welcome home! Esther-chan! *sobs*!"

Eventually, her younger sister Emmy heard her older sister crying and called their parents and then they found out about Esther's phone call that she just received today, Ari's family were very glad to see Esther alive and well again.

*Meanwhile, at Vincent's House*

For Vincent, he was actually planning to practice his usual kung fu along with his bow and arrow skills in the bamboo forest until his phone started to ring, he noticed Esther's face again. After hearing a few words from her, he too started to cry after seeing her alive again.

"Esther!!! Promise us to die again!! okay!!" He yelled in complete tears of joy as his voice echoes through out the whole entire bamboo forest.

Clearly he was happy to see her again.

*Meanwhile, At Kiara and Marcus's house/mansion*

At the Winston estate, Kiara and Marcus were about to go to their swimming pool to take for a swim, before they could jump in, both of their phones had received Esther's phone call.

Once the two had answered and had heard Esther's message. The two gasped and...just like the other SIDC members who just received Esther's call.

They cried with tears of joy and smiled as well after seeing her alive once again.

"Welcome back, Esther..." The two answered.

*Meanwhile, at Amelia's house*

Amelia was about to open her family's bakeshop for the usual business like always until her younger brother Alan and her cousin Felicity gave her phone because it was vibrating pretty loudly.

It was then that she had noticed Esther's message immediately and burst into tears of happiness, she was happy to know that her friend is okay.

"Esther-chan... *Sniffs*... I'm so glad that you're alive again... *Sniffs*"

"There are a lot of things to talk about! Ever since you were gone!" Lenny explained as he turned to Lynette.

"Have you heard about this? Lynette is now a freshmen at an all-boys school!" He continued which the pink-haired girl smiled awkwardly at her robot friend.

"Really? That's pretty..." Esther spoke as she look at Lynette, who just turned away from her phone screen and was getting really embarrassed about it.

"Weird? I know that and also, I'm the only girl here right now." She answered.

"I feel sorry for you Lynn, but the happy reunion aside, I heard about what had happened yesterday. The file said about 8 residents from a dorm named Heartslabyul went missing at night time correct?" The female robot asked as she showed the files of the case and incident, along with the photos of the missing Heartslabyul students.

"That's right, we think it's a spirit who is doing this." Sylvie answered which the others along with Grim agreed with her.

"I see...but I'm surprised though, there are spirits in this world, which I've never heard of." Esther spoke which she showed a surprised expression on her robotic face.

"Yeah, and oh! Those guys are my friends, that's Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, Riddle and Grim." Lynette answered as she introduced her guys along with a raccoon to her robot friend.

"I see, it is nice to meet you six. I am pretty sure you know my name, since my good friends already told you." The female robot answered.

"Yeah! Nice to meet you too Esther!" Ace answered while the others along with Grim waved at her until she noticed Grim, who was sitting on Lynette's shoulder.

"I believe that grey raccoon who is sitting on Lynette's shoulder is Grim?" She answered and noticed Grim which Grim was surprised himself.

"That's right! I'm Grim! And I'm gonna be the most powerful magician in the world!" Grim shouted proudly which everyone sweatdrop at his answer.

"Uh...It's more like, the most dumbest magician in the whole world. I can't believe a fire-breathing raccoon would really believe in that?" Lenny mocked which Grim heard him.

"What was that?! You better take that back!!" Grim shouted which he only received a light yellow cat eye stare.

"Do you wanna get a internet harassment? You bad kitty?" He warned him with a glare as his cat eyes turned light yellow, eventually scaring grim easily and was planning to eliminate him with a knife.

"Fgnna!! No please!!" He shrieked as hid behind Lynette's pink hair.

"I just remembered, Lenny and Sylvie are half-myth too, just like Lynn." Deuce explained which the others agreed with him.

"Yeah, so their normal eye colors can change into another color too." Riddle agreed after remembering what half-myth were.

"Okay back to the topic, it was certain that it was the work of a deadly spirit after all, to calculate this reason, the memory disappeared from the other male students expect for us, the attack had started around at night time and etc. This proves it without a doubt." Esther explained as she showed us the documents of each disappearance from each resident in Heartslabyul.

"That certainly answers our question to the culprit that is." Lynette spoke which the others along with grim agreed with her opinion.

"But during my process of during it at that time...I've have just received this odd message during my research about this case last night." She explained which it caught everyone's attention.

"What odd message?" Lenny answered which Esther showed a messenger app, with one notification.

This was rather...weird...yet very odd.

"Feel free to read it if you like, I haven't open and read the message yet, so I feel like it's better if I showed it to you all. It's best if we read it all together." She answered as we agreed with it as Lynette pressed it. Which it revealed the message that Esther was talking about.

The message that everyone saw rather surprised Lynette and her friends. But the responder was online and continued to send them a few more messages, which makes everyone even more uncomfortable.

I have heard about the case you all are investigating in, which it makes this day even more interesting...

"Okay...what on earth is this?" Lynette spoke after seeing the messages from the strange responder.

"I don't feel good about this at all...same for everyone here right?" Ace spoke which agreed with him, everyone felt the same thing.

But how ever...the worst thing had came...

Which it makes it very special...to this wonderful survival game you're in.

That message shocked everyone, especially Lynette and her friends.

"W-W-What?" The pink-haired girl stuttered in complete shock and couldn't believe her eyes on what she was reading.

"Did it...just say..." Lenny spoke as he covered his mouth.

"Survival game..." Sylvie answered which she didn't like it and felt even more uneasy.

"Huh? Survival Game? What's that?" Grim spoke which it annoyed Ace and the others.

"Are you kidding me?! You don't know what survival even means?!" Ace yelled which it caused grim to cover his ears.

"No!! So what does it means?!" grim yelled back which Sylvie and her younger brother answered his question, despite for Grim for being so dumb and not knowing anything at all.

"To answer your question, a survival game is a game for survival, and by that it means to survive to stay alive for the longest...which means..." Sylvie explained which caused her to stay quiet until Lynette answered it.

"It means you avoid of getting killed alive." She answered which it shocked Ace and the others alongside with Grim.

"What?!" They screamed, which caused the sender to continue to send their messages to the gang.

That's right, that's the actually purpose for this survival game, in other words, I don't mind having six other participates to join in with the four previous survivors in the previous survival game a few years ago.

"What the?!" Lynette spoke in shock after hearing about the previous survival game.

"How did this person..." Sylvie spoke which Lenny answered it.

"Knew about the previous game a few years ago?!" Lenny yelled which Esther realized something.

"Whoever this sender is, they must have a good look to the previous case files!" Esther shouted which Sylvie realized something.

"Wait...didn't it just say about six participants joining in?" Sylvie spoke which everyone agreed with her question.

That's absolutely right...and i'm talking about the NRC students...the one who are with you four...

This message shocked Lynette the most, as she turned to Ace and the others alongside with Grim with a shock look as if she didn't want to believe this again. Lenny and Sylvie had managed to get the message as well and the two were shocked as well.

"Rose what's wrong?" Riddle answered after seeing Lynette's look on her face.

"Did...something happened?" Cater asked which the uneasy feeling grew even more worse than before.

"The six participants they means was...you guys..." Lynette answered.

Ace, Deuce, Trey, Cater, Riddle and Grim's eyes went wide and couldn't believe on what Lynette had just said to them.

"No...that's..." Trey spoke and tried to confine this situation.

"...that's...gotta be a joke right...?" Ace asked which the sender answered his question.

A joke? Like what? 

That message had ticked everyone off as Riddle went to Lynette's side and patted her left shoulder, as a sign of protection.

"What on earth is the meaning of this nonsense?! Everyone else including Rose and her friends will not play this survival game!!" The second-year student screamed.

"Yeah! And there no way you can force us to play!" Ace screamed alongside with him.

But what's next is not what we expected to be.

Are you sure about that? You dare to violate me? Well this is what you get if you dare to do that...

That last message made everyone confused until...

The true chaos had came to take place...
