POLICE STATION

After getting the boys safe and sound away from the vamps, Dean and Sam returned them back to the police station. Brady and his brother are seen being comforted by the police officers, the boys look to Sam and Dean then nods to them.

IMPALA

Sam is riding in the passenger seat, while Dean is driving the car.

"That's one for the books, all in days work of saving the day." Dean Says

"I still can't believe that was Jenny.." Sam Says

"Yeah, just when I thought I had forgotten about her who knew this would happen." Dean Says

"I'm not surprised I mean once you become one of them, you either become corrupted or-" Sam Says

"You just try and be the best you can be, I remember what it was like being a vamp not my best hour." Dean Says

"Mhm." Sam Says

"Still feel bad for those boys, witnessed their father getting killed in front of them..and now their mother's in the ICU..poor kids." Dean Says

"Yeah, hope things will get better eventually for them after all of this." Sam Says, as Dean nods.

Suddenly Dean's phone starts ringing, Sam picks it up for him as the caller ID reads Elena.

"I'll get it," He swiped open the phone, "Hey, Elena your on speak what's up." Sam Says

"Where the hell are you guys?" Elena Asked

"Um we're on our way back home, we just finished up the case." Dean Says

"Good, how far are you guys out from Lebanon?" Elena Asks

"Were about 20 to 25 minutes out." Sam Says

"Lena what's going on, are you okay?" Dean Asks

Over in the bunker Elena is leaning over the table, breathing heavily looking down at the wet floor.

"No I'm not okay, because my water just broke." Elena Says

Dean and Sam's eyes widen in shock then looks back at the phone.

"Are you sure? I mean maybe you just peed on yourself-" Dean Says

"Dean Winchester I did not just pee on myself, my water just broke and I'm sure of it." Elena Says, then she then groaned out in pain.

"Wha-what's going on now?" Dean Asks

"That was a contraction...which means I'm officially in labor now. So please you and Sam better hurry up and get here now, or so help me I will give birth on this library floor." Elena Says

"We'll be there soon, hang on." Dean Says

Sam hangs up the phone then Dean steps on the gas pedal hard, and the Impala is seen driving fast down a road.

HOSPITAL

The Impala arrived at the nearest hospital, he parked the car then Dean got out opening the backseat to help Elena get out the car.

"I got you, I got you." Dean Says

"Ooh now I remember how much this hurt." Elena Says

Sam reaches into the backseat and picks up Wren, carrying her on his hip then hands Dean over Elena's bag.

"Alright we got everything, come on." Dean Says

The walk through the door and Dean and Elena approaches the front desk where three nurses are sitting.

"Hello." He reads her name tag, "Bella."

"Hello, can I help you with something?" Bella Asks

"Yes, this is my wife Elena and she is pregnant and in labor right now." Dean Says

"Are you sure, because you know sometimes-"

"It can be a false labor I know, but no I'm in labor my water broke about an hour ago. My contractions are five minutes apart and I've got two babies trying to come out of me, so please can someone get me a god damn doctor!" Elena Says

They all look to her a little nervously, as Dean sends the nurse a small smile as she makes a call real quick then picks up a clipboard.

"Right this way ma'am, I'll get you to a room." Bella Says

Bella pulls up a wheelchair which Dean helps Elena sit in, while she goes to find a doctor.

"Alright, we're gonna head in there are you gonna be okay out here?" Dean Asks

"Yeah, I got Wren. As long as she's got some snacks, a book and some toys she'll be alright." Sam Says

"Daddy is mommy okay?" Wren Asks

"Yes, baby mommy's okay she's just having a really bad stomach bug. Which will be over soon." Dean Says

"I hope." She looks to Wren, "I'll be right back okay, I promise." Elena Says

"Okay." Wren Says, as Elena and Dean smiles.

"Okay." She kisses her cheek, "Oh boy I feel another one coming." Elena Says, grabbing Dean's hand.

"Alright I'll see you guys in a bit." Dean Says

"Good luck in there." Sam Says, nodding to Dean.

The nurse Bella comes back and ushered for them to follow her, Sam watched as Dean wheeled Elena down the hall and smiled at his brother then looked to his niece.

"You down for a story Wren?" Sam Asks

"Yes." Wren Says, smiling.

"Okay, come on." Sam Says, as he and Wren walked towards the waiting area.

Meanwhile an hour later in one of the hospital rooms, Dean is seen comforting Elena as she's laying in the bed wearing a hospital gown breathing slowly.

"Are you okay?" Dean Asks

"For the eight time Dean, yes I'm okay." She noticed his forehead is a little wet, "Are you okay? Your sweating." Elena Says

"Huh? Oh." He wipes his forehead, "No it's just..I'm nervous that's all, I mean this is my first time seeing you give birth even though I missed out on the first one, but I'm just trying to stay calm." Dean Says

"Dean it's okay to be nervous." Elena Says

"I know, I just want to remain calm for you. Because if your stressed while in birth that can cause birth problems." Elena looks to him, "I read that somewhere in one of your baby books." Dean Says

"You read the baby books?" Elena Says

"Yeah I just skimmed right through it, but I read the important things of like what to do during the birth..it's a lot of steps." Dean Says

"Mhm, but we'll get through them okay." Elena Says, as he held her hand.

"Yeah. We'll get through them." Dean Says, then kisses her forehead.

The door opened as the doctor walked in with his nurses.

"Hello Elena, my name is Dr. Grimes and I'll be helping deliver your babies for you." She Says

"Nice to meet you." Elena Says

"Ah you must be the husband, nice to meet you sir." Dr. Grimes Says, shaking Dean's hand.

"Likewise." Dean Says

"So is this the first time for you guys?" Dr. Grimes Asks

"Oh, no, no." Elena and Dean Says

"We have a two year old daughter who's currently waiting out there with her uncle." Elena Says

"And we got ourselves a 14 year old who's staying with her best friend." Dean Says

"And your having twins, phew that's a big family but I wish you guys the best. Now I've delivered many babies before I'm very experienced in this field, so you have nothing to worry about." Dr. Grimes Said, sending them a reassuring smile.

"Okay, good to know." Elena Says

"Now, let me just check under the hood." Dr.Grimes Said

She puts on some latex gloves then lifts the blanket, and checks Elena's cervix and nods.

"Huh, okay then." Dr. Grimes Says

"Is everything okay, is she dilated any further?" Dean Asks

"Yes, actually you're about ten centimeters dilated Elena. It's time to start pushing." Dr. Grimes Said

Elena nods and smiles then groaned out in pain as she felt another contraction.

"Oh, mother fuc-" Elena Says, then screams.

Back in the waiting room Sam is seen sitting in a chair, while Wren is next to him playing with her toys. The doors open as Corinna with Eloise, Marley and Bryan walks in, then they walk towards the front desk.

"Hi excuse me I'm looking for a patient of yours, Elena Winchester she's a friend of mine.." Corinna Says

"Oh, Mrs. Winchester is currently in a room right now with a doctor. She can't have any visitors right now." A nurse replied

"Corinna hey," She turns to see him, "It's okay she's with me." Sam Says

"Sam, there you are hey." Corinna Says, as she walks over, kisses and hugs him.

The kids walks over and hugs him and Wren, they all take a seat in the waiting room.

"So is everything okay with the babies?" Corinna Asked

"Yeah, Dean just texted me a few minutes ago she just started pushing they should be here soon." Sam Says

"Oh, oh okay." Corinna Says

"I didn't know if you guys would come, considering it's a school night." Sam Says

"Of course we'd come, were a family." Corinna Says

"Exactly plus we're dying to know what the twins are gonna be, I'm thinking two girls what do you think Bry." Eloise Says

"I think boys." Bryan Says

"Ah looks like Bryan is team boy as well." Marley Says

"Whatever, so mom what do you think?" Eloise Asked

"Um, I'm gonna have to go with..a boy and girl." Corinna Says

"Okay great choice, now you Sam." Eloise Says

"Um I'm not really sure, I don't really care about the gender. All I'm hoping is for my nieces or nephews to be born safe and healthy, Elena as well." Sam Says

The sound of a woman's screams are heard from the back, the kid's eyes all widen as Sam and Corinna shared a look.

"Sam, Mom, was that aunty Elena?" Bryan Asked

"Oh, no, no that wasn't her." Corinna Says

"Yeah that was someone else, Elena is fine she's got this." Sam Says, as Corinna nods.

Meanwhile in the hospital room Elena is sweaty and breathing heavily, crying in pain.

"I don't got this..I don't got this!" Elena Says

"Yes you do, come on Elena your so close okay." Dean Says

"No, please I can't take the pain I want the epidural please I beg you." Elena Says

"We're way past the point to give you the epidural, Elena your just gonna have to toughen this out." Dr. Grimes encouraged

Elena shook her head throwing it back towards the pillow, as Dean held onto her hand brushing her damp sweaty hair out her face.

"Lena look at me okay, you've done this before you can do it again." Dean Says

"That was just one baby, this is two and it's way more harder." Elena Says

"I know baby I bet it is, but I believe in you okay. You gave birth to Wren without me, you did it all by yourself remember." Dean Says

"Yeah, but your mother was there." Elena Says

"True, but Lena you've done it before and you can do it again..we've got two little people in there dying to meet us. There's only one way out, you gotta push okay." Dean Says

Elena takes a deep breath then looks to Dean and nods her head.

"Okay, okay I can do this..I can do it." Elena Says

"Damn right you can." Dean Says

"Here comes another contraction, push! push! push!" Dr. Grimes told

Elena groans as she began pushing, she kept pushing for several more minutes as Dean stayed by her side.
Out in the waiting room the kids were all sitting in chairs, Eloise had Bryan in her lap as he was asleep and Marley had Wren in her lap as she was asleep.

On the other side of the hospital Sam was near a vending machine trying to get something, then noticed Corinna was further down the hall.

"Hey." Sam Says, approaching her.

"Hey, find anything to eat?" Corinna Asks

"Just some popcorn, want some?" Sam Says

She opens her hand then he opens the bag, and pours some into her hand.

"Thanks." She tosses some in her mouth, "Check it out, aren't they adorable." Corinna Says

She and Sam looks through the window of the infant hospital nursery. He smiles looking at all the babies.

"Yeah." Sam Says

"You know with Elena in labor it just gives me flashbacks to when I was in labor with Bryan, and what a crazy experience that was for all of us." Corinna Says, as they laugh.

"Oh yeah, definitely something I won't remember. But I can say it made us even more close." Sam Says

"Yup, and with the twins on the way..it's got me thinking about us Sam." Corinna Says

"What?...are you not happy with how things are?" Sam Asks

"No, no I'm happy..hell I'm the happiest I've ever been in a long time just being with you. But what I mean is..this has me thinking about having kids with you...or if even want that." Corinna Says

"Oh.." Sam Says

"Do you see kids in our future Sam?" Corinna Asks

"You know back then I used to think I wouldn't be able to have a normal life due to being a hunter. And I've tried many times but it never happened for me, until Dean and Elena happened. You know I see how they've made it possible with getting married and having kids, they proved that there's a chance at happiness in this dark world." Sam Says

"And now.." Corinna Says, as Sam takes her hand into his.

"And now ever since we happened which I wasn't expecting at all by the way." They both laugh, "But it feels right and we make since, so yeah..I want us to be a family some day. Corinna I wanna marry you, raise the kids with you..and one day have a kids of our own..because I just love you so much, and hell we deserve it." Sam Says, as he caressed her face.

Corinna got teary eyed for a moment then filled in the gap between them, wrapping her arms around his neck as the two of them leaned in and shared a kiss. She smiled throughout the kiss, as he pulls away.

"Well I'm glad we're on the same page, because there's something I've been meaning to ask you for a while." Corinna Says

"What?" Sam Asks

"You wanna move in with me and the kids? I asked Eloise and Bryan, and they're totally okay with it..if you are?" Sam looks at her then kisses her again,
"So is that a yes?" Corinna Says

"Yes, that's a complete yes." Sam Says, as Corinna smiles.

THE HOSPITAL

Elena is still pushing in the room as Dean takes a peak underneath from Dr. Grimes shoulders.

"Oh, I see a head!" Dean Says

"No, Dean don't look down there." Elena Says

"Eh it's okay, it's not my first labor remember." Dean Says

"Alright one more big push, Elena come on..one..two three..push!." Dr. Grimes Says

Elena groans and screams out then a baby's cry is heard, she opens her eyes and looks as Dr. Grimes holds the first baby in her arms.

"And we have a..boy." Dr. Grimes Says

"A boy? Ha! We have a boy." Dean Says, then kisses Elena's forehead.

"We have a baby boy." Elena Says

Dr. Grimes shows her the baby who is crying, while Elena and Dean smiles on then he cuts the umbilical cord, then one of the nurses takes the baby away to clean him up.

"Don't worry buddy, we'll get back to you okay we got to get out your baby brother or sister." Dean Says

"Mhm come on Elena this is it okay, one last big push you've got this okay." Dr. Grimes Says

"Mhm." Elena nods

"On three okay, now one..two..three...push! push!" Dr. Grimes Says

"Ahhhhh!" Elena Screamed out, squeezing Dean's hand as he winced in pain.

"That's it go on squeeze my hand it's okay." Dean Says

"That's it, that's it the we're pass the shoulders and the baby is coming out." Dr. Grimes Says

Elena gives one last big push then another baby is heard crying, Dean and Elena looks as Dr. Grimes shows them their child.

"Congratulations you have another boy." Dr. Grimes Says, smiling.

"We have two boys." Elena Says, tearfully looking to Dean.

"We've got two boys Lena, way to go rockstar." Dean Says, smiling tearfully.

Dean leans down and kisses her and rest their foreheads together, then Dr. Grimes approached them handing each baby to both of them.

"Hey, guys..nice to meet you I'm your dad. And over there that beautiful lady, that's your mom." Dean Says

"Welcome to the family boys." Elena Says

Minutes later in the waiting room Corinna and Sam along with the kids are seen asleep, until Dean walks out and approaches them.

"Yo. Hey, everyone wake up." Dean Says, clapping his hands.

Sam, Corinna and the kids all slowly open their eyes and sits up straight.

"Hey, Um what's going on?" Sam Asks

"Is Elena okay are the babies here?" Corinna Asks

"Yes Elena is okay, and the babies are here..you guys ready to meet them." Dean Says

Back in the room Elena is seen holding and looking at her two sons, the door opens as Dean enters carrying Wren.

"Hey, look like some people want to say hello." Dean Says

He opened the door wider as Sam, Corinna, Marley, Eloise and Bryan as walked into the room and gathered around the bed.

"Hey guys, thanks for coming." Elena Says

"We wouldn't miss it for the world, congratulations mama." Corinna Says, she kisses her cheek.

"They look adorable." Eloise Says

"They are oh may we ask, what gender are they?" Marley Asked, smiling.

"Sure, everyone Elena and I would like you to meet our baby boys. Meet the oldest Robert Johnathan Winchester, and that's James Castiel Winchester." Dean Says

They all smiled and Marley looked shocked yet was happy, they all congratulated them talking over each other.

"I knew it was going to be boys!" Marley Says

"And the names..they're very interesting." Corinna Says

"Yeah well we agreed if we we're having boys, we'd want them to have our father's name in a way." Elena Says

"Yeah plus James and Robert were the closest thing I was getting, from the band Led Zeppelin." Dean Says

"And giving James, Cas's name for a middle that's so sweet." Eloise Says

"Thanks, we just wanted to honor the Angel in a way..hopefully our boy James will live up to the name." Dean Says, slightly chuckling.

"They'll both live us to the names, Rob and James are named after two great men." Sam Says, as Dean nods to him.

"Hey, baby girl say hello to your new baby brothers." Dean Says

He sits Wren on the bed near Elena, Wren looks over at her two younger brothers and smiles at them and gently caresses their forehead.

"Hi babies." Wren Says, as Elena leans over and kisses her forehead.

While hanging out in the room, James and Robert ends up in Corinna and Sam's arms as they hold them for a moment. Then Marley and Eloise holds them for a second, and they both kisses their forehead.

Sam then takes several pictures of everyone with the twins, and a picture of Dean, Elena, Marley and Wren with Robert and James in a family picture.

Later on after everyone had left the hospital, Elena
was rocking Robert in her arms while James was asleep in the bassinet. The door then opened as Dean walks back in this time with a bag of fast food, and waved it.

"Did you get it?" Elena Asked

"Mhm, I've got you your curly fries and coke." Dean Says, opening the bag placing it on the hospital tray.

"Thank you." Elena Says

"And I got me my beautiful double bacon cheeseburger, with a large coke." Dean Says, taking out the burger.

Elena picks up a fry and shoves it into her mouth, as Dean takes a big bite out of his burger.

"Mmm that's so good." Dean Says

"These fries are amazing, thank your got getting me a large Bach." Elena Says

"No problem I know you must've been starving after pushing out two 7 pound babies. Speaking of how are our little guys?" Dean Says

"Well James is sleeping after I just breast fed him, and Robert here is just sleeping in my arms." Elena Says

"I think you've already got him attached to you." Dean Says

"Mhm he doesn't want me to let him go." She looks at her sons, "I still can't believe they're here." Elena Says

"I know right it was like yesterday you were telling me that you pregnant, and here we are..a family of four." Dean Says, sitting next to her.

"Mhm and just like that our lives changed forever again." Elena Says

"Yup, but it's okay because I couldn't be more happier." Dean Says, then kisses the back of her hand.

"Speaking of changing...there's something I need to talk to you about." Elena Says

"What's up?" Dean Says

"Dean, I need you to answer this question for me and I need you to be honest with me. If you were to walk away from hunting today or tomorrow would you be okay with it." Elena Says

"What do you mean?" Dean Asks

"I mean after all these years especially the last 15 to 14 years, with all the good that we've all done by saving people and hunting things..would you be satisfied?" Elena Asks

Dean nods then thinks about it, he looks on over every event that's taken place over the last 15 years.
With seeing Sam again at college, hunting again, the boys running into Elena and Corinna again. Meeting Cas and Jack for the first time, saving the world and defeating everyone that's stood in their world and a smile comes across his face.

"Yeah..I would." Dean Says

"Really?" Elena Says

"Yeah, we've done all the good we can for this world Lena and if I were to call it quits and throw in the towel, I'd be okay with it." Dean Says

"Me too. Because I want our kids to have the best childhood, they could possibly have." Elena Says

"Then I can't wait for the future." Dean Says, she leaned in and they shared a sweet kiss then looked down at their sons.

Meanwhile outside the hospital someone is seen watching them through the window. The camera pans up revealing it's Castiel, who's smiling over at them and someone appears next to him.

"Beautiful isn't it." Jack Says

"It is." Castiel Says

"You miss them don't you?" Jack Asks

"More than you can imagine, but I'm glad to know that they're doing well without me." Castiel Says

"I miss them too," He smiles, "You know we can't stay long Cas." Jack Says

"I know we have work to do but, I just want to look a little longer..just for a moment." Castiel Says

Jack nods and the two of them watch on as Elena and Dean begin rocking James and Robert, in the room Dean turns his head then looks out the window and sees no one is there. He squints his eyes after thinking someone was there, but shakes his head then continues rocking James.

"See you soon Dean." Castiel Says, then vanishes.
