Yes!
I'm penalty-free! ┌(・。・)┘♪
X is freaking awesome this time around. Though I do wonder what those consequences that X was talking about would be...
Eh, that'll be in the future anyways. For now, I'm safe! 🥳
Oh and plus, did I mention that Kageyama also wavered my daily milk payment for him as thanks for protecting him? Well, he did.
Heheheh double yay, I save more money. (。・//ε//・。)

"Hey Akiri-kun, why is one side of your face bruised?" One of my classmates asked me as he glanced at my face.
"Yeah, now Akiri-kun's handsome face is ruined!" Another female classmate cried out as she wiped a tear away from the corner of her eyes.
Looking at them blankly, I answered monotonously, "I tripped over my own feet, causing me to fall. And somehow when I fell, I caused some kind of reaction to the point where a cat came flying right into my face forming the bruise."
With me confidently saying that whole fake story that I had just made up like a few seconds ago with absolutely no hesitation, made a few heads turn as my classmates eyed me weirdly, and with disbelief. However, with my awesome story planning skills and serious tone which was willed with such conviction, people were persuaded (somehow), believing my story.
Though meanwhile, Kageyama could be seen in the background eyeing me like I had gone insane due to brain damage as I told the cat story to my other classmates.
'Did Oikawa senpai punch M/N-kun too hard yesterday?' Kageyama thought as his dark blue eyes never left my figure.
-
It was after school and today, we were given the day off from practice as a reward apparently after yesterday's practice match with Kentoyuri Middle School. Despite that, Kageyama being the hardworking and volleyball-driven dork that he is, decided that he should still practice. Which left me alone with Kunimi and Kindaichi as we decided to go get some food together outside of school before going home.
Surprisingly, today was an Oikawa-free day. For the fact that for a whole day in school, I hadn't seen Oikawa at all. It wasn't like I was deliberately avoiding Oikawa. Not at all.
Okay, maybe a little.
But! But in my defense, I just went the extra mile today to maybe do things slightly differently. Though if Oikawa had really wanted to find me, he could've done so easily. So either Oikawa is actually dumb as heck, or he somehow doesn't dare to face me. I'm guessing it's the latter, but no matter. I'll give him some time and allow him to come to me in his own accord.
"Hey! Hey! Akiri-kun you in there?" I was brought out of my thoughts as I heard Kindaichi calling out for me.
"Hm?" I hummed in confusion.
"Your Udon is here M/N." Kunimi answered as he pointed at the bowl of noodles that rest in front of me on the table.
"Ah, pardon me. I was preoccupied with my thoughts earlier." I spoke while sending a grateful look to both Kindaichi and Kunimi.
As I was slurping up my noodles happily enjoying the warm taste of the food flowing into my belly, Kindaichi decided to ask me a question, "Hey Akiri-kun, not trying to be insensitive but we're kind of curious."
I looked away from my noodles for a second, sending a questioning gaze towards Kindaichi.
"Um, how did you get that bruise on your face?" Kindaichi awkwardly pointed to his own cheek to emphasize the point.
I rose an eyebrow at Kindaichi, continuing to engulf the bowl of Udon that was within my grasp.
Right, they aren't in my class...
"What he meant to say was that we're wondering where you got that bruise from. Especially since yesterday before we left practice, your face was completely fine." Kunimi spoke calmly while taking an instance to glare at Kindaichi who had absolutely no clue what he had done wrong or why Kunimi was glaring him down.
Looking at Kunimi, I placed the chopsticks that I was holding down neatly on top of the bowl as I glanced at their untouched foods.
"I played hero."
"What? Are you staying you saved someone?" Kindaichi exclaimed.
I shrugged, "Kind of?"
"Who?" Kunimi asked.
I looked at Kunimi, puzzled.
"The victim." Kunimi specified.
"Tobio-kun."
Shocked gasps were heard from both of them as they blinked slowly.
"What the heck? How did Kageyama-kun—? When does he need saving?" Kindaichi let out a breath of air he didn't know he was holding.
"Well Kageyama was about to die by Oikawa's hands so..." I shrugged, continuing to enjoy my noodles.
"WHAT?!" both of them exclaimed, stunned.
In Kunimi and Kindaichi's minds, they were starting to imagine crazy scenarios of Oikawa murdering and or is plotting Kageyama's death. Was Oikawa going to strangle Kageyama? Punch Kageyama till his mouth bled out? Stab him till his last breath? To say that Kunimi and Kindaichi were terrified was an understatement.
They couldn't look at their senpai the same again.
I grinned to myself as I looked at their panic-stricken faces, somehow happy to witness Oikawa's image going down. (Let me just defend myself that I didn't lie and I did not make them afraid of Oikawa okay? It was all in their own heads. Their own perspectives. '-')
However, before Kunimi and Kindaichi could even begin to clarify for more details regarding the incident that occurred without their knowledge, my phone began ringing interrupting Kindaichi from further inquiring about the whole fiasco that landed me with a bruise on my face.
Sending them a polite look, I picked up my phone.
"WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?!!", a male's angry voice could be heard as it echoed loudly out of my phone causing Kindaichi and Kunimi to send me a look of concern while I bit my lip in nervousness.
Heheheh... oh no.

Bonus:
"Akiri M/N." M/N's mother called out sternly as she looked at M/N's face instantly noticing the very visible bruise on her son's cheek.
"What in the world happened to your face?!" M/N's mother questioned, looking between concerned and infuriated.
"Er..." M/N hesitated a little wondering if he should mention that Oikawa hit him.
"Did you get into a fight?!!" M/N's mother got increasingly enraged at her son's hesitation.
"No! No! Not at all!" M/N immediately denied.
"Then?! What's with the bruise on your face? Don't tell me that you fell down the stairs and somehow landed on our face which resulted in a bruise looking like that. Don't lie M/N, I know exactly that that bruise did not come to due to your usual clumsiness." M/N's mother crossed her arms, tapping her foot impatiently, waiting for M/N to answer.
"I got punched." M/N looked down onto the ground.
"Huh?! Who punched you?! What the heck were you doing?!"
Sadly, before M/N could say anything, his mother once more began to scold.
"Was it that punk Kage... Kake... Kaki? What's his name again? That Kakehama boy?! I knew that awfully colored hair was bad news!"
M/N smiled awkwardly, "It's Kageyama, mom."
"Whatever! Did that Kageyama brat bring you into a fight?! I ought to smack that kid!"
"Um no, I-..." M/N tried to explain but he was instead shushed by his mother.
"Quiet child! It's all that ugly colored hair gremlin's fault! Now my son's pretty face has a bruise😭. I swear to hell that hooligan is hereby banned from the house!"
And from that day onwards, Kageyama was forever banned from M/N's house.
