How the heck are you supposed to solve a system of inequalities with different signnss?? (> and <)

Also, how do you factor two trinomials when the third number of the second trinomial has an exponent?? 

I'm kinda panicking, this is a chance for me to raise up my math grade, and I don't even remember how to solve theseeee
