The puny human race on earth does not realize that we have an army waiting for them and somebody to lead the army.

Everybody please evacuate the area. "What is the problem agent Hill".

"The tesseract just started surging out of nowhere. The doctor wasn't even around when it just turned itself on. Every time they turned it off the cube turned itself back on".

"Please get all of the phase two weapons on trucks and out of here".

"Would you just like me to tell them to go back to bed?"

"Yes. Until the world is in danger of ending we are going to act as if it is going to continue on spinning".

"If this thing goes off there might not be a minimum safe distance".

"Your objective is to get all of the phase two weapons on the trucks".

"Doctor what is the problem".

"It is that the tesseract is spiking uncontrollably. It's letting off low levels of gamma radiation which I know is bad".

"Where is the Hawk and Andersen?"

"The Hawk up in his nest as usual. Andersen I haven't seen him around much but he should be here somewhere. Oh there he is".

"Agent Andersen come over here now. Barton I asked you to watch over things and i need you down here now. I gave the two of you specific instructions to watch what what is going on here".

"I have been Nick I just have been busy okay there was the evac. that I had to help with and then Agent Hill wanted me to help her get some of phase two down to the trucks".

"Barton have you seen anything that would of sent this thing off?"

"No sir. Selvig is clean and if there is any tampering it's not from this side".

"What do you mean from this side?"

"He is saying that if this is a door then wouldn't also be able to be opened from the other side?"

Just then the Tesseract reacted so that they were blown off their feet. Where the light beam went there was a man standing there holding a staff.

"Please put down the staff".

"Well I will but, first I will tell you who I am. I am Loki".

"Wait you're Thor's brother".

"Yes I am Thor's brother but please I don't like that connection".

He then started shooting beams from that scepter. Everybody is either killed or knocked over from the events that followed. Talen tried to stop him from escaping with the tesseract. He takes out his gun and Loki stops him from using it and says "You have heart". Loki also does the same to Clint Barton.

Nick grabs the tesseract and he runs into trouble they start shooting at him and manage to hit him once. Barton takes the briefcase with the tesseract inside Loki and all of the people he took control of went down to where the trucks are.

"Agent Hill don't let them leave. Loki has all of them under his mind control thing.
