THE BUNKER

In the bunker kitchen, water is slowly dripping out of the faucet. The lights suddenly flicker. Then there is a shot of the empty dungeon and the one overhead light is also flickering. A shot of the long hallway reveals a faint flickering apparition. Then the map table in the main room flickers. The camera walks down the hall with a ghostly sound following. It pans up to a grate in a door and we see into Dean's room he's is lying on his bed, eyes closed, with headphones on. As the camera moves to a close up of his face the music playing in the headphones suddenly turns to static, his eyes fly open.

From the hallway, we hear Dean shout for his brother and Elena.

"Sam! Elena!" Dean Says

Sam and Elena open the doors of their rooms

"Dean?" Sam Says

"What's going on?" Elena Asks

Sam and Elena rushes to Dean's bedroom but sees that it is empty. The lights in the whole bunker continue to flicker.

"Somethings up." Sam Says

"Dean?" Elena Says

Sam and Elena rushes to the main room and sees one of the chairs spinning on its own. Sam grabs two iron swords from the wall and hands one to Elena.

Something slowly is walking up behind them, Before Sam and Elena can swing around the apparition is blown to bits. They whip around and see Dean standing there with a shotgun.

"So..." Sam Says

"Yep. Bunker's haunted." Dean Says

BUNKER

Sam packing rock salt rounds at the kitchen table where Elena is eating some cereal, Dean is trying to get the coffee maker working.

"How is this possible? I thought you guys said this was the safest place on the planet." Elena Says

"Look, I know nothing got in. I mean, the bunker is warded and sigiled from top to bottom. There's no way something came in from the outside." Sam Says

"Okay, so whoever's haunting us died here." Dean Says

"What, dead man of letters?" Elena Says

"No, that doesn't track. I mean, we're the first people to occupy this place in 50 years. Why would a ghost wait so long to get its spook on?" Dean Says

"Must have been a more recent death." Sam Says

"No." Dean Says

"How can you be so sure?" Sam Asks

"Because I burned his body myself, okay? It's not him." Dean Says

"Okay, so you cremated him. We cremated Bobby, too, and he came back." Sam Says

"Sam, I'm telling you -- this ghost, it's not Kevin." Dean Says

Suddenly the coffeemaker next to Dean starts going crazy with lights flashing on and off and the digital clock speeding through different numbers, Dean, Elena and Sam stare at it.

"I guess the coffee maker doesn't do that often huh."Elena Says

"Kevin?" Sam Says Then a coffee mug next to the machine explodes

"Ooh." Dean Says

CEMETERY

There's an outdoor funeral happening, everyone is tearing up as the priest is talking.

"We commit her body to the ground, earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust, with a clear and certain hope of resurrection into the eternal life, according to the mighty working, whereby he is able to subdue
all things unto himself. In ne patris, et filii, et spiritus sancti." He Says

A man walks away as the Priest continues, The man is suddenly grabbed and shoved into a tree by Castiel.

"What are you doing here?" Castiel Asks

"Please, she was my friend!" He Says

"Who? The dead human or the angel who was killed while possessing her?" Castiel Asks

"The angel. Rebecca?" He Says

"Rebecca had a lot of friends. Friends like Metatron. Where is he?!" Castiel Asks

"You're looking in the wrong place. Rebecca and Metatron were friends. That was a long time ago. Had no contact since the fall. Naomi, Metatron, heavenly battles, politics -- she gave it up. All of it. Rebecca taught us the angels have lost touch with our true mission." He Says

"What do you mean by "us"?" Castiel Says

"The penitents. Her followers." He Says

"Another faction." Castiel Says

"Not like the others. We don't make war. We live humbly among these humans. Or we did. He killed all the others. And he killed her." He Says

"Who did?" Castiel Asks

"Who else? The monster. Bartholomew." He Says

BUNKER

In the kitchen, Sam is looking over the coffeemaker for Dean enters.

"Anything?" Dean Asks

"Eh, a couple of dings. A little EMF activity, but mostly...silence." Sam Says

"So, he's back in the veil." Dean Says

"I guess so. Fumbling to break through. I mean, you got to figure it took Bobby months to make contact." Sam Says

"Kevin's only... He's new at this." Dean Says

"Right." He gets up from the table "All right, you're up.." Sam Says

As Sam leaves the room, Dean sits down and sits his head in his hand and stares at the coffeemaker.

"Kevin? Kevin. All right, I can't do this. Coffee-buzzing, bump-in-the-night crap. I got serious things to say to you, okay? And I'm not gonna say them to this." He gets up and turns his back on the coffeemaker, Elena is walking towards the kitchen but stops and overhears him "Kevin, I'm sorry. You did not choose this life. You busted your ass, you lost everything, everyone you've loved... And your reward? Getting killed... On my watch. If I... It was on me. It was my fault, and..." He closes his eyes and tries to keep his emotions under control. But the lights start to flicker behind him. "And there's nothing I can do to make that right. I am so sorry." Dean Says As Sam and Elena walks back into the kitchen

"Hey, did you both see that? The -- the lights were..." Sam Says

"Guys." Elena Says

Elena stops and she sees across the room, the ghostly apparition finally starts to take shape. It is Kevin muttering to himself.

"No, this is not happening. Didn't spend months struggling to break through the veil just to get stuck listening to Dean Winchester having a self-pity session. Didn't hear enough of those when I was alive." Kevin Says

"Kevin?" Dean Says

"You can see me?" Kevin Asks

"Hey, take it easy, Kevin. You might not hold this form for too long, okay? I-it takes a while." Sam Says

"Then we should talk fast." Kevin Says

"Wait, wait, wait. Why aren't you in -- in heaven?" Elena Asks

"Yeah I mean, if anybody deserves an express pass to paradise—" Dean Says

"I couldn't. I can't. No one can. Heaven's closed for business. Everyone who's died since the angels fell are just stuck inside the veil, waiting. And it's bad in here. Like DMV-line-times-infinity bad." Kevin Says

"Well, I mean, what can we do?" Sam Asks

"I need a favor -- big one." Kevin Says

"Okay." Sam Says

"Find my mother." Kevin Says

"Kevin." Elena Says

"Crowley only told you she was alive to mess with you." Dean Says

"I'm not going off his word. All right? I have my own sources. It's crowded in the veil. All of us are stuck near the sites of our deaths. But I've been able to pass messages spirit to spirit. I made contact with another new arrival. She said she saw my mom just a week ago, alive." Kevin Says

"Okay, this -- this spirit that you're playing ghost telephone with, I mean, what do you even know about her?" Dean Asks

"Her name's Candy. Says she's in a forest in Wichita." Kevin Says

"Candy?" Dean Says

"That's it? That's all you got?" Sam Says

"Long-distance communication within the veil -- it's not ideal. That's why I need you to go there, summon her, see what else she knows. You say you want to make it right? This is how." Kevin Says then flickers away

CEMETERY

Castiel is walking out of the cemetery but it met with two angels with their blades drawn.

"Where did your friend go in such a hurry?" He Says

"You're too late. He's gone." Castiel Says

"Castiel?" He Says

"Our boss has been looking for you."

BUNKER

Elena is in her room cleaning up, there's a knock on the door she looks over and it's Dean.

"Hey." Dean Says

"Hey." Elena Says

"So we're about to leave in five—" Dean Says

"Oh...I think I'm gonna sit this one out." Elena Says

"What?" Dean Says

"Yeah I still need to rest and—" Elena Says

"Elena for the last time your fine okay, Katherine's been out of your body for almost two weeks now." Dean Says

"Yeah but something feels off with me, I was possessed for half a year. Not having control of my own body is...scary, look I'm still trying to cope with everything that's happened...I don't think me jumping on a hunt can fix it." Elena Says

"No No I get it whenever your ready I understand." Dean Says

"..Okay but you and Sam's got this, go find Ms.Tran and bring her here." Elena Says

"We will..I was really looking forward to hunting with you, it's been to long." Dean Says

"You really missed me huh." Elena Says

"Yeah I did." Elena smiles at him "..so what are you gonna do while we're out?" Dean Says

"Stop by Corinna's and hang out with her and Baby Bry for a bit..some quality Aunty time." Elena Says

"Good luck with that watch out for the baby vomit." Dean walks out the room

Sam and Dean are walking through a wooded area by a train trestle.

"All right, that's the trestle. Candy said her spirit was stuck nearby." Candy Says

"She died here?" Dean Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Dude, what got her? A bear?" Dean Says

"I'm still stuck on the fact that we're trying to summon a ghost named Candy. You know, just 'cause Kevin said he heard his mom is alive doesn't mean she—" Sam Says

"Hey, we at least owe it to the kid to try, right." Dean Says

"What'd you bring?" Sam Asks

Dean digs in his bag and pulls out a radio and hangs it on a nail on a tree.

"Well, she's only been dead a week, right? So I figured she could use as much help as she can get, so..." Dean pulls the coffeemaker from his bag

"Really?" Sam Says

"Whatever works." Dean Says

WAITING ROOM

Castiel and both angels are sitting in a waiting room for Bartholomew.

"How much longer?" Castiel Asks

"You have someplace to be?"

The doors swing open and Bartholomew walks in.

"His blade." One of the angels hands it over "
"Standard security protocol. Can't be too careful these days." Bartholomew Says

"Hello, Bartholomew." Castiel Says

"Castiel." He Smiles and They hug "It has been too long." Bartholomew Says

CORINNA'S HOUSE

Elena and Corinna are in the living room sitting on the couch, she's rocking Bryan to sleep.

"I still can't believe that you have a baby it's so surreal." Elena Says

"I know right every time I look at him I just can't believe he's here, safe and sound in my arms." Corinna Says

"So what was things like around here when I was you know." Elena Says

"Things were okay ish....well for me I became very depressed I lost three important back to back, but Sam and Dean were there for me which made things a little better." Corinna Says

"How are things between those two...something feels off." Elena Says As Corinna sighs

"After Sam found out about being possessed by an Angel, he and Dean you know are having a sibling moment...you know when one is mad at the other but they will eventually make up soon." Corinna Says

"Good thing I'm back I can kinda break the tension between them." Elena Says

"So your living at the bunker now?" Corinna Asks

"Yeah where else am I gonna go, I can't live at that cabin because Liam's dead and it'll remind me of him. So why not live in the bunker." Elena Says

"Yeah why not live with your ex who's still in love with you." Corinna Says

"Shut up." Elena Says

"Look I'm just saying he did pour his heart out and you crushed it." Corinna Chuckles

"Hey I was in a relationship what did he expect I just dump Liam and run off with him, this isn't the graduate you know." Elena Says

"Look I'm not judging you went where your heart was leading and it was Liam...and is it still?" Corinna Says

"Look I just came back from the dead you would say, I never got the time to grieve him and I feel like jumping into a relationship would be kinda disrespectful don't you think." Elena Says

"Yeah I mean I don't plan on dating anyone anytime soon, my life is dedicated to raising our son to be the greatest man he could ever be..." Corinna Says

"So when's it gonna happen?" Elena Asks

"Later on...have him take one more look before he goes." Corinna Says

"I'll be here the whole time." Elena Says As Corinna nods

WOODS

Sam and Dean are in the forest, Its dark and they are waiting for Candy.

"You feel that? I think I felt a chill." Sam Says

"Yeah. It's 'cause it's cold." He dials his phone and waits to leave a message "Crowley, it's Dean. Call me when you get this."

"Really, Dean?" Sam Says

"What?" Dean Says

That's your third unanswered voicemail. You ever think maybe he's just not that into you?" Sam Says

"Well, he is our last confirmed link to Ms. Tran. Yes, he is a flaming douche, but at least we know he's real, which is more than we can say for this Candy no-show." Dean Says

Suddenly the radio on the tree buzzes to life and they can hear clipits of a woman's voice through the static. The brothers jump up to investigate.

"Candy? Are -- are you there? Is that you, Candy?" Sam Says

"Hello? Hello?" Candy Says

WAITING ROOM

Bartholomew and Castiel are sit in the waiting room area talking.

"Madness, wasn't it? A puny force of 20 behind enemy lines, launching an incursion against Raphael and his loyalists." Bartholomew Says

"It was a calculated risk." Castiel Says

"I thought you'd gone insane, and I questioned your leadership, second-guessed every step of the campaign. But you were my commander. I held my tongue. I followed orders. Raphael fled. Most of his loyalists, dead or captured. Your gambit paid off. You...Won." Bartholomew Says

"We won." Castiel Says

"Word of your victory spread. You got called back to the garrison. You became the great Castiel... While I stayed behind, just a grunt." Bartholomew Says

"You gained a reputation for yourself, as well. The captives I left in your care, you tortured and killed them." Castiel Says

"I was ordered to kill those captives. You've been flying solo for so long, you've forgotten that's what angels do. We follow orders." Bartholomew Says

"Not you, though. Not anymore." Castiel Says

"That's right. I give them." Bartholomew Says

WOODS

Sam and Dean are trying to adjust the radio buttons to hear Candy better.

"There. There. There. Stop. Stop. Stop. Candy?" Sam Says

"...in the box. They put me in the box. All of us in boxes, side by side. Me, Jerome, Linda." Candy Says

"Linda's --" Dean Says

"Ms. Tran..Candy, these boxes, where were they?" Sam Asks

"I don't know. They were cold. Dark. There -- there was a vent. We could talk to one another." Candy Says

"Okay, and the walls, can you describe them?" Sam Asks

"Bare. Cement. Except for the door. That was...metal, but...like, ridged." Candy Says

"Ridged? You mean like corrugated?" Dean Asks

"Yeah! I tried to lift the door, but I couldn't. Locked from the outside." Candy Says

"Like a storage unit?" Dean Says

"Maybe..Candy, who was holding you there?" Sam Asks

"Two men. It was so dark in the box. When they came, I could barely see. The -- the first guy was British, I think. Kind of short, loved hearing himself talk." Candy Says

"Crowley. And what do they want?" Sam Asks

"Said I was worth more alive than dead. But he stopped coming. Then it was just the other guy. We thought with just him...we'd try to escape. I ran so hard, so far, but..." Candy Says

"Candy? Candy, are you there? What about Ms. Tran? Candy?" Sam Asks

"I don't know. Maybe she survived." Candy Says

"Maybe? That's not what you told her son." Dean Says

"I said she was alive. I don't know what happened after. For her sake, I hope she's dead." Candy Says

STORAGE UNIT

Mrs.Tran is scraping at her chain with a file. Suddenly the storage door opens and she jumps back screaming as a shadowy figure walks in.

"No! No! No! No! No!" Mrs.Tran Says
