CHAPTER 18

AUTHOR 'S POV

4 months, soild four months have passed ,now yamini was 4 months pregnant.

Yamini was doing all good, her life was moving quiet calmly but this calmness made her heart restless.
They say it's calm before the storm.

Aarav left to Canada, after takeing her to the restaurant ,he drove her back to the house .
As said he left the next morning, yamini was in cloud nine seeing him going away.

These 4 months, Aarav calls Mary and talks regularly.
Keeping her words Mary never opened her mouth about yamini being pregnant.
For which yamini was grateful.

For some reasons, Mary's health was going bad.
She was more or less bed ridden
Through she was under medicines
She had been there for yamini in needed time.

Leaning back to the tree, the fresh air hit her gently.

Yamini closed her eyes placing her hand on her small belly.
A small smile appeared on her face.
Feeling her baby in her.

This four months has been the best days in her entire life, her days starts talking with her baby and ends talking to it.

She doesn't even know whether the baby will hear it or no
But she just needed someone to talk and now she had one
Whom she can protect, love and care .

Yamini changed a lot, in these four months
She never cared about anyone or anything the only thing her attention was her baby.

Her long hairs were growing  even more long ,she could feel her breasts growing, her back ache was something she never wanted
Her legs ached often, she was use to feel tired very often, and top of this the morning sickness ,sleepless nights and then just a thought of her baby, yamini forgot about all these pains .

She promised herself that she will shower her baby with all the love, care that she was craving from childhood.

Days are passing like seconds and somehow yamini should escape the place,
Her mind was numb she had to idea what is gone happen now.

But she was strong and steady that she will leave this hell before the beast arrives.

But then after escaping, where will she go? Who does she know? Who will help her? Does she has money? How can she reach Advik?will Advik accept her now?

And to all this questions there is no answers with her!

She has no idea, about advik accepting her .

Escaping now was also not a correct time as now she is not one but two
She has a life in her.

"akka"she heard Pallavi 's voice

"yes, baby "yamani asked with a smile.

"my.. My is head is paining "saying this Pallavi fell down near yamini's leg.

A shocked yamini patted her cheeks but no response, she then yelled for her parents who came running and took her to the hospital.

Yamini stood watching Pallavi and her family rushing out the gate.
Her hands immediately went to her small belly.

Licking her dry lips, she made her way in to the house and gulped the whole bottle of water.

Seeing Pallavi like it, she was disturbed, even though she knows Pallavi for a very few days and in these few days she was like a stress buster to yamini.

Yamini walked into to the washroom and decided to take a warm shower to clear her mind.

Her lower belly pain was literally killing her

Removing her dress, her eyes first fell on her belly and then to the mirror in the washroom, turning a little she saw bruises filled shoulders
From new to old everything was craved perfectly 

She didn't know why but felt very uncomfortable and uneasy.

Finishing her business, she then got dressed in a simple and walked into Mary's room.

"aunty, my lower belly is paining badly "yamini told sitting down in the bed, pressing her lips together.

"shhhhh, it's normal to feel pain  in lower belly as your ligaments stretch to support your growing belly "Mary told pressing her hands gently.
Yamini nodded

"drink some water and test a while "Mary added
Yamini stood up to leave

"just a minute "
Saying this Mary told and few glass bangles from a box

"baby can hear sound ,wear it "Mary told giving her the bangles and yamini took it .
Knowing some basic knowledge about it

Yamini walked out from the room wearing the bangles.

She then made her way to Pallavi's house and saw they had already returned back

"how is she  now, is she okay now"yamini asked

"she is fine mam, she didn't have her food properly so..."Pallavi's mother told and yamini nodded looking at Pallavi who was sleeping peacefully.

"OK, then bye
Take care "yamini told and left to her room.

This was her routine
Kitchen,  garden, Pallavi 's house,mary's room
That's all she knew in this house

His room suffocated her, she never made any attempt to stay in the room unless or until she need to rest.

Yamini slowly climbed the stairs and her eyes fell on the last room at the corner.

Mary once had told her that it was gauri's room (Aarav 's sister)
Yamini never made any attempt or had a any intention to explore the room but now she wanted to explore the room.

Taking few baby steps, she stood in front the room, her hands touched the knob....
