a/n : i just,, *gestures to this oneshot* i had to add logicality, okay??

i know this is short, but i'm tired and i wanted to post something tonight-

Logan was beginning to get frustrated.

If he had managed to spot Roman and Virgil's affections to each other, when he was the most oblivious and unknowing regarding emotions, then surely the other members of the group had realized, right?

"Janus?"

The person in question rolled his eyes and took out one of his headphones : "This better be important. I'm pausing both my music and cuddling with Remus for this." he pointed to his partner, that was currently splayed across him, small snores occasionally escaping their lips.

Logan swallowed his remark that it couldn't be called cuddling if your partner wasn't reciprocating. 

"It won't be long."

Janus sighed. "Fine, I suppose I can give you a few minutes."

Logan nodded : "You are aware of Roman and Virgil's... feelings for each other, correct?"

Janus gave him a strange look : "No, Logan, I didn't realize that the two people who are constantly in each other's space and are nauseatingly affectionate to the other are in love."

Logan blinked a few times. "So... ?"

"It was sarcasm"

Logan made a little 'oh' sound.

 "Of course I realized, I'm not blind." he said as-a-matter-of-fact-ly. "Is that all?" he asked, pointing to his headphone.

Logan shrugged and left the room, not bothering to ask him why he hadn't tried doing anything about it.

"Patton?" 

"Yeah?" Patton replied, fingers slowly massaging Logan's scalp. The other couldn't help but lean into it, getting a beautiful hum of approval form his boyfriend that made him want to-

Right, his question.

He cleared his throat, pushing himself up so his head was sitting on his crossed arms on Patton's lower chest. In retaliation to the change, Patton wrapped one arm across Logan's shoulders, the other hand still tangled in Logan's hair, with the most endearing smile Logan had ever seen and he considered kissing Patton and never letting him go.

He could do that after.

"Are you aware of Virgil and Roman's feelings towards one another?"

Patton smiled at him "Well, they aren't trying too hard to hide it are they?"

"Yes, I suppose so." Logan frowned "But, from what I've gathered, I'm not sure they know about their own feelings, so how am I supposed to believe that they know about the other's!"

Patton made a soft crooning sound. "Are you frustrated, honey?" 

Logan buried his face into Patton's chest, with a sound he would never admit to making. He heard his boyfriend giggling, scratching lightly at Logan's scalp. 

"I forgot how much you liked it when I called you that." Patton said so casually, as if he was discussing the weather, which made it very hard for Logan not to press his lips against his.

Which was exactly what he did.

Any other questions Logan had were completely forgotten in favour of kissing Patton and he had no regrets.

"Remus?"

"Yeah, Nerdy Wolverine?"

Logan swallowed his distaste at the nickname and continued : "You know about your brother and Virgil, right?"

"If that means that I know they want to fuck each other and we won't know peace until they do? Then, yes, I do know about my idiot brother and the emo." Remus shrugged, eyes moving from the laptop to their book where they stored their bug collection.

Logan sighed. He supposed what Remus was suggesting was a valid way to get them to realize their feelings for one another. 

"Have you tried doing anything about it?"

Remus burst out laughing : "Are you kidding me? They are hilarious, why would I want to stop it? It's so fucking entertaining!"

"But you just said-" Logan stopped, knowing he wasn't going to win an argument with Remus, seeing as their only defenses were 'I didn't say that, you probably heard me wrong' and '*gruesome fact that will give you nightmares for the rest of the week*' 

"...nevermind" Logan sighed, leaving Remus alone.
