"Big Daddy~ Come meet a few of the other parents." Berlyn pulled the older man towards a few families she was acquainted with.

The parents were having a small gathering as they waited for their children. Mingling and making connections.

Loid had been scouting the area for Donovan Desmond but found it futile. He was quite disappointed that the father didn't even show up for his son's open house. But he couldn't be surprised knowing the man's personality and the fact that he had an older son.

He followed the young mother over to a group of people. Immediately recognizing each and every one of them from his research. Although he put on a face of surprise.

"My, my Berlyn~ Where did you find such a handsome man?" A slightly older woman licked her lips at the blonde man. Her brown eyes looking Loid up and down.

"Honey?!" Her husband whined. He was a decent looking man but his composition was weak.

Berlyn smiled a sweet smile but her eyes screamed murder. She hugged Loids arm in way that she showed off her dazzling wedding ring.

"Marie...I recommend you set your sights elsewhere before you can't see anymore!" The brown woman said excitedly. Her tone was soft like a caring friend but her tone held malice. Her grip on Loids arm was strong but it didn't seem to phase him. At least on the outside......

"Aren't you a feisty little thing. I'd be careful.....not every man likes a kitten with claws~" Marie said smugly before walking off. Her simpleton husband following closely behind with his tail between his legs.

"I hate that slut." Berlyn muttered under her breath.

She an arm tighten around her waist. By the way the hand rubbed her waist, she was aware it was Loid.

"I wonder if she knows her Botox is sagging? I couldn't stop looking at her lazy eye. Reminded me of Miss Crawly." The man pursed his lips as he compared the image of Marie with the Chameleon from Sing.

Berlyn snorted at his insult. He was just as mean as she was and she absolutely loved it.

"Anyways let me introduce you too........" The young mother introduced him to the other parents around. Other than casually getting to know each other, they mainly gossiped about the upper class world. To say all of this was new information to Loid was an understatement.

The rich hid their dirty laundry better than he thought.

"Mr. And Mrs. Forger. May I have a word?" A older male voice interrupted them. The couple turned to see Mr.Henderson. Confusion written all over their faces.

He just gestured for them to follow him.

"They did what?" Loid and Berlyn asked in pure disbelief as they sat in the housemasters office.

The older man had taken them away to have a meeting with both the parents and the children. Anya and Oasiah sat on the couch in the corner. They were shaking like little leaves.

"They punched another student. One in the face and one in the stomach. He's fine, as his injuries were surprisingly minor." Henry explained to the parents. Well minor was an understatement but he'll leave that out for now.

Loid held the bridge of his nose as his glasses were held in his other hand. Berlyn rubbed her temples feeling the growing headache.

"I don't even know where to begin with apologizing. Our girls aren't normally violent nor do we teach them to use their fist first." The blonde tried to explain but realistically he was overwhelmed with shock.

Berlyn was no better as she was screaming on the inside with anime tears rolling down her face. This was her fault wasn't it?

"There's no need, I understand that they're good girls. I expect nothing less from them. In my opinion they showed bravery and courage for standing up for their friend despite the consequences." Mr.Henderson nodded his head as he spoke. The parents still being slightly confused.

Anya and Oasiah had at first tried to pretend they weren't the ones hit the boy. Like all children do, although their lie was easily seen through. You couldn't deny the Anya sized fist mark on Damion's face.

So they opted for another route. Remembering words that their mother had told them.

'Sometimes it's okay to use your fist when you're protecting the ones you love.'

So they took that and rolled with it. Claiming that Damian had stepped on Becky's foot and they were just protecting her.

For girls that met maybe a month ago, they were perfectly in sync. It was terrifying knowing the power they held with that.

"Ah yes, we did teach them to stand up for others if they have the power to." Berlyn lightly smiled as she eyed the girl from where she sat. The two cuties tensed up even further.

Why was the room so hot?

"That's a good quality to have. Unfortunately because they did enact in violence, they still have to be punished. The board originally wanted to give them three tonitrus bolts each but I was able to talk them down to one." The man passed them a paper that explained the details of the meeting. Along with the demerit badges.

The parents felt their chest tighten.

It wasn't even the first official day!

The rest of the conversation was a blur for the couple. They don't even remember how they got outside the room. The camera flashed as they could only stare forward with blank faces.

Berlyn and Loid sat in the living room with their hands on their faces. Low groaning leaving from their bodies as they sat in their depressive state.

"Siah I think we messed up...." Anya whispered to her sister as they watched the couple from around the corner.

"Well we did send a boy to the hospital on our first day. Not our finest moment." Oasiah shook her head as she too watched their parents. The pinked haired sister just frowned.

What can they do to make their parents feel better?

"I got it! How about we....." The green eyed cutie whispered in her sister's ear. Oasiah giggling at the plan that was most likely awful. What could you expect when they're 5 & 6 years old.......who said it would be good to begin with?

The little girls got to work.

"I can try to have my assistant pass along the message but I doubt it would make it to them." Berlyn laid her head on Loids lap. She was looking at her work iPad.

The couple still in the living room doing their own work together. The girls in their room doing whatever children do.

They were discussing their next course of action. Meaning how should they speak to the Desmond family about this. But you can't talk to someone that doesn't want to be contacted.

"You'd think they'd try to contact us first considering we did put their child to the nurses office?" Loid sighed as he absentmindedly rubbed circles on her sides. Berlyn let out a dry laugh.

"You'd be surprised how little the rich think of their children. Most have that older European mindset. Children are like accessories; they aren't needed until they're older." And she wasn't wrong about that.

Back in the 18th century, people popped out children constantly. But they would give them off to someone else to raise. Most likely then not they would be raised far away from where the parents were. They believed children shouldn't be seen or heard.

It was rare they'd even check up on their own children.

"You don't think the girls would end up ostracized for this do you?" Loid asked with a frown. The likely outcome would be yes, completely ruining the plan. Then what would he do?

"It's hard to tell......." The mother mumbled as she closed her eyes. A deep sigh escaped her lips.

The lights turned off, startling the spy and assassin. They secretly grabbed weapons they had on their person. Ready to attack at any moment.

Suddenly an all too familiar child's night light turned on. The wall showed moving images of stars as it was the theme of the night light. On the wall was also a poster with the words 'We're Sorry' written as neatly as the two could. Cute little drawings of the family drawn around it.

Loid and Berlyn looked at each other confused. The darkness surrounding them made it hard to see the other but they knew they had the same look on their faces.

  *Clap Clap*

The sound brought them back to see the girls standing back to back in black leotards. They had black hats on and shades. Oasiah quickly ran off to press play on her iPad that she connected to the speaker and ran back.

The sound of rain filled the silence in the room.

"We!" They said out loud as they joined hands.

"Are!" They pulled away from each other as they crouched down into a fetal position. Obviously grabbing something from the bags they had on the ground.

"Sorry!" They jumped back up and threw what looked to be sour patch kids.

Because once they're sour, they're sweet.

The parents didn't know how to react in this moment. Mainly because it kept going. Anya stepping up first as Osiah......danced to her poem?

"Mama and Papa! We are sorry for what we did! For what we did was not good!" The pink haired girl did the fingers of shame as she nodded her head. 'Fading' into the background as Oasiah came up. This time Anya dancing to her words.

"Mommy and Daddy! We should not have hit that boy! He was being a bratty kid but what we did was not good!" The brown skin girl holding up a heart with her hands and breaking it.

Both girls stepped to the front and now acted out the scene form earlier with a giant teddy bear they brought from nowhere. If I had to guess, this was supposed to be a mix of improv and interrupted dancing......

When they got to the scene of Mr.Henderson giving them their punishment, they both pretended to die.

Five seconds later they scrambled to turn everything off and turn the lights back on. Laying down once more.

Berlyn had to cover her face to stop from laughing out loud. Her shoulders trembled as Loid covered his mouth and looked up. A stray tear leaving his eyes as his breathing became heavy.

The little girls looked at each other in horror. Thinking they did something wrong.

If Anya had paid attention to their thoughts......she'd realize it was far from that.

The little girls ran up to the parents. Tears in their eyes as they pleaded with their adults.

"W-we're sorry! We d-didn't mean to get in trouble!" Anya cried as she hugged her mother's waist.

"Even if he was being a stinky boy we should not hit people!" Oasiah half heartedly apologized.

What? He was talking about her mother.

"Y'all are too cute!" Berlyn yelled out as she scooped the little girls up. Kissing all over their faces as they squealed with both surprise and excitement.

"We're not necessarily mad at you girls. You were just sticking up for your friend. So to that I say good job." Loid patted the two on the head. They had a hint of guilt in their heart but being children, it would disappear sooner or later.

"So why were you two so upset?" Siah asked as she squeezed between the two on the couch. Hugging both of their arms.

The parents looked at each other.

"Well you did still send someone to the nurse. His parents are also very hard to contact so we just didn't know what to do." Berlyn explained their grievances to the little girls. The two looked at each other in surprise.

"But now we know what to do." Loid nodded his head in determination. The girls looked at him with sparkling eyes for his big plan.

"You two will just give Damien a sincere apology."

The little girls felt their worlds shatter. The screen displaying their life falling apart until nothing but a black void was left.

  Oh hell nah!
