Notify My Followers & Tagging Members:
Do not notify followers/tag members for advertisements. We want people to look at the announcements, and if they are bombarded with advertisements all the time, they won't bother looking at all. I think I can trust you guys to know when it's necessary to notify followers.

-Admin updates [lost/gained/up-ranked] |include update in FC book too|
