Karasuno high school wins.

"Huh." Oikawa looked intrigued as he looked on at the now already fighting duo.

- (A time skip cause I don't want to write Takeda's long poetic speech)-

In the bathroom of Aoba Johsai:

Kageyama entered the bathroom, instantly spotting a certain someone by the sink.

"...Kindaichi."

Despite hearing Kageyama calling for him, Kindaichi made no attempts to speak with Kageyama. His only indication that he had even heard Kageyama was the tightening of his fist. However, after a long while, he reluctantly turned around to face Kageyama.

Kageyama and Kindaichi stared at each other in silence for a moment before Kageyama attempts to make amends.

"I..."

Kindaichi promptly interrupted, "Don't apologize!"

Kageyama looked too stunned to speak at that instance.

"I won't apologize either!" Kindaichi shouted firmly.

"Right..." Kageyama agreed gruffly.

"To me, you're still an oppressive king and an irritating guy. If it weren't for M/N-kun, I would've... Never mind. But to me, you're also the opponent that I want to beat above everyone else." Kindaichi declared.

Kageyama acknowledged Kindaichi's words, "right."

"I'm also not going to reconcile with you or anything. I don't really get along with you from the start. It's always M/N-kun who glued us together anyways."

"Right."

"And that's why next time, we will definitely win!" Kindaichi's eyes held determination as he faced Kageyama.

Kageyama's eyes narrowed at those words, but before he could say anything, a jovial tune followed by a tuff of orange hair could be seen as Hinata awkwardly stepped back and away from the bathroom, going into hiding.

After staring at the wall that Hinata hid behind, they've decided to ignore Hinata and continue with their conversation.

"Kindaichi. In the next competition as well, we are the ones who will win." Upon saying his piece, Kageyama turned tailed and walked out of the bathroom leaving Kindaichi to ponder over Kageyama's words.

Kindaichi left the bathroom as well with a frown on his face before being called by Kunimi who had just happened to see both him and Kageyama exit the same bathroom "Wait, you were talking with him?"

Kindaichi didn't directly respond to the question instead speaking his mind, "He said 'we', despite his normal where he had always spoken as if he was fighting on his own."

Kunimi was puzzled, "huh?"

"Dammit! It's kind of frustrating." Kindaichi crossed his arms.

Kunimi who couldn't understand what Kindaichi was irritated about, swiftly raise his hands giving Kindaichi a hard smack.

"Ow!" Kindaichi cried out.

"Come on, M/N is back at the gym, and I'm not liking the fact that I left him for too long with Iwaizumi senpai." Kunimi shook his head as he dragged Kindaichi back to the gym.

"Huh? What do you mean? You don't like M/N-kun with our senpais?!"

"Iwa~ don't ignore me." M/N whined as M/N latched onto the arm of Iwaizumi after the match had ended.

M/N had only attached himself to Iwaizumi's arm purely because Iwaizumi wouldn't respond to him (absolutely not because M/N wanted to feel Iwaizumi's muscular arms, not at all).

Iwaizumi sighed as he glanced at the adorable koala that M/N had become, choosing to stop whatever he was doing for M/N.

"You're like a monkey right now M/N." Iwaizumi spoke as he pats M/N on the head.

"At least I'm a cute monkey right?" M/N pouts.

Iwaizumi internally facepalmed.

M/N ignored Iwaizumi's obvious judgemental look, opting to continue squeezing Iwaizumi's arm while slowly but surely sliding his hands closer and closer to Iwaizumi's chest. As M/N's hands "accidentally" brushed against Iwaizumi's clothed nipple, Iwaizumi let out a loud cry as heat rushed up his cheeks.

"Did you-"

Iwaizumi was about to question M/N but before you could finish his sentence, Kunimi came barreling in, "M/N!"

Upon hearing Kunimi's call, M/N instantly detached himself from Iwaizumi, thanking Kunimi internally for the distraction as he speedily linked himself once more to Kunimi, making sure to greet Kindaichi who was beside, while leaving the poor huffing Iwaizumi at the other end.

"Even though Takeda sensei said what he did, no matter how excellent Hinata and Kageyama's combo may be, frankly, when it comes to strengthening the perimeter, we're still weak." Daichi spoke as they were walking towards the exit of Aoba Johsai. "Even with M/N, him alone cannot protect us every time. It's really frustrating to admit though."

"Oooh~ As expected of the captain!" A familiar annoying perky voice spoke, catching the attention of the Karasuno team.

Oikawa leaned against a wall near the school's exit, "you really understand the situation, huh~." Oikawa directed a smug look at them, angering the Karasuno team.

"What the hell. You want a piece of this? Huh? You wanna go?" Tanaka growled out.

"Aww, don't be so hard on me~ I just came to say hello~" Oikawa smiled waving his hands somewhat mockingly.

"Little guy, that one touch and broad attack at the end were amazing!" Oikawa praised causing Hinata to look sheepish.

"Today, I was able to join in for the last few points but next time, let's compete at full throttle from the start, okay?" Oikawa made eye contact with the Karasuno volleyball team members.

Hinata looked shocked for a second.

"Ah, that's right. Be sure to improve on your receives too." Oikawa shook his head causing Hinata and Tsukishima to turn wary.

"Your attacks were certainly incredible, but if all your early receives are slow and hesitant, you'll reach your limit sooner won't you? I'm not the only one who hits an insanely strong serve you know? Ask your teammate M/N-chan, he should know that best." Oikawa's face scrunched up slightly as he imagined M/N playing in Shiratorizawa.

"The interhigh preliminaries are coming up. Will you be able to survive? Especially when I want to crush my uselessly adorable kouhai in a regular game, fair and square, as a setter." Oikawa declared, pointing a finger at Kageyama.

"If it's about receives, we'll do special training!" Hinata proceeds to grab Tsukishima, yelling.

Oikawa gave Hinata the side-eye, "Receiving isn't something you can improve on in a short span of time you know?"

"Your captain and M/N-chan knows that well enough. Speaking of M/N-chan, where's M/N-chan anyways?" Oikawa scanned through the Karasuno team, not finding his baby M/N.

While the Karasuno team suddenly looked alarmed as they finally noticed that one of their members was missing, another voice broke through their anxiousness.

"Oikawa senpai, you better not be terrorizing my teammates~ Are you?"

Oikawa's personality did a sudden three hundred and sixty degrees change as his cocky smirk from earlier formed into a playful genuine grin, "Of course not M/N-chan~ I was just giving them some useful tips for the upcoming interhigh."

Low and behold, the missing M/N had made his appearance, walking casually up to Oikawa. And once M/N was within range Oikawa instantly smothered M/N with a tight hug.

From within Oikawa's arms, M/N glared at the setter, "You totally were, weren't you?"

Oikawa looked away from M/N, though not releasing him from the embrace, "I have no clue what you're talking about."

M/N gave Oikawa a blank stare, pinching the setter's arm and escaping from his hold.

"Ow! Okay, okay, maybe just a little." Oikawa confessed.

M/N nodded wordlessly as he went up to Kageyama to check up on him, directing a glare to the Aoba Johsai captain.

"M/N-chan! Don't ignore me!" Oikawa sulked as he watched M/N fuss over Kageyama and this other silver-haired guy from his team that he couldn't recognize.

M/N tilted his head to the side a little as his tone commanded respect and adherence, "Go back to your team, Oikawa-senpai."

"But M/N-chan!" Oikawa whined, only to be met with a firm look from M/N.

"Go."

Oikawa bit his lips tightly as another uncontrollable shiver befell him, weakening his legs as he heard the domineering tone of M/N's voice, and the stern look that M/N threw at him. Oikawa had never felt this turned on in his life, and if it weren't for Iwaizumi who had also called for him at that very moment, he'd bet that M/N would notice his odd behavior. Why is he increasingly beginning to feel this way towards M/N? Every time M/N moves away from his usual playful exterior, his body reacts. (Did he subconsciously want to get dom-? But he's only like this for M/N😫)

'Oh gods, M/N-chan.'

As Oikawa had finally left upon the summon of Iwaizumi, the Karasuno team had all let out a sigh of relief, as the tension vanished.

"D-don't let it get to you. He just likes to get people riled up. And normally only Iwaizumi-san or M/N can restrain him." Kageyama spoke apprehensively.

To everyone's surprise, Daichi only let out a chuckle which honestly scared the shit out of Hinata and Tanaka.

"Captain?!"

"Daichi-san?!"

"It's true that there's not much time left until the interhigh preliminaries. However, it's about time he returned." Daichi let out a smile.

"Ah!" A moment of realization struck Tanaka, as Hinata remained in the dark. "Who are you talking about?"

"Karasuno's guardian deity." Daichi announces as Hinata sparkles.

"Also, M/N."

"Hm?" M/N hums in acknowledgment of Daichi's call.

"We've got a lot of questions for you."

M/N awkwardly laughed, "hahaha. Of course."

"Huh, so there were other members after all!" Kageyama's eyes held excitement.

Suga who heard Kageyama cast a forlorn look as he answered out, "yeah... There are."

"Oiiiii! If we're late the vice principal will get mad. Let's hurry up and head back!" Takeda sensei waves his arms as he calls out, forcing everyone to get on the bus.
Questions would have to wait.
