PRISON

There's an inmate laying on his bunk in his cell. Then changes to a back view of a prison guard walking down the cellblock banging his night stick on the cell doors.

The guard looks into on of the cells and continues walking. "Lights out in five." He Says As the inmate who sits up on his cot

"Hey, any mail?" He Asks

The Guard stops outside the cell as inmate looks out the small window in the door.

"Oh, the usual... postcards from anti-penalty folk, proposals from your lady admirers you said you were done with those." The Guard walks away from cell

"Hey, how's your wife, by the way... Amanda? That's her name, isn't it? You know I killed an Amanda once? My fourth. I'd do your wife the same, buddy, only slower." He Says

The Guard turns around and walks back towards cell, facing inmate.

"Two weeks from Tuesday Tommy." He Says
As The Guard walks away

"Yeah. Let's do it! Let's do it now, tonight!" Tommy Says

The Guard is at gate at the end of the row. He signals to a guard and Guard 2 who is watching the surveillance cameras to open the gate. After Guard 1 is through the gate Guard 2 steps away from the cameras to get coffee.

We see his perspective of the various camera views of the prison. Tommy in his cell. He sits on his cot and hangs his head. Switch to a long view of the cellblock. We hear electricity crackling and we see a view from the floor of a man's legs stepping in front of the locked gate.

The lights blink off and when they come back on the man is on the other side of the gate. Guard 2 making his coffee as Guard 1 walks into the room, and back to the cellblock where the man is walking down the row.

"Tolliver giving you the usual grief?"

"Nothing new."

Switch to a front view of the man who we now see is Cain, walking down the cellblock, the lights going out as he passes each cell.

"I can't wait till he's gone."

Guard 1 glances at the monitors and sees Cain walking down the darkened cellblock. He walks closer and sees Cain standing outside Tommy's cell. Tommy looks out his window. The camera monitors blink off and when they come back on the cellblock is lit and Cain is gone. The Guards look at each other and shrug their shoulders. Back In Tommy's cell he's looking nervous. He turns around and Cain is standing in his cell.

"Who the hell are you? How'd you get in here?!" Tommy Asks

"I've gone by many names in this life. The father of murder is one of them. And by the state's count, you've taken six lives yourself, Tommy. Although by my count, it's nine." Tommy circles around him with his back to the cell walls. "Oh, come on. You aren't one of those "it wasn't me" type fellas, are you"Tommy clenches his hand into a fist at his side. "Because I know you're a killer, just like me." Cain Says

Tommy smiles at gets 'wide-eyed "Yeah, I did it."

"Honesty." Cain Says

Tommy throws a punch towards him and Cain grabs Tommy's fist and holds it in the air.

"That's good. That's the spirit!" Cain Says

Cain flings Tommy's arm down to the side and we see the handle of his knife sticking out between them.

"Now, I bet you're wondering what I'm doing here. Did I come to punish you, or save you? Well..."
He pulls the knife from it's sheath and leans and whispers into Tommy's ear "The truth is, Tommy... I'm here to do both." Cain Says

Cain stabs Tommy in the stomach. We see the tip of the knife come out the back of Tommy's shirt. A single drop of blood drips off the blade and Cain and Tommy disappear.

POLUNSKY UNIT, LIVINGSTON

WEST VIRGINIA

The Impala driving down the road, Dean and Sam are talking about famous serial killers while Elena and Corinna sits in the backseat.

"The Zodiac?" Dean Says

"Seven victims." Sam Says

"Dahmer?" Dean Says

"Seventeen." Sam Says

"That's some freaky stuff, man. It's a whole new side of you." Dean Says

"It's called true crime, Dean. It's a hobby." Elena Says

"No. Bass fishing, needlepoint ...that's a hobby, okay? Collecting serial-killer stats... that's... that is an illness." The Impala turns into the prison entrance "Get your badges." Dean Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Got it." Corinna Says

They pull up to an intercom at the prison gate.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen. State the nature of your visit."

"From the office of the Inspector General. Got an appointment with the warden." Dean Says

"Thank you. Parking is to the left. Look for visitor parking only."

"All right, so what are the stats on this, uh, vanishing act here?" Corinna Asks

"Tommy Tolliver was convicted of six murders back in '09, but those are just the ones that stuck. According to the news, he escaped from a locked cell on death row, this inexplicable, Houdini-esque escape." Sam Says

As the gate is slowly opened and the four hunters pull through the gate we see several views of the outside of the prison, armed guards on horseback, guards in the guard tower.

"So what are we thinking? Some sort of a mass-murdering magician?" Dean Says

"Yeah, Or a teleporting demon or a who knows what that can walk through Supermax walls. Could be in our wheelhouse." Sam Says

"Yeah, your wheelhouse. "Hobby." Dean Says

PRISON

Inside The Warden is crouching down in Tommy's cell, presumably looking at the drop of blood on the floor.

"Warden Skeiff?" Dean Says

The Warden stands up and faces Sam, Dean, Elena and Corinna at the entrance to the cell.

"Uh, Inspectors Moore, Ranaldo, Ross and Smith We spoke on the phone." Sam Says

"Yeah. Welcome to death row. Have a look."  They all enter the cell "But good luck finding anything out of TDJC compliance."

The Warden leaves the cell and Dean signals to Sam, Elena and Corinna to follow the Warden. Sam, Elena and Corinna turns to leave as Dean pulls the EMF detector out of his pocket.

"So, why don't you tell us what happened?" Sam Asks

"The night Tolliver disappeared, our little ship was running as tight as ever, and I got documentation to prove it." He Says

"Do you stand by what the press is saying..." Corinna Says

Dean walks around the cell with the EMF detector and crouches to test under Tommy's cot.

"You know locked cell, no security breach, no guard misconduct?" Sam Says

"Which press? Mainstream media is calling for my head, said I was grossly incompetent. But the tabloids, they're saying ..." He Says

"They're saying it's magic. That Tommy pulled off some dark miracle to escape." Elena Says

"You saying you believe that?" Sam Asks

"I'm saying there was some kind of magician on the block last night, but it wasn't Tommy." He Says

In the surveillance room Sam, Dean, Elena, Corinna and Warden Skeiff and a guard sitting at the monitors.

"That's right before Tolliver vanished." He Says

From the view of the monitors, The three camera views on the bottom go dark and come back on.

"Was that a brownout?" Sam Asks

"That was my thought, but then..." He Says As The monitor shows Cain walking onto the cellblock

"Is it one of the guards?" Elena Asks

"Nope. But I don't know who he is, how he got in, or how he and Tolliver got out." He Says

"Can you zoom in on that?" Dean Asks

"Can and have. Too dark to make out much of anything." He Says

"Do it." He leans closer to the monitor as the guard zooms in "Freeze it. Blow it up." Dean Says

Dean stares at the image of Cain on the monitor and holds his forearm as Sam, Elena and Corinna looks over.

OHIO, ILLINOIS

It's late at night and woman is walking down the empty streets, her boots clicking against the cement ground but there's someone following behind her.
The woman stops and turns around, the woman takes off her sunglasses and it's Katherine wearing a hoodie over her head.

Katherine continues walking as the man continues following her, she turns a corner and the man does as well but he sees an empty alley way and he turns around to see Katherine behind him.

"Don't you know it's bad to follow woman." Katherine Says

"You ain't no woman your just another thing I gotta put down, Katherine." He Says, The man flashes his black eyes clarifying

"Look you've been following me for about fifteen blocks now." She takes out an Angel blade "And I'm getting really tired...so I'm gonna give you this one time offer to walk away." Katherine Says

The Demon laughs and smirks "I ain't scared of you Katherine, you see you put up this façade that your this big and bad Demon but honey all you are is just a punk ass Demon wearing a hot meat suit."

"You really love the sound of your own voice huh."

"You do too." Demon Says

Katherine and the demon starts circling around each other "So Are you just gonna stand there like a little bitch, or are you gonna actually do something?"

The Demon charges after Katherine, the two of them throws a few punches at one another. He has her in a chokehold but Katherine steps on his foot with her shoe and he lets go for a second and she takes his arm and breaks it, the demon groans out in pain and the Angel blade falls to the ground.

Katherine runs over to it but he trips her down and gets on top of her, he picks up the Angel blade and goes to stab her but she has a tight hold on his hands and twist it around and uses the demons owns hands to stab him in the eye, he sizzles and glows or orange then falls back dead.

"Great now I gotta get some new shoes, asshole." Katherine kicks the demon's dead body

Katherine cleans off her Angel blade and looks up to see someone standing in the shadows.

"Who the hell are you?" The person steps out the shadows and it's Cain, she steps back "Oh no..Cain?" Katherine Says

"That was very impressive Katherine, you know taking on that piss ant demon..very well done..Abaddon would be so proud." Cain Says

"What do you want?" Katherine Asks

Cain smirks and takes out a large knife, Katherine's eyes widen and she steps back "Oh I think you know already."

Katherine takes this as an opportunity and she runs as fast as she could from the alley way, Cain follows her and chases her down the street. Katherine reaches a corner and she looks over her shoulder and Cain isn't there but she continues to run across the street but she stops when she sees bright lights coming at her and Katherine gets hit with a 1978 Lincoln Continental Mark V.

Katherine rolls down the street and lays there a bloody and dazed, her vision is blurry and she looks out the side of her eye and see's the person getting out the car and it's Castiel. He walks over to her body and looks down at her, she rolls her eyes.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me." Katherine Says

"Hello Katherine." Castiel Says

ABANDONED BUILDING

In what appears to be an abandoned room, a phone rings on a desk. The screen shows "Incoming Call Dean". In the background is Katherine tied to a chair.

"Gonna answer that?" Katherine Asks

"Not at this moment.." Castiel Says

He walks back over to Katherine who's face has bruises on it from the night before and she's flashing her black eyes.

"You're wasting your time." Katherine Says As The Phone continues ringing in the background

"Oh is that so, Then why we're you running last night." Castiel Says

"Because I was attacked last night from one of Crowley's Demons." Katherine Says

"Where's Cain Katherine?" Castiel Asks

"Like I told you boy wonder, I don't know where he is. Me and Cain ain't friends. He kills demons, Unlike everyone I like keep my distance." Katherine Says

"You sure about that?" Castiel Says

He comes around from behind the demon and slices her arm with an angel blade and she groans out in pain.

"All right! All right." Her eyes clear to normal as Castiel stands in front of him "He's been seen, past few months, making passes through Bogg's marsh, one county over no one knows why, what for." Katherine Says

"But who were you running from if you killed one of Crowley's Demons?." Castiel Asks

"After I killed that Demon, Cain showed up out of nowhere...Like I said, I keep my distance from him but I guess he's coming after me now." Katherine Says

"Why?" Castiel Asks

"I don't know why!" Katherine Says

Castiel points the top of the angel blade directly in front of Katherine's eye. "And that's all you know."

"That's all I know." Katherine Says

Castiel drops the blade by his side, Katherine exhales loudly and hangs her head in relief.

"Okay." Castiel Says

"So now what are you gonna kill me?" Katherine Asks

"No..." Castiel Says

"No?" Katherine Says

"No." Castiel Says As Katherine furrows her brows at me

HELL

"86 last quarter,...... while I only get credit for 48." He Says

Camera pans from video game to Crowley, and another demon Demon is standing to the side behind him.

"A-and I was working with Alban on nearly all of those soul jobs."

"If you don't arrive at a point within the next 10 seconds, so help me, I'll ..." Crowley Says

"As a crossroads demon, I have received less credit than I am due for soul collections... my king." He Says

Crowley smirks and roll his eyes "So you're looking for a promotion?"

Wide view of room shows Demon 2 standing with papers in his hands and several other demons sitting around him.

"No. I'm just asking... I'm merely suggesting that I get credit for the work that I did beside Alban. Equal credit for equal work." He Says

"Fine. You can have your credit." Crowley Says

"Thank you." He Says

Rowena is in the background, sitting on a chair and doing needlepoint. "The nerve of the wee man! Ugh!"

"Mother, you have, uh, an opinion you'd like to share with the room?" Crowley Says

Rowena leans forward in her chair to look at
Crowley "Oh, no. Private thought, nothing to do with you or the affairs of the court." She sits back and then leans forward again "It's just not what I would do."

"Oh, enlighten us all. What. Would. you do?" Crowley Asks

"This demon asks you to equalize credit for his and another's work... split the baby, if you will. Well, then I would well and truly split the baby." The demon looks over to her fearfully "I'd cut this pulling, pathetic, grade-grubbing git in two, literally, then I'd nail his bloody halves to the doors of the court... a reminder to all not to waste the king's time.
Whiners beget whiners. You can't reward behavior like that... why I never gave in when you asked for sweeties as a child, no matter how much you cried. Well, you were a very..." She puffs out her cheeks "Chunky child, darling. Bit of a bloater." Rowena Says

"That's enough." Crowley Says

Demon 3 who was been standing at Crowley's side "What'll it be, sir?"

"Let's do... What she said." Crowley Says

"Wha... N-no, no, no!" He Says

Two demons come forward, grab Demon 2 under the arms and drag him from the room "No, no, no, no! Come on!"

"That's my boy." Rowena Says
