Tim headed out early, he needed his laptop from Todd to prepare for his final exams. He stopped at the local cafe near the campus to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee to go. His phone vibrated in his pocket.  Thinking it was Caroline he quickly checked his phone. A text message from a blocked number "enjoy, that could be your last meal".

Tim quickly looked around the cafe, searching for the person in the video, but he recognized everyone there. He quickly grabbed his order and headed outside. 'What the hell' he thought as he looked around, checking the area before climbing into the truck. He immediately called Jason to check the video at the apartment. He assured Tim no one was there and hadn't been overnight. Caroline's car was in the driveway. He let out a sigh of relief, at least whoever it was wasn't near her. He then called Bobby and brought him up to date.  He told Tim to immediately come to his office.

Caroline got up shortly after Tim left, hoping she could get a few things completed before he was done for the summer. While showering she couldn't help but think about everything Tim had told her.

After dressing she went to the kitchen to grab a light breakfast before getting to work. On the table was a note from Tim...Good morning my love, I headed to campus early, didn't want to wake you, I should be home around 1..if you go anywhere please be careful and just send me a text where you go..

Caroline smiled, she knew he was concerned for her safety, as she was for his. Whoever this idiot was stalking him, needed to be stopped now.

While walking back to paint she noticed the CD of the video on the coffee table. She decided to take a look so that she would recognize the car if it were ever nearby. The car didn't look familiar, she couldn't remember ever actually seeing it. She looked at the next file, the one Todd had enhanced. She persed her lips, her breathing became rapid, her face reddened from anger. She ran to the door, grabbing her purse and keys "oh hell no!" she exclaimed as she slammed the door.

Tim met with Bobby, handing over his phone to show him the text.

"Can I keep this for about an hour or so. I want forensics to see if they can trace where this came from" Bobby informed him.

Reluctantly Tim handed it to him. He didn't like not being in contact with Caroline but he had to find out who was behind the threats. "Sure, I'm picking up my laptop from Todd, then I'll be in the library, studying" Tim advised.

"I'll bring it over when they're done. Also, could you tell Todd to send me a copy of his findings as well" Bobby requested as Tim handed it to him. "Don't worry Tim, we're going to find this bastard" he reassured him.

Caroline slammed on her breaks as she entered the driveway. Quickly exciting she left the car door open, running to the front door, pounding feverishly on it.

"Open the damn door, now!" she demanded as she continued to pound. No answer, the door was locked. She looked through the windows, seeing no one she immediately ran around back. As she turned the corner, there sat the vehicle in the video. "You son of a bitch" she said aloud to the person on the back porch.

Tim couldn't concentrate enough to study. He read the emails over again trying to figure out the reason behind them. His mind kept going back to encounters with her dad, 'but would he really stoop so low as to put his own daughter in danger' he thought to himself.

Consumed by his own thoughts he hadn't noticed that Bobby was standing next to him. Bobby tapped him on the shoulder, startling Tim, causing him to gasp aloud. "Why the hell did you do that" he stated loudly. Others in the library shushed him as he ran his hand through his hair.

"Sorry bud, just bringing your phone back" Bobby replied, with a smirk.

"Glad to see you think my being stalked is humorous" Tim declared.

"Whoa, easy ok. I know it's not funny.  We were able to get information off the phone. Why don't you come outside so we can talk without disturbing everyone" Bobby suggested.

Tim gathered his laptop, bag and followed him outside. "What did you find" he asked as they walked to the patrol car. "Take a seat, Ill show you" Bobby told him as he got in.
