It's night right now.

I just hung up a call with my father. He wanted to talk about some renovation finances of a penthouse.

Oh, the penthouse.

This is another interesting thing about this house and the members of this house.

We had also brought a penthouse apartment in the starting of the year. You see our house isn't as big to conduct summer parties. It's very settled, cosy and just for us nine people. But some of the dorm members love hosting parties. I'm sure it isn't hard for you to tell who is this member.

Hence, the penthouse.

If you're thinking my dad was scolding me for it, no, he wasn't. He was just asking me to go check up on it once since we haven't been there in months now.

Now if you're thinking that all of us kids have dream parents and dream money, it isn't like that. They do scold us. We do get downfalls in businesses.

But this dorm came into our lives like a piece of solace. Like we were meant to be. I didn't really care about living with strangers or distant friends. I thought I was okay as long as there was good and enough silence to focus on studies.

However, we got attached. The first month when we shifted here, to it was peaceful since all of them just studied. They studied because it was the boost of the starting of a new year. You know the pledge you make every year to 'study hard'. Yeah.

Then the next month the girls came. And everything turned into inner jokes, spin the bottles and that kinda stuff.

If they read this, they'll be so shook. Because I don't really show my love to them.

Rae and Mae are so weird. They'd give a kidney to each other but won't admit that the other one is right.

They also say that if both of them ever had a crush on the same person, Rae will beg Mae to give it to him and knowing Mae, she'll give her. Thank god, I'm Rae brother. So-called brother. But yeah.

But it's funny because they won't let the man decide who he wants to choose.

Apparently, Jungkook and Taehyung love photography so they don't miss a chance. The girls hate taking pictures. That's probably the reason why we don't have solo photos together.

Speaking of Jungkook, he came and asked me if something was wrong with Mae. I furrowed my eyebrows and told him that I didn't know. We haven't really spent much time together since Jimin and Rae went to their trip. We've been busy with approaching finals.

Jungkook said that Mae didn't play video games with him recently and it got him wondering. Then I noticed that Mae really had been distant lately, we haven't spent much time together either.

But I shrugged it off and reasoned out that maybe she was just busy with her studies. So Jungkook stopped worrying, but I kept on worrying.

Now I'm craving to spend time with her so I'll go and cuddle with her tonight.

I might really love her because I'm not a clingy person in general.
