Hiccup and (Y/N) glide across the clouds in a tense silent, Hiccup's knuckles white as he tightly grips the saddle.

(Y/N) turns to the boy, a frown permanent on her lips. She looks down at (D/N), sighing and reaching down to pat his head, the dragon opens his eyes, shaking his head to wake up.

Hiccup screams in frustration, punching at the air and laying back on Toothless as he jumps.
(D/N) purrs softly, looking back at his rider before jerking his head towards Hiccup.

She nods, slowly rising to her feet and balancing as she looks towards Toothless, the Night Fury rumbling and gently gliding over.

Hiccup opens his eyes in surprise, looking over and smiling at his girlfriend. (Y/N) dosent look at him, instead she silently moves and sits behind him as he sighs again, leaning back.

He leans back fully and rests his head on her shoulder, (Y/N) wrapping her arms around his waist and leaning the side of her head against Hiccup's, squeezing him gently.

He laughs at the feeling, squirming as the
(H/C) girl buries her face into his shoulder with a giggle.

They both calm down, Hiccup sighing gently and gripping (Y/N)'s hand.

"Don't worry, (Y/N)," He says after a moment, rubbing her hand with his thumb.

"I'm not gonna let anything happen to you or them..I promise.."

She smiles gently, kissing the top of her boyfriends head before taking a quick glance towards (D/N), frowning when she notices his ears standing on end, his fur rising as he looks back and flies near the trio with a low hiss.

(Y/N) follows his gaze, gasping softly at the sight of a masked face peaking above the clouds. The person tilts their head at her, rolling their shoulders as they continue to stare.

(Y/N) glares harshly, gritting her teeth as she grips Hiccup's waist, the boy shifting at the uncomfortable feeling.

"Hiccup.."

"Aw, come on, dad! Really?" He growls, sitting up and gasping when he locks eyes with the person.

(D/N) lowly growls in warning, the person's head turning to him before they duck down, lowering and disappearing below the clouds.

"Okay," Hiccup softly says, looking around as (Y/N) reaches down, unbuckling the small pocket near her thigh and gripping her knife.

"No sudden moves.."

"(D/N).." she calls, turning and watching as his eyes narrow and his ears face forward. He lets out a loud roar, causing Toothless to jerk to a halt as a large dragon screeches and flies up in front of them.

The dragon circles them, the masked person standing on the back of it. Toothless and
(D/N) watching with wide eyes, their chests rising and falling at a fast rate.

(Y/N) grunts, gripping Hiccup's waist with one hand, reaching down and holding Toothless' reigns with the other.

Clouds swirl around the group, the large dragon's wings parting them.

The masked person points to the teens, making
Hiccup grunt softly as he reaches down and grips (Y/N)'s hand.

"Hold on, hold on," he softly says, staring at the person as (Y/N) stares, wide eyed.

The mask covered their expression, their intent unknown. (D/N) snarls as (Y/N) looks back, his head jerking as he quickly looks around.

The large dragon growls at Toothless, who remains silent as he faces it.

(D/N) lets out a shriek, making Toothless swiftly look back with wide eyes as (D/N) was grabbed by a larger dragon, his wings pinned.

"(D/N)!!" (Y/N) yells, gasping as another dragon flies down and grabs Hiccup by his shoulders.

She reaches out to grab him, but gasps as her hand wouldn't budge, her prosthetics locked around Toothless' reins, enabling her from moving.

(Y/N) gasps as Toothless begins to fall, bringing her head down and yelling for Hiccup.

"(Y/N)!!" Hiccup screams as he watches the two fall with wide eyes, struggling against the dragon's hold.

Toothless roars as he tries to stable himself, unable to fly, growling as he tries to reach around and grab (Y/N) with his teeth.

The girl tries desperately to yank her fingers off, but yelps as her world goes dark.

Toothless shakes his head dizzily, roaring and looking around for the girl.

He chirps as he feels her weight against his back, shaking his body harshly and rumbling as a clicking noise was heard.

Red suddenly fills his vision, his eyes widening as a long line of blood slowly floats to the surface. Toothless looks down quickly, roaring when he sees (Y/N) slowly sinking into the black abyss.

He glances to his left, his pupils turning to slits as he spots her two prosthetics floating away.

He reaches over and grips them between his teeth, flicking his tail and swimming down after the girl.

He reaches his paw out, his claw barely grazing her shirt before he's harshly tugged back. He growls, reaching over and barking at the water dragon who had a firm grip on his saddle, pulling him away from the drowning (Y/N).

Toothless wines loudly, his eyes widening as a pair of wings sprout from behind (Y/N), wrapping around her and pulling her deeper into the abyss.

The Night Fury growls, roaring once more in desperation before passing out from the lack of oxygen.

(Y/N)'s head slowly rolled back, her eyes opening ever so slightly but squinting due to the water.

She tilts her head gently, confused to see blue skin covering her vision, she peeks through a small gap, gasping gently at the sight of Toothless being dragged out of the water and onto the ice.

"..Toothless?."

She watches as the surface grows further and further away, her head becoming fuzzy and eyes slowly fluttering closed, the red from her finger's surrounding and consuming her.

Hiccup breathes heavily, his eyes wide as Toothless and (Y/N) crashed through the ice.

"Hey! You left my dragon and girlfriend back there!" Hiccup yells at the masked person, thrashing his legs.

"He can't fly on his own! And she couldn't get her hand out of his saddle, they'll drown!!" He growls, tears leaking from his eyes.

(D/N) lets out another screech, thrashing around as he watches small bubbles float to the surface of the ice.

He watches with squinted eyes, growling when he sees neither Toothless nor (Y/N) resurface.

He roars to Hiccup, catching the crying boys attention as he jerks his head to the ice, Hiccup growing more frantic when he sees nothing but ice.

"Please!! Go back!!"

The masked rider ignore Hiccup, waving their staff. He gasps as more dragons join their side, a large Gronckle flying over with a buzz, it raises its paw and brings it down, striking
(D/N) in the head, causing him to go limp.

A fort made entirely of ice came into view, looking unusually similar to the jagged ice sticking out of Eret's fort.

The dragon carrying Hiccup follows after the masked person, the Dragon carrying (D/N) doing the same as they head inside, avoiding the walls.

The dragon drops Hiccup in the middle of a large group of dragons, making him grunt and gasp as (D/N) was dropped at his side, still asleep from the gas.

"We have to head back for them!" He desperately yells, jumping and holding his hands up as a dragon hisses and approaches
him.

Hiccup looks back at (D/N) in concern before grabbing his sword, walking off to the side as the dragon follows his movements.

He activates his sword, causing it to light up the area as he swings it around gently.

The masked stranger watches with their shield raised as Hiccup chuckles at the dragon, the dragon's purring as they follow the swords movements with wide eyes.

Hiccup jumps as another dragon approaches from behind him, making him put away the flame before changing the gas capsules quickly.

He spins in a circle, gas surrounding him as he squats down and lights it, causing the dragons to back away.

Hiccup approaches one of the dragons, making it rumble lightly as he sets his hand on his nose.

(D/N) groans softly as he starts to wake, making Hiccup gasp and back quickly towards him."Hey.." he softly coos as the person watches with a head tilt.

(D/N) blinks slowly, groaning as he rises and shakes his head. The other dragons back away from his large figure, (D/N)'s eyes widening and his ears perking when he sees them.

He hisses, swiftly crouching and guarding
Hiccup as he looks around. His eyes focus on the masked person, making him snarl.

They seemed unbothered, jumping from their ledge and moving to the side.

"Who are you?" Hiccup demands, his hand settling on (D/N)'s neck as they move their bodies to watch the person.

Soft steps could be heard a few ways away, both Hiccup and (D/N)'s eyes widening at the sight of another person.

They wore an outfit similar to their friend, except their mask only covered their mouth, their eyes and hair were however, very much exposed.

Hiccup shakes his head in disbelief, watching as the person makes their way around and stands next to their partner, their arms folded and a hard glare setting on their face.

Hiccup's eyes widen a fraction, the person's eyes reminding him of a certain (E/C) girl.

"..(Y/N)?"

The strangers eyes widen, a gasp leaving them as their companion glances to them before tilting their head. The (E/C) person sighs loudly, shaking their head before glaring again.

"Uh...Drago Bludvist?"

They ignore him, tilting their heads.

"Do you even understand what I'm saying to you?"

The masked person twirls their staff, slamming it on the floor as the beads inside rattle softly.
A dragon screeches as it flies overhead, dropping Toothless on the ground in front of
Hiccup.

"Toothless!" Hiccup gasps, (D/N) perking up with a chitter as he races over to him.

He nudges and paws at Toothless, Hiccup racing over and hugging Toothless' face.

"It's okay, it's okay, it's okay," he coos,
Toothless purring softly and licking his cheek.

"It's good to see you too, bud. You really had us worried.."

(D N)'s ears perk up as he swiftly looks towards the masked people, watching as the one shakes their staff.

A yellow Changewing, with purple spots, flies overhead, making Hiccup gasp when he sees (Y/N) in its claws. (D/N)'s ears flatten as he closely watches the two, hissing.

The dragon drops the girl into Hiccup's arms as he catches her bridal style, sighing in relief.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey," Hiccup softly repeats, kneeling down and cradling her as he brushes her damp hair from her face. He smiles, but watches in horror as crimson dripped down her hand and onto the stone floor.

He quickly reaches into his pocket, pulling out a cloth and pressing it to (Y/N)'a fingers, tying a not before glaring at the masked figures.

"..you did this.."

(D/N) whines softly, nudging her hand before nuzzling her cheek and backing away as Toothless rumbles in concern.

Both dragons perk up as (Y/N) groans softly, her eyes opening as she blinks rapidly at the sight of Hiccup.

"Hiccup!" (Y/N) gasps, quickly launching herself into his arms before gasping in pain, grunting as she pulls her hand up to eye level.

Her eyes widen at the bloody cloth around her fingers, rubbing it gently before looking up, a noise of surprise leaving her at the sight of another being.

"..another one? Seriously?"

Hiccup chuckles, bringing a hand up and cupping the back of (Y/N)'s head, tugging her down and planting a firm kiss to her lips.

The girl smiles into the kiss, her eyes closing as she pushes further into the boys hold.

They both break away with heavy breaths, a giggle leaving a certain brown haired boy's lips, (Y/N) snorts at the sound, pecking his lips once more before rising with a groan.

Hiccup races to her aid, gripping her arm and mumbling words of encouragement as she stands fully, sighing before facing the two strangers, who hadn't stopped their staring for even a second.

The one raises their staff, nodding and shaking it as a dragon nods, opening its mouth and revealing flames.

All the dragons begin to open their jaws, rumbling as flames emit from their throats, the cave now more visible.

Hiccup grunts softly, looking around with narrowed eyes as (Y/N) tugs him behind her.

They approach as Toothless scoots towards Hiccup, wrapping his tail around him and
(Y/N).

(D/N) moves closer to the two, lightly brushing against them as he uses his right wing to wrap around them and block their backs.

The person slowly kneels down, setting their shield and staff on the floor as they continue approaching.

Toothless hisses, (D/N)'s lip curling up and revealing his sharp fangs as they raise both hands. They open their hand in front of Toothless, causing him to rumble and fall over with a purr.

(D/N) watches their other hand move with narrowed eyes, flinching and rumbling as they suddenly move their hand to poke between his eyes.

He blinks rapidly, collapsing in confusion and stunned. The person gently rubs his ear before rubbing Toothless neck, approaching Hiccup.

"Hey!!" (Y/N) yells, reaching out to stop the person but grunts as her arm is pulled.

Looking back, she locks eyes with the other masked figure, both the teen and the person glaring at eachother with the same dangerous (E/C) orbs.

The person's eyes widen, their gaze slowly moving towards (Y/N)'s cheek. Reaching up, they trace the small red dots against her skin, the teen mumbling curses at the contact.

...

Hiccup grunts as he backs away, looking back as (Y/N)'s attention was now on the other person.

The person reaches their hand out, making  Hiccup flinch away while mumbling in confusion.

They gasp, a faded scar below Hiccup's mouth startling them as they lower themselves and back up a step.

"Hiccup?"

"(Y/N)..?"

Said teen's eyes widen at the stranger, watching as they reach up with both hands and cup the girls cheeks gently, a laugh of disbelief leaving them.

"..what?"

He jumps as the woman says his name, looking back in confusion.

"Uh...

The woman removes her helmet, her dark brown hair and green eyes eerily similar to Hiccup's.

"Could it be? After all these years..." The woman breathes out, rising.

"How is this possible?"

...

(Y/N) jerks her head away, taking a quick glance towards Hiccup and gasping at the sight of the women.

Both the strange women and Hiccup look towards the girl, the boy squinting his eyes in confusion as she takes slow steps towards them.

"No way.."

...

Hiccup looks at his girlfriend, worry eating at him at her sudden shift in attitude.

"Uh...should I...should I know you?" He questions in confusion, squinting.

"No." the woman replies shortly, glancing to the (H/C) teen as she makes her way to the boys side, reaching down and gripping his hand.

The other stranger joins the women's side, their hands limp at their sides. The brown haired women and the (E/C) stranger turn and lock eyes, nodding in silent agreement before turning towards the teens.

"You were only a babe." The other stranger speaks up, (Y/N)'s eyes widening at their voice, which she knew now was that of a women.

But what shocked the girl more, was the sight of a women she thought to be dead, standing a mere 4 feet away from her.

"But a mother never forgets." The green eyed women, her voice trembling.

Hiccup breathes heavily, sharply inhaling as his mother gently shushes him, her eyes widening when she looks at (Y/N) before she smiles widely.

She looks to her friend, nodding to them before the two race off, the dragons following after.

"Come!"
