In the Lucky Elephant Casino, Sam and Corinna is restrained in a chair, as Eileen sits across from them.

"Hi, Sam and Corinna." Chuck Says

"Chuck." Sam Says, then looks over at Eileen.

"Hi." Eileen Says, waving at him.

Sam waves back as Corinna looks over at her.

"Hello Eileen, hate that this is our first meeting under these conditions." Corinna glanced over at Chuck.

"Yeah I know me too, I'm sorry." Eileen Says

"It's not your fault, Eileen. Is it?" Sam Says

"What did you doing to me?" Eileen Asks

"Same thing I've been doing for weeks—helping, helping you to the bunker, to Sam. It was easy, really, just a nudge here, a conveniently placed
spell there." Chuck Says

Flashback to 15.06, as Sam remembers finding "Rowena's" spell, and realized Chuck had planted it.

"Wait. That was you?" Sam Says

"Uh, it wasn't all me, Sam. I just gave you half the spell. You did the rest all on your own...which I knew you would..." Sam struggles against his restraints as he mills around him,"...because you're such a good guy." Chuck Says

"Why?" Sam Says

"I couldn't see you. I needed eyes and ears on the inside. Well, eyes, anyway." Chuck Says, glancing over at Eileen.

"Screw you." Eileen Says

"Yeah. You know, I hate missing my favorite show, I feel like so much has happened since we've last chatted." Chuck Says

"By chatted you mean opening and releasing billons of souls from hell, kinda stupid of you." Corinna Says

"Pfft come on Corinna it wasn't stupid, I think that was pretty entertaining." Chuck Says, smiling.

"Whatever." Corinna rolls her eyes

"But yeah I had to see what was going on with you guys." Chuck Says

"So I was right. You're weak." Sam Says

"Well, I wouldn't say "weak," exactly. I mean, I piñata'd Hell. But, yeah, you figured it out–we're connected by these wounds. Which–" He laughs, "Annoying, right? And as long as we are, I'm stuck in this world. But you know what they say.....all good things must come to an end." Chuck Says, holding up a scalpel.

THE BUNKER

Cas presses shotgun shells for their trip to Purgatory while Dean and Elena tries to call Sam and Corinna, but the phone just rings.

"Come on, Sam!" Dean Says

"This is Sam. Leave me a message."

"Have you tried Corinna?" Castiel Asks

"Yeah. Same thing no answer." Elena Says

"Well, maybe they just have their hands full with Eileen's case." Castiel Says

"Yeah. Or they're in trouble." Dean Says

Chuck holds up a scalpel and examines it, as Sam looks at him.

"What are you doing?" Sam Asks

"Our wounds aren't healing properly. Because of you. It's as if there's something festering inside of you, something that won't let go." Chuck Says

Chuck unbuttons Sam's shirt to reveal his wound, while behind his back Eileen takes out her phone.
Corinna looks over at her and she notices.

"Call Dean." Corinna whispers, as Eileen nods and dials Dean.

"Now, I can't see it. I can't snap it away. But I know it's there." Chuck Says

"So, what, are you gonna just cut it out?" Corinna Says

"Hey, Corinna good idea." Chuck Says

Meanwhile in the bunker, Dean answers the phone call from Eileen, and can hear bits of Chuck's conversation in the background.

"Eileen, where the hell are you?" Dean Asks

"You're so helpful, Corinna. Now Sam sit still." Chuck Says

"Eileen?" Dean Says

Eileen tucks the phone into her pocket, and Dean just listens to Chuck about to torture Sam.

"I don't really know what I'm looking for here, so this might get messy." Chuck Says

Chuck stops just short of cutting into Sam's wound and turns to Eileen.

"I think we have an audience. Come on, Eileen." Chuck Says

Chuck finds her phone, and hears Dean on the other end of the line.

"Eileen? Eileen?!" Dean Says

"Hi, Dean." Chuck Says

"Chuck, you dick." Dean Says

"Bye, Dean." Chuck Says

Chuck hangs up on Dean by throwing Eileen's phone and smashing it against a wall. Dean, Elena and Cas realize what's been going on, and Chuck turns back to Sam.

"Now, where were we? Right." Chuck Says

Chuck walks back to Sam and begins cutting into his wound. At the bunker, Dean searches on his laptop.

"How the hell did this happen?" Dean Asks

"What are you doing?" Elena Asks

"Tracking Sam's phone. Okay, here we go. Uh... Milford, Nebraska, at a casino. What the hell is Chuck doing at a casino? Whatever. We need to go." Dean Says

"To Purgatory." Castiel Says

"Chuck has Sam and Corinna, I'm not leaving them." Dean Says

"Chuck's not gonna kill them, that's not the ending." Castiel Says

"Wh—Then he'll torture them, now let's go." Dean Says

"With what, how are we going to stop him Dean?" Elena Asks

"We'll think of something now come on." Dean Says

"Dean, will you stop? Just stop being so stupid." Castiel Says

"What?" Dean Says

"If we attack Chuck now, we don't have anything that can hurt him. We get that Leviathan blossom, complete Michael's spell, build the Cage. That's our chance. That's the way we'll save Sam and Corinna, and that's the way we'll save the world." Castiel Says

Chuck hesitates again on cutting Sam's wound, as Sam and Corinna notices.

"What's the matter, Chuck?" Sam Asks

"Nothing. I'm just–I'm thinking." Chuck Says

"No. You're stalling." Sam Says

"What? Am not." Chuck Says

"Yeah, you are." Corinna Says

"Mnh-mnh. No." Chuck Says, shaking his head.

"Yeah. You blink people out of existence. But when it's time to get your hands dirty, you can't do it. You just like to watch. Wow, Chuck. That-that's a..I don't even know what to call that." Sam Says

"I do. I'd call it pathetic." Corinna Says

"Mhm." Eileen Says, nodding her head.

"You know what? You're right. I do like to watch Corinna." Chuck Says

Chuck raises his hand and released Corinna from her ties, and forces her to stand and puts the blade in her hand, controlling her like a puppet, forcing her to walk toward Sam.

"No, no..Chuck stop it." Corinna Says

"Shh, it's okay." Chuck Says, as Corinna shakes her head.

"What are you doing to her?" Sam Asks

"Stop, please." Corinna Says

Chuck snaps his fingers and silences Corinna, she tries to talk but she can't open her mouth.

"Shh, shh, shh, shh, shh. Ah, why didn't I think of this first? It's so much more poetic if someone you loved dearly did it." Chuck Says

"Stop it, don't do this!" Eileen Says

"Shh." Chuck Says

"Corinna?" Sam Says, as Corinna is trying her absolute best to fight the control.

"She's still in there, Sam. This is gonna hurt her as much as it hurts you." Chuck Says

Corinna shakes her head and cries as Chuck forces her hand to stab Sam's wound, Eileen turns her head as she tries not to watch as Sam yells out in pain.

"Ohh. Mnh! Maybe not quite as much." Chuck Says

THE BUNKER

Dean and Cas are preparing for their trip to purgatory, as Elena enters carrying her bag.

"Alright, let's do this." Elena Says

"Woah, woah" He stops her, "Where are you going?" Dean Asks

"What's it look like I'm going with you." Elena Says

"No your not." Dean Says

"Dean." Elena Says

"Don't Dean me, okay Lena I need you back here where it's safe." Dean Says

"What you don't want me to come, I'll be fine." Elena Says

"I don't know, plus Cas and I will be okay. We know the place since we've been to purgatory." Dean Says

"And?" Elena Says

"And you've never been there so you don't know your way around the place." Dean Says

"All I'm hearing is excuses okay, I'm going." Elena Says

"Lena no, I can't have you out there purgatory is what they say it is, remember how messed up I was when I came back from it. I'm already stressed about what's going on with Sam and Corinna, I can't have you over there stressing as well." Dean Says

"You don't have to worry, I'll be fine..Cas?" Elena Says, then glances over at Castiel.

"Elena I think you should listen to him, it very dangerous over there..you could get hurt." Castiel Says

"And so could you guys." Elena Says

"Elena, please..just stay here." Dean Says

Elena looks between the both of them and sighed, and put her bag down on the table.

"Okay, I'll stay back." Elena Says

"Good." Dean Says

"Dean, we should be leaving..we're on selective time." Castiel Says

"Yeah, I'm coming," He picks up his gun, "We'll be back." Dean Says

"I hope." She gives him a soft kiss, "Please be safe, the both of you." Elena Says

Castiel and Dean nods then they walked towards the rift, then walked right through it.

"Please, come back safe." Elena Says softly

PURGATORY

It's dark as Dean and Cas have just come through the rift, turning on their flashlights.

"I mean, how the hell are we supposed to even know what we're looking for here? You know, Michael coulda done us a solid and drawn us a picture." Dean Says

"You know, of all the time I've been in Purgatory, I've never seen a bloom of any kind." Castiel Says

"Yeah. Exactly." Dean Says

"Well, if we see it, we'll know. It's likely to be the only flower here." Castiel Says

"Alright. Well, maybe we'll run into Benny. He's probably king of this place by now." He checks his phone, and the countdown timer to when the rift home will close. 10:48:54 remaining, "Okay. Let's split up." Dean Says

"What?" Castiel Says

"You go that way. I'll go this way. We'll meet back at the Rift, alright? We'll cover more ground. We'll better our odds." Dean Says

"Yeah. We'll also improve our odds of getting lost or killed. Come on." Castiel Says, then sets out, and Dean follows after him.

Corinna continues cutting into Sam under Chuck's control while he sits back and watches, playing his guitar.

"Ahh! Ahh!" Sam groaned out

"You know you are really sick." Eileen Says, looking over at Chuck.

"It's okay. It's okay. I know–I know it's not her, It's not working." Sam Says

Chuck pulls Corinna's hand away and Sam sags in relief.

"I'm so sorry, Sam I'm sorry." Corinna Says, tears in her eyes.

"It's okay, honey it's okay.." He looks down at his wound, "I'm gonna die in this chair, Chuck." Sam Says

Chuck plunges the scalpel back into Sam's shoulder, Corinna tries to look away.

"Ahh! Aah! Mnh. 'Cause you'll keep cutting until I bleed out, and... that's 'cause you don't know what else to do. What then, Chuck? You-you-you just bring me back and try again?" Sam Says

Chuck stops playing his guitar and puts it down as he jumps up from his chair.

"Son of a bitch!" Chuck Says

Chuck heals the damage done to Sam's wound and sends Corinna away.

"Go. Go. Clean yourself up," Chuck sighed

Corinna walks away looking at the blood on her hands, she then looks to Sam sadly.

"Sam." Corinna Says

"It's okay Corinna, it's okay." Sam Says

"How are you still like this?" Chuck Asks

"Like what?" Sam Says

"This...defiant." Chuck Says

"It's not my first time on the rack." Sam Says

"No, no, no, no. No, this is more. This is...hope. Ah. That's what's stopping me..you. You still think that Dean, Elena and Cas are gonna fly through those doors just in the nick of time. You still think that you're the hero of this story, you still think you can win." Chuck Says

PURGATORY

Dean and Cas are still exploring in the dark, and come across a body.

"I think we're going around in circles. We've seen this corpse before." Dean Says

"No, Dean, my sense of direction is excellent. That's a different corpse." Castiel Says

"I don't know." Dean Says

Dean crouches over to examine the body as someone sneaks up on them. It's a Leviathan, who attacks. But Dean and Cas were ready for him. Cas sends him flying with a gesture and he lands with a thud.

"Ugh!" He Says

"You're right. It is a different corpse." Dean Says

"We saw you following us." Castiel Says

"Thought you'd never make your move." Dean Says

"What do you want?" He Asks

"Well, it's a little embarrassing saying it loud, but we're looking for a flower." Dean Says

"A flower? What do I look like, a florist?" He Says

"Well, if you can't help us, see this boom stick? It's loaded with Borax-filled shells. You know what Borax does to piranha-faced freaks like you? I'd be happy to show you." Dean Says

"We don't call it a flower. There's a blossom. Grows out of the soil when we die." He Says

"When...Leviathan die?" Castiel Says

"Oh, okay. Cool." Dean Says

Dean stands up and cocks his gun, prepared to kill the Leviathan to get the blossom.

"I-Hey! The body has to rot. It can take months. And then these blossoms bloom. Tan husks, bloody red centers. I know a place. Not far." He Says

"And look at that. Thought you weren't a florist. Get up." The Leviathan does, and starts to walk away, he stops him, "Wait. You know a vamp around here named Benny? Burly guy, Cajun?" Dean Says

"No. Heard of him, though. Everybody has. The guy who got out and then came back. Like an idiot." He Says

"Pretty much. Where is he?" Dean Asks

"Dead. Long time ago. His own kind–they didn't trust him, and they—ksch! ripped him apart." He Says

"Move." Dean Says, as they follow his lead.

"How do I put this to you, Sam? Your hope is... misplaced. Now, I'm not saying you can't win. I mean, if you stay firm and Dean, Elena, Corinna and Cas don't screw up their part, with the exact right roll of the dice...you could. But what I'm saying is... you don't want to. You think you do, but you don't. Not if you knew. Not if you could see what I see. You want to know what happens when you win? Here. I'll show you." Chuck Says

Chuck claps his hands, and we are transported to the bunker. A version of Sam and Corinna sit in the library working, while Sam is forced to watch. The date is April 17, 2020, 11:42.02 PM.

"Whoa." Corinna Says

She gasps as she reads an article under the headline "Mystery of Missing Florida Man Solved.

"Find something?" Sam Asks

"No. That man who disappeared in Florida-" Corinna Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Turns out he was eaten by an alligator." Eileen Says

The vision-Sam turns to see Dean nodding off in a chair, with a computer in his lap.

"Hey, Dean, if you're tired, why don't you go to bed?" Sam Says

"I'm not tired. I'm not tired. I'm just resting my eyes. I'm good." Dean Says

Then Elena brings five bottles of beer into the library and sets them on the table.

"Ooh. Jackpot." He shuts his laptop and takes a beer from Cas, "Ahh. Thanks babe." Dean Says, as he kisses her cheek.

"You're welcome." Elena Says

"Alright, well, I say let's call it, hmm? Movie night?" Dean Says

"Sure, if anything but western." Castiel Says, as he entered the library.

"Ooh I seconded that." Elena Says

"Third that." Corinna Says

"You guys just don't appreciate the beauty that is western movies." Dean Says

"Aw hun we do appreciate it, just not as much as you." Elena Says, as Sam and Corinna laughs.

Sam's cellphone rings, then answers it.

"Oh. Jody. Jody. Hey. How's it going? Jody?" Sam Says

"Sam..." Jody Says

"Yeah. Hey." Sam Says

"It was just supposed to be a little nest, maybe three vampires. Claire and I went in armed to the teeth, but there were more. So many more. She's dead, Sam. Claire's dead. Claire's dead." Jody Says

"No." Sam Says

Sam comes to back in the casino, still tied to his chair. He looks around and sees that Eileen is missing from her chair.

"What did you do?" Sam Asks

"Oh Eileen, oh I just sent her away she's fine. But what you saw oh, that was just the beginning. No. This is...the rest. The other side of victory. What happens next." He holds up a pocket watch, "You just set it forward to any day or time, and you can see it all." Chuck Says

"Nothing you show me...you cannot change my mind." Sam Says

"Then it doesn't change your mind. Come on, Sam. Don't you want to see the future?" Chuck Says

PURGATORY

It's now daylight as Dean and Cas follow the Leviathan along a riverbank.

"Sorry about Benny." Castiel Says

"I owed him my life. And he sacrificed himself to get Sam out of this place." Dean Says

"Well, this place will bring that out in you. Guilt. It was my fault the Leviathan got out, It was my fault we were here the first time. I carry that guilt every day." Castiel Says

"I know you're sorry, Cas. About Bel, about Mom." Dean Says

"I was talking about Jack. I already apologized to you. You just refused to hear it." Castiel Says

"Sorry I brought it up. Maybe if you didn't just up and leave us." Dean Says

"You didn't give me a choice. You couldn't forgive me. And you couldn't move on, you were too angry. I left, but you didn't stop me." Castiel Says

SAM'S VISION

The date is now January 6, 2021, 9:09:18 PM, Chuck's pocket watch ticks as he shows Sam another bit of a potential future. Dean and Sam in the Impala, bloodied from a fight.

"I know what you're thinking. But we did everything we could." Dean Says

"No, we didn't. We could've gone in there sooner." Sam Says

"The place was crawling with wolves. We had to wait." Dean Says

"And because we waited, the victims they all died. They bled out on the floor. Now, if Cas was still here, he could've healed them." Sam Says

"Yeah, well, he's not." Dean Says

Real Sam sits in the back seat witnessing this conversation, shocked and horrified.

"Cas?" Sam Says

Real Sam looks at the watch in his hand and the conversation continues.

"They're winning, Sam. The monsters are winning." Dean Says

PURGATORY

At a field of rotting Leviathan corpses where strange blossoms sprout from the ground, as the Leviathan described them.

"It's up this way. Just like I promised." He Says

"Leviathan blossom." Castiel Says

"Alright, well, grab one. Let's get the hell out of here." Dean Says

Cas walks toward the blossoms, and becomes stuck in place.

"Cas?" Dean Says

"It's an angel trap. You tricked us." Castiel Says

"Mother's got beef with you." He Says

"Eve." Castiel Says

"Killing her alphas, swallowing her Leviathan. Bringing you to her should earn us a nice reward." He Says

"What do you mean, "us"?" Dean Says

"Dean!" Castiel Says

A group of Leviathans steps out of the forest and attacks. Dean shoots one with Borax before another knocks him out.
