what if garrett graham and hannah wells's 'deal ' fell through? what if they never actually dated or even fell for each other at all? and what if allie hayes had a sister?

when parker hayes shows up unannounced at her sister's college apartment doorstep with her german shepard full of tears, cuts, and bruises allie hayes and her roommate hannah wells welcomed her in with open arms and no questions asked- well... allie had some questions... about her sister she hadn't seen in a few years,

parker hayes fled halfway across the country to the safety of her sister's college campus. while hiding out and taking time to revoer, she comes across none other than briar u king, garrett graham.

but, garrett graham is failing... and he cannot afford to do so.

when the star hockey player of briar u is failing his philosophy class and turns to none other than hannah wells for tutoring, he finally wears her down. only problem is it's late in the semester and hannah is very busy girl with her showcase. so, when 'the deal' they strike ends and garrett still even more desperate than before needs help, he turns to none other than the quiet, broken blonde he finds on hannah and allie's couch. and good news... garrett's charm is justtt enough to convince her to help.

what happens now that parker and garrett strike a sweet deal? if hannah wells can't be bought, parker sure can. but this little tutoring partnership garrett and parker have could become more... something deeper, and it could just be everything the pair need to not only just scrape by when it comes to surviving young adulthood, but actually live and enjoy their life for a change... if the men in their life allow it. and it turns out they may have more in common than they ever thought.

• this fic will be based off the book series alone bc i created this book idea before the show was even announced & i fear they're gonna f it up lmao

• i have had my own casting for the off campus series since i first read it, so that will be the cast for this fic as well lmao (i have a casting wp account, nothing out yet tho lmao, & a casting tiktok too lol: 14meraki14, if interested)

• parker is allie's sister. she started college & dropped out to move across the country with her bf (oc)

• although parker will help garrett with his school work problem, they will still have their own relationship/story & parker is her own character lol (not just a hannah 2.0) & i think i will have hannah be w/ justin or maybe someone else if i think of it tbh... but i will not make her end up alone bahaha

• parker & dean will be PLATONIC SOULMATESSSS & the best bffs ever (i seriously canot wait for their friendshippp)

• i want to continue this series into the next gen/spin off book series, which is the campus diaries!! i'm gonna be honest i haven't read it yet, but when i do... we shall see ;)
