OFFICE BUILDING

Corinna, Castiel, Crowley and Dean sitting in the lobby of a fancy office building that looks like a financial association.

"Your source is in here?" Dean Says

"And she can track anything you need, even our little lost Samantha." Crowley Says

"How?" Corinna Asks

"Well, this place isn't really...this. It's a front for an N.S.A. listening post." Crowley Says

"What are they listening for?" Castiel Asks

"Everything. The U.S. government is quite the voyeur these days. So I planted one of my best and let her go to work." Crowley Says

A Woman in a nicely dressed suit walks down the steps to see who's in the lobby, two officers are with her and she gives them a nod of approval.

"Looking for terrorists?" Corinna Says

"Looking for marks, slow boat." Crowley Says

"Mr. Crowley? She'll see you now.." Dean, Castiel and Corinna rises "Uh, just Mr. Crowley." He Says

"I'll be listening to every word you say." Castiel Says

"Promise?" Crowley Says

OFFICE

Crowley is lead into a high tech office with a sharp looking lady behind a desk.

"Cecily. How are you?" Crowley Asks

"Better than you. That was Dean Winchester, Corinna Stark and...Castiel?" Cecily Says

"Yes, I know. Without the tie, he's barely recognizable. It's so—" Crowley Says

"...hot. I mean, human Castiel? Eh. But feathered Castiel?" Cecily Says

"Human Castiel?" Crowley Says

"You heard what happened to him, right?" Cecily Says

"I've been tied up. Pray, do tell." Crowley Says

Dean, Corinna and Castiel are still sitting in the lobby.

"Hear anything?" Dean Asks

"No. The room Crowley's in has been warded." Castiel Says

"Of course it is..friggin Demons." Corinna Says

"Awesome. That's friggin' awesome." Dean Says

Cecily continues updating Crowley on the highpoints of the months he's missed.

"So captain sexy out there totally cuts another angel's throat, yoinks his Grace, and now? He's got his mojo back – minus the broken wings." Cecily Says

"Well, that explains the hooptie. And we know all this how?" Crowley Asks

"I tuned one of our satellites to pick up angel radio." Cecily Says

"Impressive." Crowley Says

"Yeah. Not just a pretty face." Cecily Says

"What about Hell?" Crowley Asks

"No one's doing their job. I send oodles of data down there every week, but does Hell give a damn? No." Cecily Says

"Well. Of course. With Abaddon in charge, you...?" Crowley Says

"Oh, that "b" with an "itch" ain't the boss. I mean, she's got a few of the more aggro types on her side like Katherine. But most are just waiting to see who takes the belt – you or her." Cecily Says

"They're still afraid of me." Crowley Says

"Probably 'cause they don't know you're in cuffs." Cecily Says As Crowley lifting his wrists

"Speaking of which... Do they come off?" Crowley Asks

"Not without the key." Cecily Says

"Fine. I need you to do me a favor..Can you find this car for me?" Crowley hands a piece of paper to her

"Easy-peasy." Cecily Says

She turns to her computer and starts entering the Impala's license plate numbers.

"Nice to know someone's still loyal." Crowley Says

"Uh-huh." Cecily Says

"That is, of course, if you're not playing both sides?" Crowley Asks

"Wouldn't you?" Cecily Says

Back in the lobby, Crowley hands Dean a paper with pictures of the Impala going through an intersection,
Dean stands as Castiel helps Corinna up.

"Your phallus on wheels just ran a red light in Somerset, Pennsylvania, 10 minutes ago..let's go. The four amigos ride again." Crowley Says

"He's not my amigo." Castiel Says

SOMERSET, PENNSYLVANIA

Gadreel gets out of the Impala and approaches a house with a man bending over a flower garden picking weeds. He has his back to him.

"Alexander Sarver?" Gadreel Says

"Yeah?.." His face lights up in recognition "Gadreel?"  He Says

"Abner?" Gadreel Says

"I thought you were dead. W-what happened? W-what are you doing here?" Abner Asks

"I – What are you doing here?" Gadreel Asks

A little girl runs out of the house and jumps into his arms.

"Daddy! Daddy!" She Says As Amber picks her up

"Hey. Delilah, this is daddy's best friend. Can you say hi?" Abner Says

"Hi." Delilah Says

"You have a child?" Gadreel Says

"I have family, Gadreel. Look, my wife and the niblet are going to a movie. Swing back in a few hours so we can catch up. Okay?" Abner Says

"Okay. Sure." Gadreel Says

Later on at Abner's house, he and Abner sit in his livingroom catching up.

"So, um, you have a job?" Gadreel Asks

"Customer support – computers mostly. It's like answering prayers, but they pay you for it." Abner Says

"You have changed, Abner." Gadreel Says

"Yeah, well, I was a crappy angel. I was petulant. I deserted my post. I spent 700 years in heaven's lockup. I... No. Doesn't matter. We're a long way from Thaddeus now." Abner Says

"I killed him, Abner. I got our revenge." Gadreel Says

"I w – I wish you hadn't done that." Abner Says

"But why? He tortured us – you most of all." Gadreel Says

"I remember. And I remember you were always there to put me back together." Abner Says

"We were friends." Gadreel Says

"We are friends. And the fall, it's our second chance. We can forget our old hates, who we were." Abner Says

"It's not that easy." Gadreel Says

"Yes, it is. Look at me. I'm happy." Abner Says

"And your vessel – is he happy?" Gadreel Asks

"He was an abusive ass. But I love my family, and they love me. I'm not a wise man, Gadreel. But I know this. The key to happiness? It's getting the one thing you want most and never letting it go." Abner Says

"And what if there's a price?" Gadreel Asks

"There's always a price. But it's worth paying." Abner Says

Meanwhile in front of the house, Dean and Castiel walk up and as Dean walks by the Impala he run his hands over the car, making sure she is okay. He walks into the house alone and sees Abner with his throat slit on the floor. He then hears the kitchen water running and we see Gadreel washing blood off his hands in the sink.

"You should not have come here, Dean." Gadreel Says

lYou killed my friend, then you take my brother, and you think I'm gonna let that stand?!" Dean Says

"I allowed you to live." Gadreel Says

"Mistake." Dean Says

Dean lunges for Gadreel but he uses his angel force to knock him back into a bookcase; knocking him unconscious. As Gadreel goes in for the kill he hears Castiel behind him. As he swings around Castiel delivers a knockout punch and Gadreel crumbles to the floor.

CECILY'S OFFICE

Cecily sits nervously in her chair as Abaddon paces back and forth in front of her desk, and Katherine leans against the wall fiddling with her Angel blade.

"So Crowley was here." Abaddon Says

"Yeah, um, I thought you'd want to know." Cecily Says

"You thought right. And now? Any idea where he scampered off to?" Abaddon Asks

"Somerset, Pennsylvania, with Dean Winchester, Corinna Stark and the angel Castiel." Cecily Says

"..Hmm And you know this how?" Katherine Asks

"They're chasing an Impala. I helped them track it." Cecily Says

"So You helped Crowley?" Katherine Says looking at Abaddon

"Yeah. I'm kind of playing both sides until someone w – until you guys win." Cecily Says

"Hm." Abaddon Says

"Smart, right?" Cecily Says

"No." Katherine tosses her the Angel blade, And she stabs her with an angel blade "Sort of the opposite." Abaddon Says

ABANDONED WAREHOUSE

Dean, Castiel, Corinna and Crowley are in an abandoned warehouse. Gadreel is tied to a chair with warded handcuffs and is in a chin and head restraint. He regains consciousness.

"Rise and shine sleepyhead, so glad you can join us." Corinna Says

"Cas, how we lookin'?" Dean Asks

"Most of Sam's internal burns have healed. I should be able to fix the rest..What's your name? I thought I knew every angel in heaven, but I've never seen you." Castiel Says

"Why would I tell you anything?" Gadreel Says

"Well, I don't give a damn who you are. You need to get out – now!" Dean Says

"And if I don't?" Gadreel Says

"Then you and I will have a lovely little playdate." Crowley Says

"Even bound, I can rip this body apart. Tell them, Castiel." Gadreel Says

"You do, you die." Dean Says

"You want this to end? Go ahead. Put a blade through your brother's heart. If it makes you feel better, I have Sam locked away in a dream. As far as he knows, the two of you are working a case right now – something with ghouls and cheerleaders." Gadreel Says

"Why are you doing this, huh? We fought together. And I trusted you. I thought you were one of the good guys!" Dean Says

"I am doing what I have to do." Gadreel Says

"Well, so am I." Dean Says

Dean nods to Crowley who gets up and picks up a large thick needle from a tray and moves toward Gadreel.

"So am I." Crowley Says

Crowley sticks the needle into Gadreel's temple and starts to move it around. He screams in pain, Corinna and Castiel turns their heads as Dean's face hardens and he checks his watch. There is a small montage as we watch Crowley pushing more needles into the front of GADREEL's forehead and into his other temple.

Gadreel's pained screams and groans fill the air. It becomes more evident that Dean is having a hard time dealing with Sam's body being tortured. He finally walks suddenly away. Corinna, concerned, follows after him. She catches up to Dean and can see that he's is fighting desperately not to break down in tears.

"Hey." Corinna Says

"I can't watch that anymore." Dean Says

"I understand. It's not Sam, but... It's still Sam." Castiel Says

"Pretty much, yeah. How are you guys doing?" Dean Asks

"You want to talk about me now?" Corinna Says

"I want to talk about anything that's not a demon sticking needles into my brother's brain." He looks out a window trying to control his emotions but we see tears in his eyes "Yeah, humor me, how you doing?" Dean Says

"Uh... I'm okay." Corinna Says

"Good how's baby stark or Russo?" Dean Asks

"He's fine, it's not him I'm worried about though." Corinna Says

"What do you mean?" Dean Asks

"A few days ago my house was invaded, I was attacked but got saved...by Denny." Corinna Says

"Denny wh—" Dean Says

"Denny's back..as a ghost who currently haunts my house, I've been wondering for weeks why my house is so cold and my lights flickering." Corinna Says

"It was him watching over you." Dean Says

"Yeah...don't get me wrong seeing him makes me feel a little happy but still sad because he's still not here. And I know he's been for gone for months now but I'm still grieving him...and him being here is making it way harder." Corinna Says

"Hmm felt the same way about Bobby, but we eventually said goodbye to him." Dean Says

"I know but Denny doesn't want to leave yet, he's attached himself to his watch and he wants to stay around until the baby's born...one last glance before he goes." Corinna Says

"Wow.." Dean Says

"I mean would you do that, if you died would stay as a ghost to be around the people you love or go wherever?" Corinna Asks

"I always said if I died I'm not gonna fight the reaper, I wouldn't want to be a ghost because we know what it does to them. The longer Denny stays it's not good for him...you know that." Dean Says

"Yeah..I guess your right." Corinna Says As Dean pats her on the shoulder

"Laverne! Shirley! Get in here!" Crowley Says

Dean and Corinna rush back into the room

"Pinhead's out cold, but watch this." Crowley Says

Crowley moves two of the needles stuck in Gadreel's left temple. He sucks in a breath and starts to speak in Enochian.

"Zir noco iad Gadreel. Zir noco iad Gadreel." He Says

"What's he saying?" Dean Asks

"His name. Gadreel." Castiel Says

"Does that mean something to you?" Corinna Asks

"Well, it's why I've never seen him. He's been imprisoned since the dawn of time. Gadreel was the sentry who allowed Lucifer into the garden." Castiel Says

"My, my. A celebrity." Crowley Says

"Wait, the garden? Like eden? Adam and Eve? Fig-leaves garden?" Dean Says

"It's his fault – all of it. The corruption of man, demons, hell. God left because of him. The archangels –the apocalypse. If he hadn't been so weak, none of it would have happened." He gets hot with anger and starts to shake the unconscious Gadreel "You ruined the universe, you damn son of a bitch!" Castiel Says

Dean grabs Castiel and swings him around to face him. "Cas! Cas! Hey!"

"Dean, he –" Castiel Says

"I get it. But you got to chill." Dean Says

Crowley continues to probe needles into Gadreel's head as Dean and Corinna looks on.

"What's taking so long?" Corinna Asks

"Other than the fact that I'm trying to unravel a living, multidimensional knot of pure energy, not much." Crowley Says

Gadreel gasps in a breath and opens his eyes, Dean  and Corinna looks forward hoping it is Sam's consciousness that is speaking, but it's still Gadreel.

"It won't work. You will never find your brother. Go ahead. Poke and prod. I can sit in this chair for years and watch you fail over and over again. I've endured much worse than this, Dean. So...much...worse. And I have all the time in the world." Gadreel Says

"Shut up! All right. Plan "B." Cas, you got to possess him." Dean Says

"What?" Castiel Says

"Do it now! Get in there, tell Sam what's going on, and help him kick that lying son of a bitch out!" Dean Says

"It might work. But I can't possess a vessel without permission." Castiel Says

Crowley clears his throat and raises his hand as a volunteer.

"No. Not happening." Corinna Says

"Don't be daft. Demons can take what they want. I can burrow into that rat's nest of a head. I can wake Sam up. Just call me plan "C." Crowley Says

"You can't –" Castiel Says

"...you got a better idea? What about the angel?" Dean Asks

"I'll work fast." Crowley Says

"And if he finds you?" Dean Asks

"I'll run. I'm not dying for you lot. Of course, if I do this, you're gonna have to..." Crowley Says

"Take off the leash. Yeah, I know." Dean Says

"And it stays off. I save Sam, I leave here a free man. Do we have a deal?" Crowley Asks

"Cas, burn off Sam's tattoo." Dean Says

"Dean." Castiel Says

"Do it. Do it." Dean Says

Castiel walks over to Gadreel and pulls down his shirt collar to reveal his warding tattoo. In a blaze of light, Castiel removes the tattoo.

"If you mess with Sam, if you try anything –" Dean Says

"I keep my bargains. Besides, I don't want to be inside your brother any longer than I have to. I'm not one for sloppy seconds." Crowley Says

"When you find him, say "Poughkeepsie." It's our go word. It means "drop everything and run." Dean Says

"Fine. While I'm gone, hands off the suit." Crowley Says

"I will destroy you." Gadreel Says

"Eat me." Crowley Says

A cloud of red demon smoke shoots out of Crowley's mouth and rockets into Gadreel's mouth.
