The sun began to set, leaving the sky painted in a beautiful golden shade. It would have been the perfect moment for any couple to sit and watch as the day came to a satisfying end.

Well..all except one..

Hiccup sat perched against a large hill, the very same hill his father had showed him when he told stories of a magical world, where dragons thrived.

He had been searching for (Y/N) for well over 3 hours, but to no avail, it seemed she didn't want to talk to him. He gave up and made his way towards the hill, a deep frown set in place.

He wanted to make sure that she was alright, that she didn't take what Gobber had said to heart. He wanted to make sure that she didn't feel uncomfortable around him.

Toothless rumbles, nudging Hiccup with a playful grin.

"What?" Hiccup questions with a raised brow, a small smile on his face. Toothless looks down at his prosthetic with another pleading rumble, looking up at Hiccup with big eyes.

"Oh, all right." Hiccup sighs, bouncing on one leg to get his prosthetic off. "You do know it's not a chew toy, don't you?" He questions before his voice turns playful.

"Is this what you want? Oh, do you want this leg?"

Toothless happily wags his tail, bowing and staring at the metal foot with rumbles.

"Do you want my leg?" Hiccup grins, grunting as he throws it. "Go get it!"

Toothless quickly dives after it, leaving Hiccup alone. He sits down with a sigh, dangling his legs over the edge as he takes his old journal out.

He looks over it, his eyes shining when he comes across an old picture he drew when he was still in his youth.

It was a decent sized portrait, having him and (Y/N) in the middle, two wings incasing them and protecting them from harm.

On the right, on (Y/N)'s side, was Toothless' wing, his black scales drawn with time and care. On Hiccup's side was (D/N)'s wing, the spiked edge curving around and touching the edge of the page.

The drawing of Hiccup stared out, his eyes squinted in delight as a large grin played on his lips.

The left side of his face was squished as (Y/N) placed a firm yet loving kiss to his cheek, her eyes shut tightly as a smushed smile decorated her delicate face.

He had drawn the picture well after him and (Y/N) officially became a couple, she had wanted to do something to celebrate.

And while she decided to make Hiccup an over exaggerated flower crown, with the thorns still intact..

He drew the two of them.

Although he planned on giving it to her, (Y/N) insisted that he kept it, so that every time he opened the book he would be greeted with a beautiful sight.

And he couldn't have been more happy.

He closes the journal, wiping his eyes as tears threatened to spill over, tucking it away and grabbing his map journal, pushing himself from the edge and setting it up as his prosthetic falls from the sky.

Toothless rumbles from above, making
Hiccup look up with a grin as Toothless glides with the wind.

"Getting pretty good at gliding on your own, bud," Hiccup compliments, focusing on his map as Toothless lands, panting and nudging the prosthetic to Hiccup.

Hiccup remains silent, trailing his fingers across the map before getting to an empty spot, tapping it.

"Lovely day for a stroll..don't you think?"

Hiccup gasps, swiftly turning around, he finds (Y/N) taking slow steps towards him, (D/N) a few feet behind her.

He smiles nervously, his heart picking up as he takes in her form, the way her hips swayed playfully and her how her hair, albeit terribly messy, still framed her face perfectly.

"(Y/N)! Uh, hey, hi! Whe..where have you been?" Hiccup stammers, watching as she stops infront of him with a nervous chuckle.

"Well, I took a flight, you know just me and
(D/N).." (Y/N) replies, patting (D/N)'s neck and gesturing for him to go to Toothless.

"And then I was looking for you, and figured I'd find you where you always hid away from Gobber."

"Ah," Hiccup laughs, nodding as he looks back at his map. Toothless eagerly shoves the prosthetic foot to (Y/N), making her cringe at the saliva dripping from it.

"Gross..fetch!" She groans in disgust, tossing it away as Toothless quickly races after it.
(D/N) watches with a small smile before falling on his side, groaning as he stretches his legs.

"I came back because I figured he was right, you know?" (Y/N) continues, wiping her hands on her armor and shaking them out.

Hiccup perks up, looking over at her with wide eyes as a blush formed on his pale cheeks.

"R-Really?" He stammers out, a small smile forming on his face as he thinks of what to say next.

"You think you and I should.."

"-figure out how we're going to solve the problems here on Berk." (Y/N) nods, her hands on her hips as she looks over Berk.

Hiccup deflates, blinking rapidly as he looks up at her. "Oh. Y-Yeah that's what I was thinking." He stammers out, his head hung low as he shakes away his disappointment.

"I mean..marriage!" (Y/N) groans in embarrassment, shaking her head and slapping her hand against her forehead "The thought of it is just..!" She trails off, shaking her arms as she tries to think of the right words.

"Yeah, I know..that was crazy..." Hiccup mumbles, pouting slightly as he looks away.

" I mean the idea of it..isn't crazy," (Y/N) says after a moment, nervously glancing to Hiccup as he looks over at her with a tilt of his head.

"But, erm..we should focus on the problems at hand before...that. More and more trappers threaten us every day."

She sighs heavily, setting herself down besides Hiccup and looking over his map. He smiles, pressing a kiss to her temple before wrapping his arm securely around her waist.

"It does seems like the whole world knows about us now." He agrees in a concerned voice. "And with more and more dragons we bring back here.."

"..the more trappers try to take them.." Hiccup finishes, sighing and looking back down at his map.

"Oi! Toothless!!" (Y/N) groans as Toothless drops the prosthetic in her lap, making her grab it and quickly throw it to (D/N).

(D/N) jumps up in alarm, his fur sticking up as he paws at the foot with a frown. Toothless barrels in a moment later, tackling (D/N) as the two start to fight, pawing and gnawing at eachothers limbs.

"If only we could find somewhere else to go, or find a way to make them leave us alone." (Y/N) continues, shaking her head before leaning her cheek on his shoulder.

"There...might be somewhere," Hiccup says, making her glance to him before nodding, silently telling him to continue.

"Remember how my dad used to talk about
th-the Hidden World? A place where dragons live that's been untouched by man?" Hiccup stammers out, his excitement slowly bubbling over.

(Y/N) nods, her brows furrowed as a smile slowly crawled onto her cheeks.

"Ah! My dad used to tell me the story to get me to sleep.." she pauses, raising her head and staring at her boyfriend with uncertainty.

"But what if it was just some sailors' tall tale?"

"But what if it's real?" Hiccup softly asks, leaning forward and setting his hand over hers on the map. "It could be the answer to all of our problems!"

"So we move the dragons there?" (Y/N) tilts her head, Hiccup grinning and shaking his head.

"All of us."

(Y/N) smiles at the idea before looking down at Berk, her eyes lingering on the statue of Stoick and her father.

"But what about Berk? This has been our home for seven generations. And our fathers left it for you to look after.." (Y/N) looks back at Hiccup in concern.

"I'm not saying I'm opposed to the idea..it's just, are you sure?"

"Uh..." Hiccup trails off before sighing. "I don't know."

(Y/N) hums softly, looking back at the two wrestling dragons. "Well, until you know for sure, we can just stay here."

(D/N) playfully whacks Toothless' nose, kicking him off and snatching the prosthetic foot and bowing to Toothless.

Toothless huffs, growling as he starts chasing (D/N) for the foot.

"Well, we could just take Gobber's advice and tie the knot," Hiccup not-so-subtly hints. "I-I mean, we are basically soulmates!" The word makes (Y/N) chuckle with a blush, nodding her head as Hiccup continues.

"But if you're having doubts I mean..Snotlouts always available!"

"Oh, don't even!" (Y/N) laughs, pretending to gag as she shoves his shoulder. "And you know he only has eyes for our moms. Yours in particular!"

Hiccup lets out a comfortable laugh, (Y/N) giggling and shaking her head as she continues to joke.

"So, hey! Maybe before ours, we'll be going to theirs!"

"Oh? So we are getting married?" Hiccup smirks, making her laugh as he pulls her into his lap while lightly tickling her.

"Let go you troll!!"

"So you want to marry this mighty Chief huh?!" Hiccup laughs, (Y/N) squealing as he continues his relentless attack of tickles.

"I yield, I yield!!" She yells, laughing as he pulls her closer to his chest.

"Nope sorry, can't hear you!!" He yells, bringing her forward and peppering her cheeks with light kisses. His arms tighten, fingers digging into her skin and making her cry out in laughter.

The two continue to roll around before (Y/N) finds an opening, quickly she pulls away, grabbing Hiccup's arm and tugging him, causing him to fall to the ground with a grunt.

He lays on his back, staring at the sky with heavy breaths as (Y/N) chuckles, lying on her side, an elbow supporting her weight as she stares down at her boyfriend, admiring the redness of his cheeks.

"..hi" Hiccup mumbles, sighing as (Y/N) brings a hand up and strokes his cheek. She giggles, a sound he could never get tired of hearing as she leans her head down, her hair falling and creating a curtain around both of their faces.

"Hey there.." she whispers, her lips barely brushing his as she smiles gently, watching as he glances from her lips to her eyes every few seconds.

Hiccup sucks in a breath, reaching up and placing his hand firmly against the back of her head, he tugs her down, their lips colliding clumsily, much to their enjoyment.

(Y/N) chuckles into the kiss, her eyes lidded as Hiccup's were closed gently, his eyebrows raised as he savored the moment. It was rare for them to have moments like this, moments were it was just them.

So of course he's going to take his time.

(Y/N) reaches her non active arm around Hiccup's waist, the palm of her hand reaching around and cupping his back, pulling him further in as they continue to kiss.

Hiccup giggles, pulling away with a satisfied sigh, he stares at his girlfriend, her pupils almost fully blown as she stared down at him, her face relaxed as she regained her breath.

She pulls away fully, offering Hiccup a hand and tugging him to sit up. He takes her hand, sighing as she pulls him up, his chest pressed to her back as he continued to stare at her.

He reaches around, wrapping his arms around her and pressing his chin to her shoulder, sighing happily as she leaned against him, her shoulders relaxing.

"I love you.."

They laugh as they mumble the same phrase at the same time, relaxing as they stared out at Berk, their hearts in sync and minds focused on only eachother. It was a beautiful moment.

..until it wasn't..

A sharp, ear piercing roar catches their attention, echoing slightly as both (D/N) and Toothless stare wide eyed towards the forest.

Toothless swiftly leaps from the rocks, leaving behind the others as (D/N) roars after him.
"Uh, bud?" Hiccup calls, fixing his foot and rushing after him.

Toothless leaps from rock to rock, leaving them behind as he glides away.

"Yeah, sure. Don't bother to wait for us," Hiccup scoffs, shaking his head as (D/N) joins his side, (Y/N) hot on his heels.

...

Toothless sniffs around the area, jumping and rumbling as (D/N) joins his side with an annoyed growl.

He rumbles apologetically as Hiccup slides next to (D/N), sighing.

"What's going on, guys?"

(D/N)'s ears perk as he hears a roar, making him bolt in that direction as (Y/N) yelps, struggling as she clutches his saddle and runs at his side.

"Come on, bud!" Toothless snorts, following quickly after Hiccup.

...

(D/N) sniffs the ground, raising his head and scanning the area as his ears flicker. He rushes forward as a whine could be heard, (Y/N) gasping as she looses him.

"(D/N) you bloody git!!" She groans, rising and dusting herself off before jogging after him.

The Howl skids to a stop, looking around before jumping as a dragon crashes infront of him, a rattling sound coming from behind it as it growled lowly.

(D/N) peeled behind it, his eyes turning to slits at the sight of a bola wrapped tightly around its tail, it's beautiful white skin turning a nasty shade of red.

(Y/N) pants lightly, stopping behind (D/N) and slowly moving around him before gasping at the sight of the pure white dragon.

"Oh..my..gods!" She breathes out with wide eyes, the Woolly Howl growling and thrashing it's tail around with a hiss.

(D/N) tilts his head, blinking rapidly as the dragon stares at him, huffing loudly and eyeing him.

It perks up, tilting its head the same way with a soft chitter. (D/N) rumbles back, slowly taking a few steps forward.

(Y/N) takes a few steps forward, making the dragon jolt and face her with a snarl as she attempts to stand.

"Easy now.." she softly says, taking another careful step forward.

...

Hiccup pants heavily, Toothless rumbling as they come to a stop.

"I gotta work out more!" Hiccup sighs, pushing past the plants and gasping at the sight.

...

"What are you doin??" Hiccup poorly whispers, making (Y/N) wave her hand back and dismiss him as he and Toothless watch.

(Y/N) moves closer to the Woolly Howl, her hands up in surrender as the dragon growls lightly.

(D/N) shakes his head, gently nudging his head into (Y/N)'s stomach, her laughing and patting his head as they stare at the dragon with happy eyes.

The Howl's eyes narrow in confusion, a chitter coming from its throat as it looks at (Y/N) before taking a few steps forward.

(Y/N) softly exhales, slowly grabbing the bola as the dragon bares its teeth before realizing it was being set free.

(Y/N) shakes her head at the sight, untangling the bola and pulling it off, stuffing it in her pocket and backing away with a sigh.

"There you go," (Y/N) smiles, the dragon eyeing the girls hands as she raises them, parting her fingers to show she was harmless.

The Woolly Howl looks at (D/N), rumbling lightly as she carefully approaches him. He looks up at her with a head tilt.

He jerks back, his eyes wide as she licks his cheek as a thank you, a rumble leaving her as he looks away bashfully.

(Y/N) stares at her dragon with a teasing smile, shoving her shoulder into his side with a grin.

"You nervous..?" She drawls out the word in a sing song voice, laughing as (D/N) barks at her with a shake of his head.

She jumps as something bumps into her, looking down, the Woolly Howl stares at her, snorting and leaning into the girls hand, purring gently.

"So you are friendly!" She jokes, petting the dragon and marveling at the pure white fur decorating the dragons body, she looks closer, her eyes widening at the sight of small grey hairs mixed with the white fur.

The dragons fur sparkled like diamonds..

Hiccup chuckles in disbelief, Toothless looking over at (D/N) with a raised brow and a quiet roar.

(D/N) looks back with wide eyes, Toothless motioning for him to walk over to the dragon.

(D/N) looks at it before turning back to Toothless, shaking his head. (Y/N) scratches behind the dragon's ear as it rises, looking around with narrowed eyes.

It sniffs at the ground, frowning and hissing lightly as it faces Toothless and Hiccup's direction.

It begins to stalk towards the two, (Y/N) watching with wide eyes.

The Howl looks over at Toothless, it's eyes widening slightly before it takes a few steps back, it's tail flicking behind it.

(D/N) tilts his head, watching before whinning as it takes off flying, roaring in disbelief.

He grunts, narrowing his eyes before scanning the area. (D/N) barks over to Toothless, making him look at him before sniffing the air. His eyes widen as he starts to take off once again.

"Oh, great," Hiccup sarcastically says with a sigh, stretching before taking off again.

...

Toothless looks around, the gif making it hard to see, sniffing at the ground and following the unfamiliar scent.

A soft whine catches his attention, making him quickly rush into view as he walks through the tall grass.

He walks a few more paces, pushing through the grass and spotting a white dragon across a clearing. Toothless looks around, slowly and carefully exiting the grass while walking towards the dragon.

The Light Fury whines softly, hiding herself in her wings as she curls into a ball. Her ear flickers when she hears Toothless approaching, slowly turning.

Toothless rumbles, his eyes wide as he spots her baby blue ones. He shakes himself from his daze, continuing to walk forward.

She stares at him before gasping, roaring and jumping up in warning. Toothless leaps back in surprise, watching as she hisses at the ground in front of her.

Toothless sniffs at the ground, perking when he smells the trap. He walks around, the Light Fury staggering lightly and shaking her head as she looks at Toothless.

She shyly looks away, softly purring as he rumbles back. The two continue staring at each other when a twig snaps, making her snarl as she leaps up.

The Woolly Howl breaks through the tree line, her eyes wide as she stares at her companion. The Light Fury's eyes widen at her friend, her wings flapping gently.

She roars over to her, the Howl looking back in concern before gently rumbling.

Hiccup slowly peeks out of his hiding spot,
(D/N) doing the same and making room for his rider.

"Oh, my gods!" Hiccup gasps, staggering out as he stares at the Light Fury. "(Y/N)!!" He whispers, reaching over and tugging her to his side. She yells, stabling herself and glaring at her boyfriend.

She reaches a hand up, about to hit him when she glances to her right, gasping as her eyes set on the beautiful white dragon infront of her.

"No way.."

The Light Fury growls, making (Y/N) gasp as she looks between her and Hiccup.

"Duck!" She yells, quickly tackling him as another blast was fired, (D/N) roaring and racing into the clearing besides Toothless.

Toothless quickly shakes his head, growling lightly as the Light Fury squawks. The Woolly Howl looks over at (D/N) before flying down to the Light Fury, chirping at her.

"We're not dangerous!" (Y/N) tries, rising and helping Hiccup up.

"Yeah, yeah! We're friends!!"

The Light Fury shakes her head, snarling softly as she takes off flying. The Howl sighs, looking back at (D/N) before quickly following.

(D/N) calls after her, his ears flattening as he sighs.

Toothless roars, pursuing the two by climbing up the tree. (D/N) shakes his head, flying after his friend.

Toothless goes to the very top, watching as the Light Fury fires a blast and disappears into thin air.

...

"Wow!" Hiccup breathlessly laughs, looking up at the two. "What are the chances? Another Night Fury and Wooly Howl"

"Not exactly." (Y/N) shakes her head, humming in thought. "I mean yes the Wooly Howl would just be another Wooly Howl.." she mumbles, her hand on her chin as she thinks.

"But the Night Fury was pure white, like a..like.."

"Bright Fury.." Hiccup tries, (Y/N) shaking her head with a hum.

"Light Fury!" She finally calls, snapping her fingers as she smiles at him. Hiccup looks to her, a frown on his face.

"...yeah, uh, yours is better..probably." He  nods, grinning as (Y/N) stares at him, unblinking.

"It's definitely better than Bright Fury my love.."
