All was well as our motley crew returned to Winden in 2019. Annaliese and Magnus returned to the Kruspe household, where their second plan of the day was in preparation. With Klaus tagging along behind them, the two teens set out to replicate Beck and Lea's first date for the one night that both their schedule's seemed to line up.

Anna watched quietly from the kitchen as her parents cozied up to each other in the flatbed of Opa Kruspe's old pickup truck.

"You did a good job." Magnus Nielsen spoke gently as he sat across from the girl at the kitchen island, two mugs of white hot chocolate in his hands and nothing but admiration for the girl in front of him shining in his hazel eyes.

"Thanks. I'm just worried I'm putting a bandaid over an evisceration. Hopefully now that Bartosz has been exonerated, Aleksander can go back to work and dad's hours will retun to normal."

Magnus pecked the girl on the forehead, running his free hand through her silky but slightly tangled hair. "Stop overthinking."

Liese chuckled. Magnus was the easygoing stoner, and Annaliese was the worrier. "You now I can't help it."

"I know."

Outside, Lea Kruspe - Scholl saw her daughter in the kitchen, staring enchantingly at the soft yellow glow of the fairy lights and the candles she had set up earlier. Lea turned to her husband and whispered a few words, the conversation mostly consisting of almost telepathic communication before the blonde waved her daughter and the Nielsen boy outside to join them underneath the stars.

Smiling, Annaliese opened the screen door, slipping down the back steps with her boyfriend and the dog in tow.

The two couples and the boxer sat in the backyard as the stars came out, watching a cheesy action movie with terrible subtitles until, inevitably, the older pair got tired and called it a night, handing the flatbed over the the teenagers.

"No funny business, Nielsen." Beck warned jokingly. "I've got eye on you."

"all good, Mr. Kruspe." Magnus nodded, wrapping his arm around the brunette at his side.

The action packed day had taken a lot out of the teenagers, Annaliese yawning deeply as the first American Pie movie began to play.

Before the movie was even twenty minutes in, both lovebirds had drifted off, wrapped in blankets and to comfort of each others arms, Klaus spread out across their legs. Beck and Lea came back outside to turn off all the lights and smiled down at the two.

"Look at them, Beck. Reminds me of us." Lea smiled at her daughter

"Those kids are going to be together for a long time."

And so they were, and still are to this day.

This has been a wild ride. Never did I expect to garner so many reads and votes, especially for an international show so few people have heard of. As an author this has been and amazing experience and it's kiiind of hard to let my babies go like this, but I've had so much fun writing this and I just wan to thank you all for sticking with me.
