After that, Dean and Elena meets up with Sam & Corinna outside the school. He just explained everything about the "destiel" part.

"I don't understand." Sam Says

"Me neither." Dean Says

"I mean, shouldn't it be... Deastiel ?" Sam Says

"No I'm pretty sure it's Destiel." Corinna Says

"Really? That's your issue with this." Dean Says

"No, of course it's not my issue. You know... How about Sastiel ? Samstiel." He Says

"Hey maybe the audience saw something that we didn't, you and Cas are close friends." Corinna Smirks

"Yeah just friends, it's not like there's people shipping you and Elena together." Dean Says

"Oh they did." Corinna Says

"Wait what?" Elena Says

"Yeah I spoke with the girls who's playing us, yeah apparently the whole shipping thing is like a huge thing. For Example Elena & Dean, Me and Sam." Corinna Says

"Now the Dean and Elena thing I get, but you and me..." He nervously chuckles, Corinna rises her brows "..We're just friends." Sam Says

"I know Sammy." Corinna Says

"Ok, alright. You know what you all are gonna do that thing, where you just shut the hell up. Forever." Dean Says As They laugh

"Look, man. No EMF. No hexbags. None of the props are even remotely hincky." Sam Says

"Other than the Charlie Kaufman of it all, Sam and I got nothing. You?" Corinna Says

"Well In Ms. Chandler's office, there's just a pile of empty bottles and regret. She's just probably face down in a bar, somewhere. Or a ditch." Elena Says

"Alright, so what ? This-this all... This whole musical thing, everything, it's... It's all a coincidence ? There is no case." Dean Says

"Unless you're seeing something we're not, no, Dean. There's no case, here." Sam Says

"Ok." Dean Says

He goes back to the driver's door and Sam looks at him.

"CasDean?" Sam Says

"Shut your face,Get in the car!" Dean Says

Sam gets in, followed by Elena. Corinna walks to her car as Dean looks around and they all drive away.
Later on that night's in, Marie follows Maggie outside of the school. Maggie seems pissed.

"Maggie ! Come on ! Please, don't do this !" Marie Says

"Everyone else is willing to follow your little dictatorship. But not me. I've been telling you all along, Marie. If it's not canon, then it shouldn't be in the show. You know, we should've done The Outsiders, like I told you." Maggie Says Then takes her bike and is ready to leave

"Just... Come back inside, We can make this work." Marie Says

"I'm going to principal Salazar's in the morning. Gonna do what Ms. Chandler was too drunk to finish." Maggie Says

Maggie starts to walk away, while Marie goes back inside. Suddenly, Maggie faces a scarecrow. The monster grabs her and takes her away. Marie, who heard Maggie's screaming, comes back outside, just to see the monster leaving with her friend.

"Maggie? Maggie!" Marie Says

Marie runs, but it's too late. Maggie disappeared. All that's left is her bike, and a purple flower.

AUDITORIUM

Sam, Dean, Elena and Corinna are back to the auditorium. Dean comes to them, just after the latter was done with an officer.

"So, I checked with the principal. There's nothing on the surveillance tapes. What the -what the cops think?" Dean Says

"You know, the only clue they found was by the dumpster. They found the same flower, near Ms. Chandler's cell phone." Sam show the flower to them "You recognize it?" Corinna & Dean Shake their heads

"No." Elena Says

"Yeah, me neither." Sam Says

The four hunters go to Marie and Maeve, Maeve got Marie a coffee and she looks pretty shaken.

"Hey you okay?." Elena Asks

"Let me guess. You guys came here to laugh at me too. Right?" Marie Says

"Why don't you tell us what happened to your friend?" Sam Asks

"Maggie quit the show. She was trying to get it shut down, so, we were fighting. Then, she-she left, and I heard her scream. So, I ran outside to help. And... And I saw a scarecrow. It looked just like the one from our show. But... Alive." Marie Says

"Then, what ?" Dean Asks

"It wrapped her in vines, and took her behind the dumpster. And then, there were both just... gone. So, I called the cops, and a bunch of adults just told me, I have an overactive imagination. But, it's all real. Ghosts. Angels. Demons." Marie Says

"I wanna believe." Maeve Says

"You should believe. You both should. Cause, it is all real. And so are we. I'm Sam Winchester. That's Dean." Sam Says

"I'm Elena." She Says

"Corinna, Hey." She waves

Maeve and Marie look at them, then at each other. Then, they start laughing.

"Ok ! Now, look. I'm willing to accept that monsters are real. But those books are works of fiction." Marie Says

"And you guys are way too old to be Sam, Dean, Elena and Corinna." Maeve Says

"Oh, yeah!" Marie Says

"Hey I'm 32 I ain't old." Corinna Says

"Really Hmm." Marie Says

"I mean you two." She looks at Sam & Dean "More of a Bobby/Rufus combo ? Maybe." Maeve Says

"Ok. Alright. Little miss sunshine. We are what the books called hunters." Dean Says

"FBI hunters ?" Maeve Says

"Yeah." Dean Says As Maeve and Marie look at each other.

"You guys are X-Files." Maeve Says

"Sure. Yeah, you can say that." Elena Says

"So, this scarecrow, from your musical, is it based on the one from the books?" Sam Says

"Wait you guys faced off with a scarecrow?" Elena mumbles

"Yeah." Dean Says

"No, I changed it. I got scared of a local legend, when I was a kid. There was this old creepy scarecrow, on an abandoned farm, oustide of town. Kids used to say, if it caught you, it would take you away." Marie Says

"Ok. If this scarecrow is based over your version, then Ms. Chandler and Maggie might still be alive." Dean Says

"You think the scarecrow was created by the play?" Maeve Says

"You think... It's a tulpa!" Marie Says

LIBRARY

They all go to the school's library. Elena puts a book, opened on the tulpa's page, in front of Marie and Maeve.

"So Tulpas are monsters that are created by an intense, focused energy on an idea, or-" Elena Says

"Or a story." Marie Says As Elena Nods

"Great. How do you kill an idea ?" Maeve Asks

"Well, in Hell House, Sam and Dean burnt the house down, to take out the one tulpa they hunted." Marie Says

"Yeah, yeah, you kill the symbol, you kill the tulpa. It's a- actually, a pretty good start." Dean Says

"So, the scarecrow on your play. Is it a person, or a prop ?" Corinna Asks

"Prop. And it's terrifying. We keep it in the boiler room." Marie Says

"That's, uh, great. Hum... Can you guys read up ? Just, give us a sec'." He and Dean goes away to have a conversation. "Fine, so, this doesn't add up. Tulpas require a ton of psychic energy to juice up." Sam Says

"Yeah." Dean Says

"Well, it's not like the Supernatural books are tearing up the New York Times best-seller list. And I seriously doubt this play has even sold out." Sam Says

"I hope not." Dean Says

"Well, but, you know what ? This flower. I know I've seen it in the lore, somewhere. There's gotta be a connection." Sam Says

"Alright. You get on that, I'm gonna take a shot at burning man." Dean Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Yeah." He goes to Marie "Can you show me to the boiler room?" Dean Asks

"Yeah... Sure." Marie Says

BOLIER ROOM

Dean and Marie enters the basement area, they are walking towards the boiler room.

"So when did you get into all this supernatural...stuff?" Dean Asks

"A friend at camp got me hooked than I got involved in fandom. I love seeing all the different ways people related to the story, we'd fight over interpretations..same as my theater troupe. Yup people just really see themselves in the characters, I'm a total Sam girl. But your a fan you know, who are you from the books?" Marie Says

"Well I guess you can call me a Dean girl." He Says

"Yeah I can see that but what I really love from the books though is family." She sighs "..My um parents died when I was three, so I've been bouncing around different foster homes for years." Dean Nods "..So I never really had anyone in my life who would lay down their life for me that my sweet Sammy would for Dean." Marie Says

"Or You Know—" Dean Says

"Yeah the point is, I really admire them. I just wish I had a sibling like that in my life." Marie Says

"Well I mean sounds like you friends in the uh theater group. Yeah with all that fighting sounds an awful lot like family to me." Marie nods "..Besides Family don't end with blood..right." Dean Says

"Yeah I guess so." Marie Smiles at Dean

LIBRARY

Sam, Corinna and Maeve are going over some lore, while Elena is busy reading a different book.

"What are you doing?" Corinna Asks

"I'm reading the last book of the supernatural series." Elena Says

"Yeah why?" Corinna Asks

"I'm reading the part where Dean leaves to go be with Lisa, man I was so desperate for him to stay...could I be more obvious." Corinna smirks "..How could he not know." Elena Says

"Well back then you were secretive about your feelings for Dean. And know—" Corinna Says

"We're in the Same situation we were two years ago." Elena Says

"Ahh you guys are in the awkward stage." Elena looks at her "..You know when two exes tell each other they still one another but are too scared to do something." Corinna Says

"I'm not scared...it's just things are complicated." Elena Says

"No it's not, things are only complicated because you guys make it. Look I say cut the crap and tell Dean I want us to be together no matter the circumstance." Corinna Says

"If only it were that easy." Elena Says As Corinna shakes her head

Maeve looks over at Sam "So you were a theater kid huh?"

"Uh yeah a bit." Sam Says

"How did you get into it?" Maeve Asks

"Um my family moved around a lot." Sam Says

"Military Kid Huh." Maeve Says As Sam nods

"I guess you could say that yeah, didn't have a lot of time to be kids you know." Corinna overhears Sam, she looks over "..But I remember at one of the schools, I saw the theater kids putting on a show and it felt like..like playing with toys but in the real world. It seemed fun...a chance to be someone else for a little while." Sam Says

Sam looks up and see's that Corinna is looking at him, she smiles at him then looks back down at the book and he looks back at Maeve.

"That's what great about theater, it takes you back to that since of play. And then you could use that playfulness to illustrate important social messages, make a difference with the power of the story." Maeve Says

"Is that why your so into supernatural?" Sam Asks

"Well..I like hot guys and monsters, mostly hot guys..mostly teen." Maeve Says As Sam looks uncomfortable

BOILER ROOM

Dean and Marie enters the boiler room, the scarecrow is hidden under an old blanket.

"Gird your loins. It's horrifying." Marie Says

Dean comes closer to the thing, takes off the blanket, to reveal the monster. Which turns out to be less terrifying than expected.

"Really?" Dean Says

"I know. Scary, right." Marie Says

Dean doesn't even know what to say. Then, he grabs a tool. "You wanna pinata this asshat?"

"Asshat ? Nice ! It's, uh, very Dean. No. He's all yours, agent Smith." Marie Says

Dean cut the thing in several pieces, then, with Marie's help, he puts it through the fire. Once they're done, they go back, victorious, to the library. Dean opens the door for Marie.

LIBRARY

"Thank you!" Marie Says

"We came ! We saw ! We kicked-" Dean Says

"It's not a tulpa." Sam Says

"What?" Dean Says

"It's not a tulpa." Sam Says

"Say it one more time, but just a little bit more Arnold, like - it's not a tulpa." Dean Says

"Dude, come on. It's Calliope." Sam Says

"Who?" Dean Says

"The goddess of epic poetry ? The muse." Corinna Says

"She's associated with this - the borage, or starflower. That's the picture." Sam Says

"Ok, wait. If this is a god thing, then what's with the scarecrow?" Dean Asks

"Well According to the lore, Calliope manifests creatures from the story she's tuned into." Elena Says

"So... The scarecrow is still alive, and we burned my prop for nothing?" Marie Says

"Oh, that thing needed to burn." Dean Says

"The only way to destroy the scarecrow is to kill Calliope." Maeve Says

"Right. She uses these manifestations, like the scarecrow, to inspire the author, and protect them, until their vision has realized." Sam Says

"Then, what?" Dean Asks

"Then, she eats the author." Elena Says

"Ok, that's bad Um... Well ! You get your wish. Let's cancel the show." Marie Says

"That's what your teacher and your classmate did. They tried to shut you down, and the scarecrow took them. Protecting you, and the show." Corinna Says

"Ok, so, the scarecrow is the boogeyman. We got to take our shot with this, uh..." Dean Says

"Calliope." Sam Says

"Calliope. But she won't show herself until - your vision has realized." Dean Says

"So... What are you saying ?" Marie Says

"The show must go on." Dean Says As Marie looks terrified

DRESSING ROOM

Marie goes through a panic attack, she knocks down everything. They follow her and see's her breathing into a brown bag.

"Hey, Why don't you-" Dean Says

"Why don't you guys rally Marie ? I'm gonna, uh, grab some wooden stakes in the trunk, an do the blessing." Sam Says

Sam leaves, letting Dean, Elena, Corinna and Maeve with the challenge of calming Marie down.

"Is Marie gonna get eaten?" Maeve Asks

"No No." Elena & Corinna Says

"Not gonna happen. Soon as that curtain rises, we're gonna be there to take out this Calliope." He goes check on Marie "Hey ! Hey. How are you doing, champ?" Dean Says

"This... This is all my fault. If I hadn't written this dumb play, none of this would've happened." Marie Says

"Ok. First of all, the play is not dumb." Dean Says

"I thought you didn't believe in this interpretation?" Maeve Says

"Yeah, I don't. Look, like, at all." Dean Says

"But you do." Elena Says

"Yeah and that's all that matters." Corinna Says

"Okay And I need you to believe in it with all you got. So that we can kill Calliope, and we can save your friends. Can you do that ?" Dean Says

"Yeah. You're right. If Sam and Dean were real, they wouldn't back down from a fight. Especially my sweet, brave, selfless Sam. There's nothing he can't do." Marie Says

"No..." Dean Says

Elena and Corinna chuckles looking at Dean, Marie turns around to face a mirror. She sighs.

"Ok. Let's do this. I understudy Sam, so..." She grabs a wig. "I used this for my one-woman Orphan Black show, last year. But it's gonna have to work for Sam." She puts the wig on her head. "Writer. Director. Actor. I'm gonna Barbra Streisand this bitch." Marie Says
