Around 8am Manjari  was going to see if Abhimanyu  came back home since last night he was busy with emergency cases 
 
When she opened the door she made a face shaking her head Seen her son getting ready
 
Manjari : abhi what is this last night u were busy at the hospital  and like usual I'm sure u must have come late...but that doesn't mean u don't take care of yourself at least get some rest na...look at your brothers neil and parth...both are doctors yet they take proper rest
 
Abhimanyu : mom I already took some rest he said putting his blazor on
 
Manjari : yh I know your so called rest which is 2-3 hours of sleep, workout and then hospital ..abhi  look at me she said turning him around and cupping his cheeks
 
Abhimanyu  had completely changed after Akshara had left and on top of that Tanya death...he was not the same Abhimanyu  who would play pranks on people or annoy them....the Abhimanyu  that always use to smile now has turned into a serious guys who hardly smiles....Manjari  looked in his eyes the eyes which use to be full of naughtiness is empty.
 
Manjari : how long r u going to stay like this for beta. I love u but I'm also missing that Abhimanyu  who I had seen few years back.
 
Abhimanyu  kissed Manjari  forehead and hugged her
 
Abhimanyu : I am that Abhimanyu  maa but with time i just changed a little.
 
Mahima: absolutely and on top of that our abhi has become even more handsome..she said
 
Abhimanyu  slightly smiled and broke the hug looking at Mahima waking in with Harshvardhan  and Anand
 
Harshvarda: of course after all he is my son after all... so he would fully go on to me...however he has grown stubble making me look even  more younger than him he said 
 
Manjari : haan but that stubble   suits him it makes him look even more handsome
 
Harshvardan: so am i not handsome?
 
Mahima: both of u stop and  now come on let's go and have breakfast
 
Anand: come Abhimanyu   he said taking Abhimanyu  with him along with harsh and telling both  something
While Mahima looked at Manjari .
 
Mahima: Manjari  stop worrying too much
 
Manjari : I try not to jiji but despite having all of us Abhimanyu  is somewhere alone...he doesn't share his feelings with anyone not even his friends...if Akshu was here then she would have made him feel better some way and also he would have shared everything with her
 
Mahima: it's hard for him Manjari....Abhimanyu  lost two people that were close to him one is Akshara as she left and second one was Tanya death
 
Birla family got to know about Tanya and Abhimanyu  as Juhi had told them a day after Tanya had passed away.
 
Manjari : I just pray to god that we get our old abhi back she said taking a picture of Abhimanyu  during his college days which he was smiling widely in and then she looked at the picture on the wall where Abhimanyu  was standing with Vidyut and neil  and a small smile was on his face but only they knew
that the smile wasn't real
 
Anamd: Manjari  Mahima hurry up we r  Hungry he said shouting from downstairs
 
Manjari  and Mahima wiped their tears and left the room to go and have breakfast ...
 
They all got busy eating and then left to do their own work for the day
 
Around 11:30am in london
 
Keerti: Akshuuu come...Sirat Had said she will call when it's around 4pm in india
 
Akshara:I'm coming bua till then unlock my iPad please...she said shouting from her room.
 
At 4:05pm (in india) Sirat sat down and made a video call once it was connected she saw keerti waving
 
Keerti: hi Sirat how was your day
 
Sirat: it was ok was busy with teaching   boxing   and then was making a list for certain items that had to be bought ...how is your day
 
Keerti: well it's pretty ok as it's only 11:35am so still have the whole day.
 
Sirat: don't u have work today?
 
Keerti: nope have a day off so I will go with Akshara to the orphanage

Sirat: you know I'm happy that bhai opened an orphanage for those special kids that need help and I'm happy that even though akshu works at the hospital she also works at the orphanage helping those kids

Keerti: you are right...when we came here naksh felt like opening an orphanage here for kids without parents and also for those kids who need special care...by the way our orphanages are getting good reviews
 
Sirat: congratuation for that and I'm sure many more good reviews will come...where is Akshu and bhai though.
 
Keerti: madam is still getting ready and naksh has gone out for some work
 
Sirat: still? Before Akshu use to get ready in 5-10 mins and now she is taking her time.
 
Akshara: who said I'm talking my time....
 
Keerti turned around while Sirat heard Akshara voice... both smiled
 
Akshara was wearing Long Sleeve Casual Loose  Summer Blouse Tee Top with light blue jeans with her hair down while she just had a locket around her neck which was gifted by karti and naira 
 

 
Akshara came and sat next to keerti
 
Akshara: hi Sirat ma...
 
Sirat: hey bacha looking pretty as always.
 
Akshara: thanks Sirat maa where is everyone.
 
Sirat: well all r busy with their own work ...kairav has gone to office with ranveer , vansh has gone ti his friends house to do blogging ....your both dadu and dadis have gone to an ngo event, and mimi has gone to mandir and arohi has gone to the hospital
 
Akshara: arien wah everyone is enjoying
 
Sirat: haan but we all r missing u.
 
Akshara: Sirat maa please not again.
 
Sirat: what not again whenever I ask  when r u planning to come back u always avoid it.
 
Akshara: Sirat  maa I work at a hospital and then  the orphanage during my free time here... I can't just leave things and come like that.
 
Sirat: don't give me that excuse of yours
 
Akshara: ok enough of all this we r actually getting late so I will speak to u later love u Sirat maa and do give my love to all
 
Sirat:will do bye take care and enjoy your day.
 
After the video call ended
 
Akshara: come on bua let's go
 
Keerti looked at akshara who went to get her bag and then got up .
 
Both reached to the orphanage after 30mins.
 
All the kids were happy Seen Akshara while keerti gave them there gifts...Akshara later went to a cabin and started to look at the paper work and also check on the reports on certain kids 
 
Around 6pm in india
 
Abhimanyu and vidyut looked at each other as they cut the stomach open and slowly took the 3 bullets out...

After 40 mins of complicated operation the patient was stable and vidyut started to stitch up the area

As both came out of the operation theater both took their mask and cap of and washed their hands

Vidyut: that was tough ...I thought we would never be able to find that 3rd bullet in the stomach..

Abhimanyu: I agree...the person must have been in so much pain with 3 bullets...we still have to monitor her though

Vidyut:you are right...she should atleast stay here for few weeks and we can do a check up and see if she is fully stable

Abhimanyu: yup once she does gain conscious we have to make sure of other things first before police start their questioning with her

Suddenly a nurse came looking for vidyut

Nurse : sir dr gupta is waiting for you

Vidyut: tell him I'll be there in a bit

Once the nurse left vidyut turned to  abhimanyu

Vidyut: I'll go and see dr gupta abhi

Abhimanyu: ok I'll check if the patient has been moved to the icu and inform the family who hasnt arrived yet

Around 1:40 pm in U.K.

Akshara had got some paper work ready and looked at a couple who came to meet one of the kids...happy that they are planning yo adopt a Child who is not normal but are special in their own way ... she smiled giving them their own time and moved out to the playing area to see keerti helping some kids paint....she went and sat down and took out her phone checking her emails and once done her mind was telling her to lock her phone while her heart was telling her to press the instagram icon on her home screen after a battle her heart won and she pressed the icon
 
Akshara had created an account with a different name and never uploaded any pics she knew Arohi account wasn't private as Arohi loves sharing her pics with everyone and also people follow her . The latest picture she saw on Arohi account had the gang (except Tanya )
 
Vidyut was sitting next to Abhimanyu while Neil was sitting sideway leaning against Abhimanyu  and on the other side of Vidyut was Juhi and next to neil  was Arohi who was pouting. She smiled seen the pic but the one thing which always made her wonder was y hasn't she seen Tanya in any of the pictures but then she had recalled once when she had a convo with Tanya
 
Flashback
Akshara: hey Tanya come on take a pic with us she said as it was only her Juhi and Arohi while the boys were busy in a match
 
Tanya: no Akshara it's ok I'll watch u guys
 
Juhi: what do u mean watch us come on u r our friend
 
Tanya: I know but the thing is I hate taking pictures I only get them clicked rarely
 
Arohi: WHAT ? U hate taking pictures omg someone pinch me please
 
Akshara: shut up Arohi...it's ok Tanya we won't force u...but haan this won't work always haan
 
Tanya smiled and nodded
 
End of flashback
 
Akshara: seems like Tanya still hates taking picture she said smiling slightly unaware that Tanya left this world 5  years back.
 
She looked at the picture again and saw  everyone had changed they looked more mature now...her eyes moved to Abhimanyu  ..she felt Something different with the way he was smiling there was Something in his eyes which she wasn't able to figure  out and this wasn't the first time she was noticing as she had noticed it in all the pics Arohi had posted in the last 5  years  ....she shook her head feeling that she is thinking too much and closed her instagram  looking  back at the Kids and soon joined them

So guys here is the next chap I know I know everyone is waiting for akshu to come back but koi nahi let's see how long she stays in London for...after all she loves to visit me 😜
