HOSPITAL

Kevin is running with the bag in his arms. He comes to a stop near a corner of the building. Dean and Elena is walking down a hallway they stops at the doorway to the dayroom and looks at Castiel, who is sitting at a table with his back to them.

Kevin is running with Sam and Corinna in close pursuit.

"Hey!" Sam Says

"Kid Stop!" Corinna Says

Kevin zig-zags to avoid Sam and Corinna. "No, stop! Leave me alone! Aah!" Meg puts out an arm and knocks Kevin to the ground.

"Not a demon nor a chomper. What the hell are you?" Meg Asks

"I'm a... K-Kevin Tran. I'm in advanced placement. P-p-please don't kill me." He Says

"Were not gonna kill you." Sam hauls Kevin to his feet and tries to take the bag away from him.

"I'm sorry." Sam keeps trying to pull the bag from his grasp. "I-I'm sorry. I... I don't – I don't know why, but I can't let go of this." Kevin Says

Meg, Sam and Corinna looks at each other then back at Kevin.

HOSPITAL DAYROOM

Dean and Elena walks over to stand in front of Castiel.

"Dean.Elena." Castiel Says

"Hey, you disappeared on us back there. you okay?" Elena Says

"Yes I just don't like it when people fight." Castiel Says

"Hmm." Elena Says

"Cas You realize you just broke God's Word?" Dean Says

Castiel looks away and Dean & Elena sits down at the table opposite him.

"It's Sam's thing, isn't it? You taking on his, uh, cage-match scars. I'm guessing that's what broke your bank, right?" Dean Says

"Well, it took... everything to get me here." Castiel Says

"What are you talking about, man?" Dean Says

"Dean, I know you want different answers." Castiel Says

"No, I want you to button up your coat and help us take down Leviathans. Do you remember what you did?" Dean Says

Castiel holds up the board game "Sorry!" He shakes it once and the board and pieces appear on the table, set up ready to play. Castiel sets the box aside.

"Who wants to go first?" Castiel Says

CASTIEL'S ROOM

Kevin is sitting on the bed, Sam and Corinna stands in front of him while Meg is behind him.

"You really stepped in it, kid. Oh, man." Meg Says

"What's your deal with the tablet?" Corinna Asks

"All I know is, this is – it's for me. I'm supposed to keep it." Kevin Says

"Good luck." Meg Says

"But you don't know what it is?" Kevin shakes his head. "Open it." Sam Says

Kevin unzips the bag and withdraws two pieces of the stone tablet. He fits them together and they knit back together with a brief flash of white light.

HOSPITAL DAYROOM

Dean and Elena are playing Sorry with Castiel, He picks up a "Sorry!" card.

"Your Turn." Dean Says

"Wait I'm sensing something is wrong." Castiel Says

"Yeah a lot is wrong." Dean Says

"No I mean with you two." Dean and Elena Looks At Each other. "Has something happened between the two of you since I was gone?" Castiel Asks

"Uh-" Dean Says

"Yes Something did happen." Elena Says

"We we're together for a while." Dean Says

"And then we broke up." Elena Says

"What Why?" Castiel Asks

Dean looks at Elena as she picks up a sorry card and makes her move. "My Dad Died and I had a mental breakdown."

"I'm sorry but, that sounds like an excuse to me." Castiel Says

"It's Not...It wasn't." Elena Says

"Such a shame, even though I don't understand the human relationship at times but as I've grown to know you both...you two actually look perfect for each other, Such a shame you two aren't together anymore..." Castiel Says

Dean and Elena looks at each other again but go back to playing the game with Castiel.

"You want to know something, we weren't sure at first which monkeys were gonna make it. No offense, but I" Dean moves a marker on the board "was backing the Neanderthals because their poetry was... just amazing. It's in perfect tune" He picks up a card "With the spheres. But in the end, it was you – the" He moves a marker "homo sapiens sapiens. You guys ate the apple, invented pants." Castiel Says

"Cas, where can we find this, uh, Metatron? Is he still alive?" Dean Asks

"I'm sorry. I – I think you have to go back to start." Castiel Says As Dean moves a marker.

"Cas This is kind of important we really need your help." Castiel motions for Dean to pick up another card. "Just Do It." Elena Says As Dean does and moves another marker.

"I think Metatron could stop a lot of bad. You understand that?" Dean Says

Castiel picks up another card. "We live in a "sorry" universe. It's engineered to create conflict. I mean, why should I prosper from... your misfortune"He puts down a marker and moves Elena's marker back to the start."But these are the rules. I didn't make them." Castiel Says

"You made some of them. When you tried to become God, when you cut that hole into that wall." Dean Says

"Dean... it's your move." Castiel Says

Dean pounds a fist on the table and swipes the board to the floor. "Forget the damn game!...Forget the game, Cas."

"I'm sorry, Dean and Elena." Castiel Says

"No. You're playing "Sorry!" Dean Says

CASTIEL'S ROOM

Kevin is holding the stone tablet in shaking hands. It is now whole again.

"It's writing." Kevin Says

"Yeah. Yeah, we get that." Corinna Says

"What's Leviathan?" Kevin Asks

"What? You can read it? Is that what it says?" Sam Asks

"Sort of. It hurts a little. Like looking through somebody else's glasses, but I think it... it's about Leviathan, how it came to be. God locked him up far away, right? Like in jail... because they're so... they're... they're real, aren't they?" Kevin Says

"Yeah, Kevin. They – they are. And they're here, Does it say anything about how to kill them?—" Sam Says

"Yeah Cause that's – that's kind of been a problem." Corinna Says

"I don't know. It's not like reading reading. It – it's hard to focus on it too long." Kevin Says

Meg eyes turn black and the lights flicker. "Sam, Corinna Something's up."

"What?" Sam Says

Kevin looks at Meg and screams, He scrambles backwards on the bed.

"Kevin, hey, hey, hey. Kevin." Corinna Says

The glass lampshade breaks and A woman appears in the doorway.

"Demon." She Says

There is the sound of angel wings and a man appears. The Woman makes a hand motion and Meg goes flying into the wall.

HOSPITAL DAYROOM

Castiel is picking up the game pieces but He stops and looks up.

"What is it?" Elena Asks

"Sam and Corinna, They are talking to angels." Castiel Says

CASTIEL'S ROOM

"A demon whore and a Winchester... again." She Says

"Someone woke up on the wrong side this morning." Corinna Says

"Huh and the addition of the blonde skank." She Says

"Screw you bitch." Corinna Says As Sam takes a step towards Kevin.

"Step away from the Prophet!" She Says

"Prophet." Corinna & Sam Says

"Who, me?" Kevin Says

"Sole keeper of the word on earth, we are here to take you." She Says

"What do you mean, "take"?" Kevin Says

"Kill the demon and her lovers." She Says

The Male Angel holds out an arm and Meg slashes at him with a knife. He cups his palm, which is shining with white light.

"Where did you get that?!" She Asks

There is a rustling of angel wings and Castiel appears.

"Castiel?" He Says As Castiel smiles.

"Hi." Castiel Says

"You're alive?" He Says

"You." She Says

"Hello, Hester." Castiel Says

"You smote thousands in Heaven. You gave a big, scary speech. Then you were gone. What the hell was that?!" Hester Says

"Rude, for one thing." Castiel Says

"Where have you been?" He Asks

"Oh, Inias. Hester, I... I know you want something – answers. I... I wish it could be that... There are still many things I can teach you. I can offer, um, well, perspective. Here."He points a finger at Hester. "Pull my finger." She doesn't move. "Uh... Uh... Meg will – will get another light, and I'll – I'll blow it out again. And, well, this time, it'll be funny, and – and we'll all look back and laugh." Castiel Says

"You're insane." Hester Says

"Hey." Dean and Elena is standing in the doorway.
"Heads up, Sunshine." He Says

Dean puts his hand in an angel-banishing sigil he's drawn on the wall outside the room, White light flares and the angels vanish.

"All angels blown back to their corners, we got like three, four hours tops." Elena Says

Sam points to the knife Meg is holding. "Meg, where did you get that?"

"A lot of angels died this year." Meg Says

"What's happening?! What's happening?!" Kevin Asks

"Uhh." Elena Says

"What is that?" Dean Asks

"It's, uh... Kevin Tran. He's, uh, in advanced placement." Corinna Says

Kevin is sitting on the bed holding the stone tablet.

"So, these Leviathans – these monsters are real. And angels with wings?" Kevin Asks

"No. Uh... no wings. No anything." Sam Says

"No junk. Junkless." Dean Says

"There all kinda well dicks." Elena Says

"Hmm it's like they all have sticks up their asses." Corinna Says

"So, Kevin, you can, uh, read the chicken scratch on the God rock, huh?" Dean Asks

"Uh, I..." Kevin Says

"That is back in one piece, I see. And you're saying that there's some sort of a "How to punch Dick" recipe in there somewhere?" Dean Asks

"I-I don't know what you're saying, but it seems kind of like an "in case of emergency" note. What did they mean by "prophet"?" Kevin Says

"Oh, no..Really?" Dean Says

"Yeah. Yeah, that's what the angel said." Corinna Says

"I don't want to be a prophet." Kevin Says

"No. You don't at all." Dean Says

"Ladies & Gentlemen, we've got to start running and hiding. Or do you want to tangle with those wing nuts twice?" Meg says

"I'm sorry. Did you say "we"?" Elena Says

"I'm on the angels' radar now. You think I don't need a little safety in numbers?" Meg Says As Elena rolls her eyes

"All right, we'll go to Rufus' cabin. Kid can do his book report there." Dean Says

A vehicle with several occupants drives along a wet road.

AL'S MINI MART – DAY

Kevin is asleep in the back seat of the vehicle, which Dean is filling with gas.

Meg is reading a magazine at the counter as the Clerk puts her purchases in a bag. Sam walks to the counter with an armful of groceries and two coffees. A commercial plays on the TV in the store.

"Now back to our top story on news 10, the search for the missing honor student."

"The victim in this case reportedly insisted" Sam puts his groceries down on the counter and looks up at the Tv "he'd been chosen by birthright, causing speculation that a cult may be behind the abduction. The family car is also missing. Federal authorities have been placed on alert." Reporter Says

"Again, 16-year-old honor student Kevin Tran reportedly taken from his Michigan home early yesterday." Detective Says

Meg is leaning against an ice machine, reading her magazine, She looks up at and see's Elena and Corinna talking then she looks over and see's two truck drivers standing nearby.

"Oh, crap." Meg Says As The truck drivers have black eyes.

Dean is finishing filling up the car, he is hanging up the gas pump. Sam, Elena and Corinna walks over to him.

"Hey." He hands Dean a coffee. "So, we got another wrinkle. Uh, looks like Kevin's gone missing... and it's gone federal. Yeah." Sam Says

"Wait Where's Meg?" Elena Asks

"I'm here." Meg Says

"Great, so now we're kidnappers?" Dean Says

"Not if we shut up about it. Why? Who'd we kidnap?" Meg Says

They all ignore her then gets back inside the car,
Sam and Dean's vehicle drives along a wet road.
Corinna and Elena are sitting in the two seats in the middle as Kevin and Meg sits in the back. Kevin is asleep in the back seat, He wakes and looks at Meg.

"Oh, God." Kevin Says

"What?" Meg Says

"Nothing. Nothing. Just... my life... my future..." Meg's phone rings" ...my girlfriend... my mom's car." Kevin Says As Meg answers her phone.

"Yeah. Yeah, Castiel. It's me." Meg Says

"Cas? Where? Where is he?" Dean Asks

"Shut up." Meg Says

"I'll stop speaking." Castiel Says

"No. No, Cas. You talk." Meg Says

"I'm in a place called Perth." Castiel Says

"Perth?" Meg Says

"Perth? As in Australia?" Elena Says

"What dogs?..He says he's surrounded by unhappy dogs." Meg Says

"They're chasing a rabbit around..." Castiel Says

"What the hell is he doing in Australia?" Corinna Says

"Oh. Okay. He's at a dog track in Perth." Meg Says

"I'm surrounded by large unhappy dogs." Castiel says

"Yeah, they're unhappy 'cause the rabbit's fake. Listen, we're on highway 94, north of St. Cloud, Minnesota, just passing mile marker 79." Meg Says

Castiel materializes in the back seat between Meg and Kevin.

"Aah!" Kevin Says

"Kevin, this is Castiel." Meg Says

"You're one of the angels?" Kevin Asks

Castiel reaches over and raises a finger to Kevin's nose.

"Boop." Castiel Says

"Don't worry he's not like the other angels." Elena Says As Kevin Slowy Nods

"Meg, are you hurt?" Castiel Asks

"Shut up." Meg Says

"Cas, what happened back there? Who were those guys?" Dean Asks

"They're from the Garrison – my old Garrison. Looks like Hester's taken over. We were assigned to watch the earth. Often, it was boring. The wars were very boring and the sex – you know, the repetition. Anyway, I was, uh... I was their captain. Isn't that strange?" Castiel Says

"Cas, why are they pissed at us now?" Sam Asks

"You know, those racing dogs were absolutely miserable. They can only think in ovals." Castiel Says

"Cas!" They Say

"Cas, don't make me pull this car over! Why are angels after us?" Dean Asks

"Are you angry? Why are you angry?" Castiel Asks

"No, I-I'm... Please, can we just stay on target?" Dean Says

"There is no reason for anger. They're only following protocol. If the Word of God is revealed, a keeper of the Word will awaken, like this" He touches Kevin's nose "hot potato right here." Castiel Says

Kevin slaps Castiel's hand away. "Please stop that."

"Anyway, Garrison code dictates you take the keeper to the desert to learn the Word away from men." Castiel Says

"What kind of sense does that make? He has to tell us so that we can use it." Dean Says

"That's God and his shiny red apples." Castiel Says

"I can't live in the desert. I-I'm applying to Princeton!" Kevin Says

"Sadly it looks like your taking a gap year Kevin." Elena Says

"Okay, you know what? Screw the Garrison. We need the tablet to end Sick Roman's "Soylent Us" crap." Dean Says

"If you want the Word, you'll have to duck Hester and her soldiers." Castiel Says

"Yeah, you're in our corner, right, Cas?" Corinna Asks

"No, I don't fight anymore. I watch the bees." Castiel Says

Castiel, Elena and Corinna is drawing symbols on the wall in chalk, He looks over at her finger which shows her engagement ring.

"Corinna sorry but I mean to ask...why are you wearing a ring?" Castiel Asks

"Oh while you were you know "Dead"...Denny proposed to me." Corinna Says

"Wow that's really nice." Castiel Says

"Yeah it was." Corinna Says

"Are you happy?" Castiel Asks

"Yeah..I really I am, I'm gonna marry someone I love which is beautiful." Corinna Says

"Well congratulations. I wish you two the best and that is a lovey ring by the way" He Takes her hand to look closely at it"Huh..it matches your eyes." Castiel Says As Corinna Smiles

"Thank you Cas." Corinna Says

"Oh one more thing, Let's leave off angel-proofing sigils or I'll be expelled, too." Castiel Says

"As long as we're invisible to your Garrison buddies, it works for us." Sam Says

Meanwhile Dean and Kevin walk downstairs.

"I'm sure you're pretty hungry, so once we get settled in upstairs, we'll get some dinner going."

Kevin comes to a halt at the foot of the stairs, Dean clears a space on the table, which is covered with knives.

"This looks like a sex-torture dungeon. Is this a sex-torture dungeon?" Kevin Asks As Dean picks up a scythe.

"No, this is not a sex-torture... Get over here. Sit down and read, would you?" Dean Says

Back upstairs, Sam sits down near Castiel.

"You seem troubled. Of course, that's a primary aspect of your personality, so I sometimes ignore it." Castiel Says

"Okay. Um... right now I'm just wondering about you." Sam Says

"What about me? You're worried about the burden I lifted from you." Castiel Says

"I think I was done for...Do you see Lucifer?" Sam Says

"I did at first. But that was... It was a projection of yours, I think, sort of an aftertaste. Now I more see... well, everything." Meg watches from across the room then leaves "It's funny. I was – I was done for, too.
The weight of all my mistakes, all those lives and souls lost, I... I couldn't take it, either. I was... I was lost until I took on your pain. It's strange to think that that helped, but –" Castiel Says

"I know you never did anything but try to help. I realize that, Cas, and I'm grateful. We're all grateful. And we're gonna help you get better, okay? No matter what it takes." Sam Says

"What do you mean, "better"?" Castiel Asks

In The Cabin's basement, Dean is asleep in a chair and Kevin is writing at the table. His hands start to shake and his vision blurs. Kevin stands up, hyperventilating.

Dean with his eyes still closed "Kevin."

"This is all too much. What's happened to my life? I'm just a kid from Michigan. I didn't want to be a Word-keeper!" Kevin Says

"Looks like we're brown-baggin' it." Dean Says Then stands up and picks up a brown paper bag.

"I am not prepared to factor the supernatural into my" Dean puts the brown paper bag over his face "World view." Kevin Says

"Okay, there we go." He pats Kevin on the back. "That's it. That's it. Just breathe. Take it easy."
Kevin holds onto the bag and breathes into it.
"Oh, I don't know, man. What can I say? You've been chosen. And it sucks. Believe me. There's no use asking "why me?" 'Cause the angels – they don't care. I think maybe they just don't have the equipment to care. Seems like when they try, it just... breaks them apart." Dean Says

"I just want to be the first Asian-American President of the United States." Kevin Says

"Then do your homework." Dean Says

STREET

A large truck is pulling up. Meg walks towards it. One of the Demon Truck Drivers gets down from the cab.

"See? I'm here, just like I said." Meg Says As Both Demon's walk towards Her

"You'd better start talking, skank. Tell me again why I'm not just hauling you off to the king's cash window." He Says

"Come on, Rosco. I told you. I've got something way better. You know how Crowley likes presents." Meg Says

"He's not gonna care if we bring in the Winchesters. Yesterday's news." Rosco Says

"Not the Winchesters. I've got the angel who double-crossed him. I've got Castiel." Meg Says

"Nah. Castiel – he's dead." Rosco Says

"Right, 'cause you're in that loop." Meg Says

"Where is he, then?" Rosco Asks

"First, I want to know how many of you jerks I have to cut in." Meg Says As The second Demon truck driver walks behind her.

"You think we're stupid? We didn't tell anybody." He laughs.

"I love demons." Meg Says

She stabs the second demon with the angel knife. Gold light appears in his eyes and mouth and he falls to the ground, dead. Meg fights with Rosco and stabs him. Gold light flashes in his skull and he too drops dead and she walks away.
