Elena and Corinna are walking down an aisle looking for snacks, Corinna is reading one of the supernatural books

"I still think it's pretty weird that someone has written everything that we've done in the book" Elena Says

"Uh huh" Corinna Says

"And The Fans, they actually like ship us with Sam and Dean" Elena Says

"Yeah" Corinna Says

"I mean how do you feel about that?" Elena Asks

"Well The Sam and Me part that's not shocking why people would kinda ship us together, you know I always shamelessly flirt with him I mean. I've been doing it since I was 14" Corinna Says

"Your such a tease" Elena Says

"I know, but the you and Dean ship I kinda see it" Corinna Says

"What?" Elena Says

"Well it's like you said maybe the fans see something that we don't, maybe there's something there remember" Corinna Says

"Yeah I thought it was to but I guess I was just being delusional and Dean made it loud and clear we are just friends" Elena Says

"Delusional Okay. But you kinda got upset at what he said" Corinna Says

"Would you put that book down" Elena Says

"I can't I'm up the part when we had our girls trip last year" Corinna Says

LAUNDROMAT

Sam is doing laundry as Dean sits nearby, reading Chuck's latest manuscript.

"I'm sitting in a laundromat, reading about myself sitting in a laundromat reading about myself. My head hurts." Dean Says

"There's got to be something this guy's not telling us."Sam Says

He turns to toss his darks into the machine. Dean continues reading.

"Sam tossed his gigantic darks into the machine. He was starting to have doubts about Chuck, about whether he was telling the whole truth." Dean Says

"Stop it." Sam Says

"'Stop it,' Sam said." Guess what you do next.
Sam turns away, scowling. Sam turned his back on Dean, his face brooding and pensive. I mean, I don't know how he's doing it, but this guy is doing it. I can't see your face, but those are definitely your "brooding and pensive" shoulders. Sam sighs, exasperated. Dean looks down at the manuscript.
You just thought I was a dick." Dean Says

"The guy's good." Sam Says

CHUCK'S HOUSE

Chuck is dozing at his desk, having another intense dream. There are flashes of Sam in a motel room with a beautiful young blonde woman. She sits and pats the bed. Sam approaches slowly, looking entranced. Her eyes turn white. She draws Sam to her on the bed. Chuck wakes up, panicked.

Sam, Dean, Elena and Corinna are back, and Chuck paces nervously, as if building up the courage to speak. He holds more pages in his hands.

"So... You wrote another chapter?" Sam Says

"This was all so much easier before you were real." Chuck Says

"We can take it just spit it out." Dean Says

"You especially are not gonna like this." Chuck Says

"I didn't like hell." Dean Says

"It's Lilith. She's coming for Sam." Chuck Says

"Coming to kill him?" Corinna Says

"When?" Sam Says

"Tonight." Chuck Says

"She's just gonna show up? Here?" Dean Says

"Uh... let's see, uh,"Lilith patted the bed seductively. Unable to deny his desire, Sam succumbed, and they sank into the throes of fiery demonic passion." Chuck Says

"You're kidding me, right?" Sam Says

"You think this is funny?" Dean Says

"You don't? I mean, come on. "Fiery demonic passion"?" Sam Says

"It's just a first draft." Chuck Says

"Wait, wait, wait, wait. Lilith is a little girl." Dean Says

"No, uh, this time she's a "comely dental hygienist from Bloomington, Indiana." Chuck Says

"Great. Perfect. So what happens after the... "fiery demonic" whatever?" Dean Asks

"I don't know, it hasn't come to me yet." Chuck Says

"Dean, look, there's nothing to worry about. Lilith and me? In bed?" Sam Says

"How does this whole psychic thing of yours work?" Elena Asks

"You mean my process?" Chuck Says

"Yes, your "process." Dean Says

"Well, it usually starts with a headache. A really bad headache. Aspirin is useless, so... I drink. Until I fall asleep. The first time it happened, I thought it was just a crazy dream." Chuck Says

"The first time you dreamt about us?" Dean Says

"It flowed. It just, it kept flowing. It still does. I-I can't stop it, really." Chuck Says

"You can't seriously believe" Sam Says

"Humor me." Dean Says

Dean stands, Chuck holds up the manuscript for him.

"Look, why don't we, we just...Take a look at these and see what's what. You –" Dean Says

"...knew you were gonna ask for that. Yeah." Chuck Says

ROAD

Dean is driving. Sam sits beside him reading the latest chapter while Elena and Corinna are in the backseat.

"Dean, come on."The minivan accident wasn't that bad, but Dean was still seeing stars. He scratched absently at the pink flower Band-Aids on his face." Sam Says

"So?" Dean Says

"So, I've seen you gushing blood. You'd use duct tape and bar rags before you'd put on a pink flower Band-Aid." Sam Says

"It Says That" Elena Says

"Yeah" Sam Says

"What's your point?" Dean Asks

"My point is this – all of this – is totally implausible, it's nuts." Sam Says

"He's been right about everything so far. You think he's just gonna ground out at first now?" Dean Says

"Let Me See it Sam" Corinna Says

"Sure" Sam Says As he hands over the paper

"Huh. "Dean slid behind the wheel of his beloved Impala and drove off, the plastic tarp on the rear window flapping like the wings of a crow." Corinna Says

"A tarp?" Dean Says

"Yeah. On the rear window. And you drive it like that." Corinna Says

"Well, he might be wrong about the details, but doesn't mean he's wrong about the end result." Dean Says

"So we're just gonna run?" Sam Says

"Dude, we are a long way from ready for a face-to-face death match with Lilith." Dean Says

They come to a roadblock and come to a stop. A deputy leans over to talk to Dean.

"What seems to be the problem?" Dean Asks

"Bridge is out ahead." Deputy Says

"We're just trying to get out of town." Dean Says

"Yeah, afraid not." Deputy Says

"Is there a detour?" Dean Asks

"Nope." Deputy Says

"There's not a side road that takes us to the highway?" Dean Says

"To get to the highway, you have to cross that river. To cross the river, you have to take that bridge." Deputy Says

"How deep's the river?" Dean Asks

"Sorry. Afraid you boys are gonna have to spend the night in town." Deputy Says

DINER

Dean is now reading the manuscript as Sam & Elena looks over a menu, While Corinna Continues to Read the books.

"Hey, this could be a good thing. I mean, if this is what puts us on the path to Lilith, then all we got to do is get off the path." Dean Says

"How do you mean?" Sam Says

"It's a blueprint of what not to do. I mean, if the pages say that we go left –" Dean Says

"Then we go right." Sam Says

"Exactly. We get off-book. We never make it to the end. It's opposite day. It says that we, uh, we get into a fight. So, no fighting. No research for you..." Dean Says

"No bacon cheeseburger for you." Sam Says

"Yeah, no problem. I'll just order something else" Dean Says

Then the waitress approaches

"Hi, uh, what's good?" Dean Asks

"Well, if you like burgers, Oprah's girlfriend said we have the best bacon cheeseburgers in the country." Waitress Says

Sam & Elena laughs

"Really?" Dean Says

"I'll just have the cobb salad, please." Sam Says

"I'll have the bacon burger with fries" Elena Says

"Yeah make that two bacon burgers" Corinna Says

"I'll have the... veggie tofu burger. Thanks." Dean Says As She takes their menus and leaves.

"This whole thing's ridiculous." Sam Says

"Lilith is ridiculous?" Dean Says

"The idea of me hooking up with her is." Sam Says

"Right. 'Cause something like that can never happen." Dean Says

"Dean, for the first time, we have warning that Lilith is close." Sam Says

"So?" Dean Says

"So... we've got the jump on her. If we know when she's coming, we know where she's – this is an opportunity." Sam Says

"Are you –" Dean Says

"Remember No Fighting" Elena Says

"Right, It frustrates me when you say such reckless things." Dean Says

"Well, it frustrates me when you'd rather hide that fight." Sam Says

"Are you still reading the book?" Elena Asks

"No...." Corinna Says

"Yes You are" Elena Says

"I'm sorry but it couldn't help it this scene is so good" Corinna Says

"Your Reading a chapter about your best friend having sex" Elena Says

Sam and Dean Look at each other awkwardly

"It's not my fault blame Chuck, this is great writing the sex scene alone takes up two pages" Corinna Says

"Corinna" Elena Says

"Wow Um" Dean Says

"Shut it" Elena Says

"I didn't say anything" Dean Says

"You better" Elena Says

"Cobb salad for you. Two Bacon burgers for you ladies and the tofu veggie burger for you." Waitress Says

"Thank you."

The waitress leaves, Dean leans in close.

"It's not hiding. It's being smart. It's picking your battles. This is a battle that we are not ready to fight.
He takes a huge bite of his burger and his eyes widen in surprise.Oh, my god. This is delicious. Tofu is amazing!" Dean Says

"I am so sorry. I gave you the bacon cheeseburger by mistake." Waitress Says as she takes his plate away

Sam scowls as Elena and Corinna Sighs

TOREADOR MOTEL

Sam, Dean, Elena and Corinna drive up to a very sleazy-looking motel and pull into the parking lot.

"Dude, this place charges by the hour." Sam Says

"Yeah, well, the book says Lilith finds you at the Red Motel. Hence, the uh, hooker inn. It's opposite day, remember?" Dean Says

Dean drops a bag on the bed and starts pulling out items. He takes a few small string-tied bags and places them around the room.

"What are you doing?" Elena Asks

"Couple of hex bags ought to Lilith-proof the room." Dean Says

"So, what? I'm supposed to just hole up here all night?" Sam Says

"That's exactly what you're gonna do, okay? And no research. I don't care what you do – use the Magic Fingers or watch Casa Erotica on Pay-Per-View." Dean Says Then he reaches into Sam's bag and pulls out his laptop, smiling.

"Oh, dude, come on." Sam Says

"Just call it a little insurance." Dean Says

"What are you guys gonna do?" Sam Asks

"Well Chucks Pages say that I stay back Here with you" Corinna Says

"Oh, Wait why?" Sam Asks

"Don't really know, but it does say that I have to stay here and babysit you Sammy" Corinna Says

"And you two?" Sam Says

"Well, the pages say that Elena and I spend all day riding around in the Impala, So I'm gonna go park her. Behave yourself, would you? No homework. Watch some porn." Dean Says

He smiles pleased with himself, Elena Rolls her eyes at him and they leave. Sam fumes.

Dean and Elena Walks Towards the Impala and they get in

IMPALA

"Huh" Corinna Says

"What?" Dean Says

"I've always wandered what sitting in the front seat feels like" Corinna Says

"Oh Yeah" Dean Says

"Yeah" Corinna Says

"You Think they'll be okay alone?" Dean Asks

"Yeah it's Sam and Corinna what's the worst that could happen right" Elena Says

As Dean and Elena drives away from the motel, Outside the neon sign out front. The word "Toreador" sputters and several of the lights burn out. The remaining letters spell: RE D

Elsewhere, Dean parks the Impala and they gets out. He checks the doors, then walks away across the street. Moments later, he and Elena looks back to see two teenagers attempting to break into the car. He runs towards them.

"Dude The Car" Elena Says

"Hey!" Dean Says

"Wait Dean!" Elena Says

A van careens towards him, he can't get out of the way in time, and it hits him. He is knocked to the ground, unconscious.

"RE D MOTEL"

Sam opens the door to reveal Chuck.

"You wanted to see me?" Chuck Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

Looking around shiftily, Sam opens the door wider and Chuck enters. He shuts the door behind him.

"Thanks for coming." Sam Says

"Ah, sure, Where's Corinna" Chuck Says

"She's Out Went to go grab something to eat, But Um... I was just wondering how much you know. About me." Sam Says

"What do you mean?" Chuck Sats

"Have you seen visions of me when I'm not with Dean?" Sam Says

"Oh... You want to know if I know about the demon blood." Chuck Says

"You didn't tell Dean or Elena?" Sam Says

"I didn't even write it into the books. I was afraid it would make you look unsympathetic." Chuck Says

"Unsympathetic?" Sam Says

"Yeah, come on, Sam. I mean, sucking blood? You got to know that's wrong." Chuck Says

"It scares the hell out of me. I mean, I feel it inside of me. I... I wish to god I could stop." Sam Says

"But you keep going back." Chuck Says

"What choice have I got? If it helps me kill Lilith and stop the apocalypse –" Sam Says

"I thought that was Dean's job. That's what the angels say, right?" Chuck Says

"Dean's not... he's not Dean lately. Ever since he got out of hell. He needs help." Sam Says

"So you got to carry the weight?" Chuck Says

"Well, he's looked out for me my whole life. I can't return the favor?" Sam Says

"Yeah, sure you can. I mean, if that's what this is." Dean Says

"What else would it be?" Sam Says

"I don't know. Maybe the demon blood makes you feel stronger? More in control?"Chuck Says

"No. That's not true." Sam Says

"I'm sorry, Sam. I know it's a terrible burden – feeling that it all rests on your shoulders." Chuck Says

"Does it? All rest on my shoulders?" Sam Says

"That seems to be where the story's headed." Chuck Says

"Am I strong enough to stop Lilith tonight?" Sam Asks

"I don't know. I haven't seen that far yet." Chuck Says
