HOSPITAL

A young girl is sitting in a hospital bed in a contemplative way like she's listening some distant whispering.

"Anna? Do you know where you are? You're at the Connor Beverly Behavioral Medicine Center. Do you know why you're here?, Do you remember what you did? You were hysterical. It took four people to restrain you." Psychologist says

"I was trying to warn them." Anna Says

"Warn who?" Psychologist Asks

"Everyone. Forget it. It was stupid." Anna Says

"What were you trying to warn them about?" Psychologist Asks

"Look... I get it. You think I'm nuts. If I were you, I'd think I was nuts. But it's all true." Anna Says

"It's okay. You can tell me. I'm here to listen." Psychologist Says

"The end... is coming. The apocalypse." Anna Says

"The apocalypse. Like in the Bible?" Psychologist Says

"Kind of. I mean, same bottom line. This demon, Lilith, is trying to break the 66 seals to free Lucifer from Hell. Lucifer... Will bring the apocalypse. So... Smoke 'em if you got 'em." Anna Says As She turns her head and listens to a distant whispering.

"Anna?" Psychologist Says

"Sorry." Anna Says

"What were you doing?" Psychologist Asks

"Nothing. Just listening." Anna Says

"So, you were saying that there are, uh, 66 of these seals in the world?" Psychologist Says

"No. No. There are about 600 possible seals, and Lilith only has to break 66 of them, and no one knows which 66 she's gonna break." Anna Says

"I see." Psychologist Says

"That's why it's nearly impossible to stop her. And that's why the angels are losing. That's why we're all gonna die." Anna Says Then An hospital attendant enters Anna's room.

"Time for your meds, Anna. Anna?" The Attendant Says

Anna turns around and looks horrified when she notices the attendant.

"What's the matter, sweetie?" The Attendant Asks

"Your face -- what happened to your face?" Anna Asks

"I know." The Attendant Says

The Then His eyes turn black, revealing he's possessed by a demon.

"I'm downright kissable. Shh." Anna Says

Anna uses her mind to push a chest of drawers against the Attendant and knock him unconscious.

BAR

Sam appears to be drunk and is playing pool with a man from the bar.

"Brian, come on, man, just one more. Just -- just give me a chance to win it back." Sam Says

"It's your cash." Brian Says

"Excuse me. My brother's a little sauced to be making bets." Dean Says

"He insisted." Brian Says

"Yeah, but you've already taken, what, two bills off him? I'm just saying." Dean Says

"Hey, shut up, Dean. I'm fine." Sam Says

"No, you're not fine. You're drunk!" Dean Says

"Let's make it five hundred." Sam Says

"Five hundred?" Dean Says

"Sure." Brian Says

Then Sam puts the money down on the pool table.

"Five hundred. Your break." Brian Says

While He is looking down, Sam raises his eyebrows at Dean. For a second there's no trace of drunkenness. Dean raises his eyebrows at Sam. Then Sam breaks, sinking several balls, then sees Ruby across the bar.

"Keep the money." Ruby Says

Sam puts his cue down on the pool table and walks towards Ruby.

"Keep the money? What --" Dean Says

"Hey." Sam Says

"Well, you got a lot of nerve showing up anywhere near me." Dean Says

"I just have some info, and then I'm gone." Ruby Says

"What is it?" Sam Says

"I'm hearing a few whispers." Ruby Says

"Ooh, great, demon whisperers -- that's reliable." Dean Says

"Girl named Anna Milton escaped from a locked ward yesterday. The demons seem pretty keen on finding her. Apparently, some real heavy hitters turned out for the Easter-egg hunt." Ruby Says

"Why? Who is she?" Sam Asks

"No idea, But I'm thinking that she's important, 'cause the order is to capture her alive. I just figured that whatever the deal is, you might want to find this girl before the demons do." Ruby Says

"Look, maybe we should check it out." Sam Says

"Actually, we're working a case, but thanks." Dean Says

"What case?" Ruby Asks

"Uh, we've got leads, big leads." Dean Says

"Sounds dangerous." Ruby Says

"Yeah, well, it sure ain't goose-chasing after some chick who, for all we know, doesn't even exist, just because you say she's important." Dean Says

"I'm just delivering the news. You can do whatever you want with it. Far as I'm concerned, I told you, I'm done." Ruby Says

"Wait, wait, wait. This hospital Anna escaped from -- it got a name?" Sam Asks

IMPALA

Dean is driving and Sam is speaking on the phone.

"Can I get a copy of the missing persons report? Great Okay Thanks,Well, Anna Milton's definitely real." Sam Says

"Don't mean the case is real. And this hospital's a three-day drive." Dean Says

"We've driven further for less, Dean You got something to say, say it." Sam Says

"Oh, I'm saying it -- this sucks." Dean Says

"You're not pissed we're going after the girl. You're pissed Ruby threw us the tip." Sam Says

"Right. 'Cause as far as you're concerned, the hell-bitch is practically family. Yeah, boy, something major must've happened while I downstairs, 'cause I come back, and -- and you're BFF with a demon?" Dean Says

"I told you, Dean, she helped me go after Lilith." Sam Says

"Well, thanks for the thumbnail -- real vivid. You want to fill in a little detail?" Dean Says

"Sure, Dean, let's trade stories. You first. How was Hell? Don't spare the details." Sam Says

Six Months Earlier

CROSSROAD

Sam is burying a box in a crossroad to summon a Crossroad Demon and He is drunk.

"Come on! Where the hell are you?" Sam Says

"I was wondering whether to come or not. I mean, you shot one of my co-workers. Don't take this the wrong way, Sam, but you don't look so hot, buddy. I guess burying your brother didn't agree with you." Demon Says

"Well?" Sam Says

"Well, let's see that special little knife of yours first." Demon Says

Then Sam takes out the knife and slams it down on an outdoor table.

"No devil's traps, either. I'm not here to play games." Sam Says

"Well, let me guess. You want to make a deal. And 'round and 'round the Winchesters go. I'm sorry, Sam. That's not gonna happen." Demon Says Then Sam stabs the knife into the Crossroads Demons hand.

"I don't want ten years. I don't want one year. I don't want candy! I want to trade places with Dean." Sam Says

"No." Demon Says

"Just take me! It's a fair trade!" Sam Says

"No!" Demon Says

"Why not? Lilith wants me dead. Just let Dean go, and she can have me." Sam Says

"Don't you understand, Sam? It's not about your soul. Dean's in Hell, right where we want him. We've got everything exactly the way we want it. You want to kill me? Go ahead. I've made peace with my lord." Demon Says

PRESENT DAY

HOSPITAL

Sam and Dean Enter The Hospital

"You Ready?" Dean Asks

"Yeah Um You Got The Uh?" Sam Ask

"Yeah, Wait Hold On" Dean Says

"What?" Sam Says

"Is That Who I Think It Is" Dean Says As He Points to a Blonde Woman Across the room talking to a nurse

"No Way" Sam Says

The Blonde Woman Who is Talking to the nurse is Corrina

"Thank You Ma'am, Have A Good Day" Corrina Says

"Corrina" Dean Says

"Hello Winchesters" Corrina Says

"Hey Um, What Are You doing here?" Sam Asks

"Um Working A Case, Which I assume your working the same one as me" Corrina Says

"Yeah" Sam Says

"Question How Did You Know About This Anna Chick?" Dean Asks

"Well, I Was Working A Case Up In New York it was a Demon no biggie but you guys know I love torturing me some demons, while I was torching that son of a bitch something slipped out of his mouth and apparently it told me that theirs this girl that knows everything that's going and I mean everything we're dealing with" Corrina Says

"Really, and you believe it?" Dean Asks

"Hey I know Demons Lie but you know I had to take a look myself and see if it's true" Corrina Says

"I would have done the Same to" Sam Says

"How Did you two know about this?" Corrina Asks

"Uh Ruby Told Us" Sam Says

"Oh Her" Corrina Says

"You Don't Like her either I suppose" Sam Says

"Nope Not At All" Corrina Says

"I'm With You There" Dean Says

"Okay, If you two don't mind I have a case to do" Corrina Says As Sam Stops Her

"Hey, Hey Since we're on the Same case why not work together huh" Sam Says

"You two wanna work with me?" Corrina Says

"Sure Why Not" Sam Says

"Hmm I Feel like you two only wanna work with me only when Elena is around" Corrina Says

"That's Not True, and come on we've known each other since we were kids" Sam Says

"Yeah even though sometimes you can be annoying but we work well together so why not" Dean Says

"Okay Okay If You Two Insist, Come on we got work to do " Corrina Says As She Winks At Sam and He Smiles

Moments Later, Sam, Dean & Corrina Are Talking to Anna's Psychologist

"Of course I want to help however I can." Psychologist Says

"Now, the orderly has no recollection of Anna's escape?" Corrina Asks

"Apparently, she knocked him unconscious. The blow caused some amnesia. He doesn't even remember coming into her room." Psychologist Says

"That's a hell of a right hook to knock out a guy that's got 80 pounds on her." Dean Says

"We think she may have planned this, waited behind the door." Psychologist Says

"Right. Uh, you mentioned Anna's illness was recent." Sam Says

"Two months ago, she was happy, well-adjusted, journalism major, lots of friends -- Bright future." Psychologist Says

"So, what happened -- she just... flipped?" Corrina Asks

"Well, that's the tragedy of schizophrenia. Within weeks, Anna was overtaken by delusions." Psychologist Says

"What kind of delusions?" Sam Asks

"She thought demons were everywhere." Psychologist Says As She Gives a sketch book to Sam

"Huh Demons" Corrina Says

"Interesting." Dean Says

"It's not uncommon for our patients to believe that monsters are real." Psychologist Says

"Well, that -- that's just batty." Dean Says

Sam turns the pages and they see some meaningful sketches and the text 'Raising of the Witnesses' and in the next page 'Samhain the next seal is broken'.

"That's Revelations." Corrina Says

"Since when does the Book of Revelations have jack-o'-lanterns?" Psychologist Says

"It's a, uh, it's a little-known translation." Dean Says

"Well, Anna's father was a church deacon. When she became ill, her paranoia took on religious overtones. She was convinced the devil was about to rise up and end the world. I hope you find her. It's dangerous for her to be out there alone right now." Psychologist Says

MILTON HOME

Dean knocks on the front door.

"Maybe they're not home." Dean Says

"Both cars in the driveway." Corrina Says

Dean tries the door. It's unlocked and they enter the house.

"Mr. And Mrs. Milton?" Dean Says

"We're from the sheriff's department. We just wanted to ask you a couple of questions." Sam Says

There are two dead bodies lying in the floor. Their throats have been cut.

Sam checks some powder on the floor near the dead bodies.

"Sulfur. The demons beat us here. Whatever the deal is with this Anna girl --" Sam Says

"Yeah, they want her. They're not screwing around. All right, so, I'm "Girl, Interrupted," He picks up some addressed envelopes, and I know the score of the apocalypse, just busted out of the nut-box... Possibly using superpowers, by the way. Where do I go?" Dean Says

Corrins looks at family photographs and picks one up.

"Hey, you got those sketches from Anna's notebook?" Corrina Asks

"Yeah." Dean Says

"Let me see 'em. Check this out." Corrina Says As She picks out a drawing of a stained-glass window

"She was drawing the window of her church." Dean Says

"Over and over. If you were religious, scared, and had demons on your ass, where would you go to feel safe?" Corrina Says

CHURCH

The Impala is parked in front of the church. Through a window, Three figures are seen going upstairs.

ATTIC

Corrina, Sam and Dean enter the attic with their guns drawn.

"Guys, Anna?, They put away their guns, We're not gonna hurt you. We're here to help. My name is Sam. This is my brother, Dean and This is our Friend Corrina" Sam Says

"Sam? Not Sam Winchester?" Anna Says

"Uh, yeah." Anna Says

"And you're Dean. The Dean?" Anna Asks

"Well, yeah. The Dean, I guess" Dean Says

"It's really you. Oh, my god. The angels talk about you. You were in Hell, but Castiel pulled you out, and some of them think you can help save us. And some of them don't like you at all.They talk about you all the time lately I feel like I know you." Anna Says

"So, you talk to angels?" Dean Asks

"Oh, no. No, no way. Um, they probably don't even know I exist. I just kind of... overhear them." Anna Says

"You overhear them?" Corrina Asks

"Yeah, they talk, and sometimes I just... hear them in my head." Anna Says

"Like... right now?" Dean Asks

"Not right this second, but a lot. And I can't shut them out, there are so many of them." Anna Says

"So, they lock you up with a case of the crazies when really you were just... tuning in to angel radio?" Dean Says

"Yes. Thank you." Anna Says

"Anna, when did the voices start? Do you remember?" Sam Asks

"I can tell you exactly -- September 18th." Anna Says

"The day I got out of Hell." Dean Says

"First words I heard, clear as a bell -- "Dean Winchester is saved." Anna Says

"What do you think?" Dean Asks

"I'm Beat" Corinna Says

"Sam?" Dean Says

"It's above my pay grade, man." Sam Says

"Well, at least now we know why the demons want you so bad. They get a hold of you, they can hear everything the other side's cooking. You're 1-900-angel." Dean Says

"Hey, um, do you know -- are my parents okay? I -- I didn't go home. I was afraid." Anna Says Then Ruby enters into the attic in a rush.

"Ah Great She's Here" Corrina Says

"You got the girl. Good, let's go." Ruby Says

"Her face!" Anna Says

"It's okay. She's here to help." Sam Says

"Yeah, don't be so sure." Dean Says

"We have to hurry." Ruby Says

"Why?" Dean Asks

"Because a demon's coming -- big-timer. We can fight later, Dean." Ruby Says

"Well, that's pretty convenient -- showing up right when we find the girl with some bigwig on your tail?" Dean Says

"I didn't bring him here. You did." Ruby Says

"What?" Dean Says

"He followed you from the girl's house. We got to go now." Ruby Says

"Sam, Dean" Corrina Says As She points to a statue that's bleeding from the eyes.

"It's too late. He's here." Ruby Says

Corrina takes Anna by the arm and hides her in a closet.

"Okay. Stay in there. Don't move." Corrina Says

"Okay." Anna Says

Sam takes out a flask of holy water.

"No, Sam, you got to pull him right away." Ruby Says

"Whoa, hold on a sec." Dean Says

"Now's not the time to bellyache about Sam going darkside. He does his thing, he exorcises that demon, or we die." Ruby Says

Sam puts the flask away again. The demon enters and Sam tries to exorcise him, but it doesn't work.

"That tickles. You don't have the juice to take me on, Sam." Alastair Says

He throws Sam downstairs. Dean attacks him with Ruby's knife, but Alastair wins their fight.

"Hello again, Dean." Alastair Says

Anna screams as Ruby pulls her from the closet.

"Come on, Dean. Don't you recognize me? Oh, I forgot -- I'm wearing a pediatrician. But we were so close... in Hell." Alastair Says

"Alastair." Dean Says

Then Corrina stabs Alastair with Ruby's knife but barely missed his heart and essentially only hitshis shoulder.

"You're gonna have to try a whole lot harder than that, Sweetheart" Alastair Says

"Bite Me" Corrina Says Then She Kicks Alastair In the Face, Then Stomach repeatedly

Then Corrina Helps Dean Up, Sam Punches Alastair, Sam grabs Dean and they look at a large stained-glass window. As Alastair pulls out the knife, Sam, Dean and Corrina jumps through the window.
