Epilogue
Grian's Perspective-
Two Years Later-
Grian hugged Scar tightly as they boarded the Hogwarts Express.
"I missed you." Grian whispered and Scar chuckled.
"Did you get my letters?" He asked, petting Grian's hair.
Grian nodded, looking up.
"Yeah, I did. I saved 'em too."
Scar smiled. "Of course." He kissed his cheek.
Grian giggled. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means I find it sweet." Scar grinned and Grian rolled his eyes.
Grian chuckled softly, leaning his head on Scar's shoulder as the train started to rumble forward.
"You know," Grian said, his voice muffled by Scar's sleeve, "sometimes I think I'd go mad without you. You've been my anchor through all our craziness."
Scar raised an eyebrow, a grin on his face. "Our craziness? Like the time you nearly got hexed when trying to prank the Gryffindors?"
Grian groaned, a blush creeping across his face. "That was one time, and I was getting back at them for stealing your broomstick."
Scar smirked. "Yeah, well, I'm still amazed you didn't turn your hair into a beehive by accident." He kissed the top of Grian's head again.
Grian rolled his eyes, but a smile was still on his face. "Maybe next time I'll let you do the pranking. Then I can blame you when everything goes wrong."
"I think you might be onto something there," Scar said, his tone teasing but sweet. "Though, if I do the pranking, I'll need someone to watch my back. A certain someone who knows how to handle stuff when it doesn't go according to plan."
Grian lifted his head slightly, glancing up at Scar with a playful grin. "You mean someone who can bail you out when your brilliant ideas fall apart?" he teased.
Scar winked, "Exactly. You've always been good at improvising. I think that's one of the reasons I keep you around."
"Is that the only reason?" Grian giggled.
Scar laughed softly, squeezing Grian's shoulder. "Well, you've got that lovely hair, for one. Can't forget that."
Grian blushed slightly. "You're such a charmer." He teased, looking away, but he was clearly pleased.
He settled back against Scar, his fingers absently tracing the seams of Scar's sleeve as the train sped forward.
The rhythmic sound of the tracks beneath them was almost soothing, like a quiet hum in the background of their conversation.
"You make it sound like I'm always the one causing chaos," Grian said, lifting his head a bit. "But I think you might be just as guilty as I am."
Scar raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Me? Guilty of causing chaos? I am the poster child of calm and peaceful."
Grian snorted. "Like the time you enchanted the Slytherin common room doors to play music every time I tried to enter? That was definitely a calm, reasonable decision."
Scar grinned, a little sheepish. "Okay, maybe not always calm and reasonable. But I did make sure the music was good just for you."
"Yeah, until Professor Snape heard it from the hall and nearly melted the door down," Grian teased, the memory still fresh in his mind.
Scar laughed, unbothered by the jab. "Well, I'll admit, it wasn't my finest moment, but hey, it did make things interesting and made you smile. So that's a win in my books."
Grian blushed and giggled, "Fair." He kissed his cheek and Scar smiled.
The train bumped quietly against the tracks as they made their way to their last year at school.
Scar glanced down at his boyfriend and wrapped an arm around him.
"I love you."

Hey thanks for reading this little Scarian story, hope you enjoyed it. Happy Holidays, Allium, I hope you were able to at least smile while reading this.
I had this idea to do a Scarian prequel/sequel since I wrote Hogwarts, but I never got around to it cause it would've turned out very similar to that story. So I hope this little 7 chapter mini-fic fills your hearts.
Keep being amazing and kicking ass,
