Jack is still filling out the form as the girl looks at him from the counter.
"New guy's hot." She turns to Sylvia, who raises her eyebrows. "What? I have eyes."
Jack approaches them, "I'm all done with the paperwork. Now what?" Then he hands the form to the girl.
"You can work with me." She Says, then hands the form to Sylvia.
"People come her from all walks of life. Make sure you look them in the eyes, give them a smile." Sylvia smiles.
"Then hand them a bagged lunch and a water."
She hands the next person in line a bag and a water,
"Thank you. Next. We used to give out Bibles, but we stopped."
"Oh. What I said earlier, about Connor..." Jack Says, as Sylvia looks startled.
"Excuse me." Sylvia Says
She walks away as the girl looks annoyed, Jack turns around and follows Sylvia, who is sitting down on a chair. She wipes away a tear.
"I'm I'm sorry. I didn't want to upset you." Jack Says
Sylvia doesn't look at him. Jack sits down next to her and sighs.
"I'm no good at this." Jack Says
"You're okay. It's just, uh, you were right. Connor and I, we...dated, years ago...sort of. More like we watched a lot of old movies together. We were kids and he was always there for me." Sylvia Says, then
breathes heavily.
"I lost someone, too." He sighs, "My mother." Jack Says, as Sylvia turns to look at him.
"Yeah?" Jack nods, "I, uh... My mom died three years ago. Now it's just me and Pastor Joe." Sylvia Says
"The-the pastor is your father?" Jack Says, as Sylvia nods.
"He's a better preacher than he is a dad, but, yeah." Sylvia Says
"Well, I have more dads than most, and I always just feel like I'm letting all of them down." Jack Says
"I've been there. You're sweet, Jack. Put your trust in God, not people." Sylvia Says, as Jack nods.

PATCHWORK COMMUNITY CENTER
Castiel and Elena is sitting in the Pastor's office with Pastor Joe.
"I don't believe in coincidences. Maybe we're being targeted." Joe Says
"Pastor who would target this church?" Elena Asked
"We don't call it that here. People have a lot of baggage with that word. We're a faith-based community." Joe Says
"I see." Elena Says
"So Um, has anyone else from this faith-based community gone missing?" Castiel Asked
"No, not missing, but people come and go all the time." Joe Says
"Like who?" Castiel Asked
"I don't know. Um, Brother Rudy, for instance. He handled most of our A.V. and tech. We recently parted ways." Joe Says
"Was there some kind of conflict?" Elena Asked, as Castiel starts taking notes.
"Uh, no. He just wanted to worship somewhere else." Joe Says
"Okay, well, we're gonna need to get his contact information." Castiel Says
The Pastor nods and the door opens and Sylvia looks in.
"Dad, do you have a sec?" Sylvia Asked
"In a minute. I'm with someone." Joe Says
"Yeah, butβ" Sylvia Says, as the Pastor interrupts her, looking annoyed.
"In a minute." Sylvia looked at him and sighed, then leaves, "You guys have kids?" Joe Asked, as Elena and Castiel shared looks.
"Yeah." Elena Says
"I, uh...It's complicated." Castiel Says
"It always is. Anyway, whatever I can do to help, let me know." Joe Says
"Okay. You really care about these people, don't you?" Castiel Says
"It's kind of part of the job. My wife, she grew up in this church and loved it. They were a bit more hardcore back then. Chalked everything that happened up to God's will. Never seemed to
realize thatβ" Joe Says
"God just doesn't care." Castiel Says
"I was gonna say that we all have to take care of each other." Joe Says
"Right." Castiel Sighed
"Anyway, I sold the building, moved us here, started to preach a gospel of love and service to our neighbors. Now, as long as people are willing to help as much as they can, all faiths and backgrounds are welcome." Joe Says
"What do you mean by, um, backgrounds?" Elena Asked
"Connor didn't have to live in fear of who he was. A gay man who believed in a tolerant God." Joe Says
"Well, I imagine not everyone was happy with the change." Castiel Says, as the Pastor chuckles.
"Not by a mile. But it doesn't matter. A saint is a sinner who keeps trying." Joe Says
GAS N SIP
Sam is putting gas into the Impala. The brothers sit down on the car, waiting for it to fill up.
"Not going in for a snack?" Sam Asked
"Saving room. I got four hours till all-you-can-eat. I have a process." Dean Says, as Sam types on his phone then inhales sharply.
"Ooh, can your process last for six hours? Lane closures I76." Sam Says
"Damn it!" Dean Says
"Pork rinds?" Sam Says
"Pork rinds." Dean Says
They get up and standing before them is... Amara.
"I think we can do better than that. Hello, Dean. Miss me?" Amara Says, as Sam and Dean stare.
"Amara." Dean Says
"You headed somewhere fun?" Amara Asked
"Well, we were headed to you, actually." Dean Says
"How'd you find us?" Sam Asked
"I smelled you from two states over, " She looks at Dean. "You have a very distinctive musk." Amara Says, as Dean looks smug.
"Thank you." Dean Says
"And I got wind of your friend Castiel's angelic APB. I knew you were looking for me." Amara Says
"Yeah." Sam Says
"We wanted to talk." Dean Says, and Amara holds up a hand.
"First, lunch." Amara Says
She indicates a billboard advertising Pierogis. Dean and Sam look at it. They turn back around.
"Pierogis?" Dean Says
"You're hungry, I'm hungry. I like new, Earthly experiences, and I have never had a Pennsylvania pierogi." Amara Says
She starts walking as Sam and Dean follow behind her.
STORAGE ROOM
Back in the storage room with Valerie. The countdown clock is beeping. The TV shows that it's almost over. The clock hits zero and the contraption cuts off another one of Valerie's fingers and she screams again.
The TV shows, "TiME iS rUnnINg OUT." Then the countdown starts anew.

PATCHWORK COMMUNITY CENTER
The Pastor is standing in the middle of the room, surrounded by members of his faith-based community. Jack is among them and Pastor Joe seems to be preaching.
"Jesus. Allah. Yahweh. Buddha. Krishna. Gaeia. The Four Winds." Joes
The door opens as Castiel and Elena renters the building.
"God, you go by so many names. But it doesn't matter what we call you. It matters how we live. Come be among us as we provide for those less fortunate. And please help us in welcoming our newest friend, Jack." Joe Says
"Welcome." They all say, as Jack raises his hand in greeting.
"Hello." Jack Says
"It's custom here that someone give testimony during prayer. Jack, as the newest member of Patchwork, I invite you to share your journey." Joe Says
Jack doesn't know how to reply and a few seconds pass.
"I...Um..." Jack Says, as Castiel speaks up.
"Um, I'll do it." Castiel Says
"Please." Joe Says
"My name is, um well, my name's not important. I do know what blind faith is. I used to just follow orders without question, and I did some pretty terrible things. I would never look beyond the plan. And then, of course, when it all came crashing down, I found myself lost. I didn't know what my purpose was anymore. And then one day, something changed, something amazing. I...I guess I found a family, and I became a father. And in that, I rediscovered my faith. I rediscovered who I am." Castiel Says, as Elena and Jack looks at him.
Later on The TV is on, showing Weather News. Everybody is sitting at tables. Jack is stirring something in a pot and The Pastor comes over.
"I hope I didn't put you on the spot earlier." Joe Says
"How'd you do it, bring all these people together with so many different ideas about religion?" Jack Asked
"It's not about what they believe. It's about what they do. I tell them to leave the rest at the door." Joe Says
"You make it sound so easy." Jack Says
"I always say, people are God's hands, each of us a finger for him to use. To lift each other up." Jack Says
He puts a hand on Jack's shoulder, then leaves. Jack hands the woman in front of him a bowl of soup. Suddenly, the TV shows static, changing to the countdown Valeria had on her TV. It shows 4 seconds left. Everybody turns to look.
The 4 seconds run out and the screen shows Valerie from above where the camera was. Her third finger is cut off and she screams.
Then the screen shows, "YoU woN't sAVe hER." Jack runs over to the TV and pulls the plug, but nothing happens. The Pastor and Sylvia join him. Jack finds a flash drive of some kind sticking out from the back of the TV and pulls it out, Castiel and Elena joins them.
"Who could have done this?" Jack Says
"I don't know." Joe Says
"I do." Castiel Says, as they turn to look at him.
PAVEL'S DELI
In Pavel's Deli Oldie's music is playing, as Amara is getting her Pierogis and Dean and Sam sits across from her.
"We want to take your brother down, and we need your help." Dean Says
"What makes you think I'd do that?" Amara Questioned, taking a bite of her meal.
"Because you've got beef with him past and present." Dean Says
"Amara, I saw into Chuck's mind. His memories. He asked you for help." Sam Says
"Refusing to help him isn't the same as betraying him." Amara Says
"You know what he's been up to the past couple of months? Snuffing out universes, one after the other?" Dean Says
"I know. I can feel it. He's very nearly done with the others." Amara Says
"And you don't care?" Dean Questioned
"It doesn't matter. There's nothing you two can do." Amara Says
"There is. See, our pal Jack, he's a nephilim, and he's getting stronger every day. And soon he'll be strong enough to overpower Chuck. Now, we have a way to trap him, but we can't do it without you." Dean Says, as Amara looks at him, thinking about it.
"No." Amara Says
"No?" Dean Says
"No. I won't betray him like that." Amara Says
"Why? I mean, I get he's your brother, but-" Dean Says
"Ugh, apologies, Dean, but you don't get anything. You see me sitting across from you. You see a woman, you see Chuck as a squirrelly weirdo. But you can't imagine what we really are. We came into existence together. We are the same." Amara Says
"The former Death, he told us you were the firstborn." Sam Says
"Or he told you what you needed to hear. Chuck and I, we're twins. Creation and destruction, light and dark, balance. And when we split apart, all this was created." Amara explained
"The Big Bang?" Sam Says
"Eh." Amara Says
"When you split? So when...when he threw you in a cage. When he betrayed you. When he trapped you for an eternity." Dean Says
"You can't play on that, not with me. Maybe I'm a fool, but I believe caging me hurt him deeply. And I know for me to do that to him would be an agony. I'm sorry. I can't help you." Amara Says, as Sam and Dean look down, disappointed.
APARTMENT
Over at Brother Rudy's Apartment we see a door. It crashes open as Elena enters and Jack & Castiel follows behind her.
"Brother Rudy left the congregation, the pastor said. It was amicable, butβ" Castiel Says
"Maybe that was a bad lie." Jack Says
"Yeah. Maybe." Elena Says
The three of them all look around the apartment, Castiel finds a door.
"And he was good with computers, so..." Castiel Says
They walk into the bedroom and find Brother Rudy dead, chained to the bed. There are flies buzzing around. He has been dead for a while. On the wall above the bed, it says, "LUST" in red paint.
"He's been dead a long time." Castiel Says
PAVEL'S DELI
We see Amara through the window, getting the check. She is alone. Dean and Sam are watching her from the Impala, he starts the engine and Sam sighs.
"You know, maybe it's for the better." Dean looks up and turns the motor off again, "What's going on? What are you doing?" Sam Says
"Wait here I'm gonna ask her something." Dean Says
He leaves the car then enters the diner and sits across from Amara.
"Why?" Dean Asked
"I told you, Dean, he's myβ" Amara Says
"No, no. No. Why did you bring her back? You said that you wanted to show me something, that you wanted to, uh to teach me something. I don't know if you were following along, but your little experiment, it came to a not-so-happy ending. My mom is dead. So what exactly did you want to show me? What was the point?" Dean Says
"I wanted two things for you, Dean. I wanted you to see that your mother was just a person, that the myth you'd held onto for so long of a better life, a life where she lived, was just that, a myth. I wanted you to see that the real, complicated Mary was better than your childhood dream because she was real. That now is always better than then. That you could finally start to accept your life." Amara Says
Dean's eyes start getting teary, but he looks away then. "And the second thing?"
"I thought having her back would release you, put that fire out. Your anger. But I guess we both know I failed at that." Amara Says
"You're damn right. Look at you. Just another cosmic dick rigging the game. You're just like your brother." Dean Says
"It was a gift, Dean, not a trial." Amara Says
"I'm not angry, Amara. I'm furious. To know that all my life, I've been nothing but a hamster in a wheel, stuck in a story. And you know whose fault that is? Chuck's. And it ain't just me. We're all trapped. Sam, Elena, Cas and Jack and even you. And you want to talk about the people that he's killing right now-" Dean Says
"Stop." Amara Says
"Why? He's not stopping. And you're doing nothing to stop it. Think he gives a rat's ass about you? Well, now who's living in a dreamworld?" Dean Says
Amara looks down, "Can I... trust you?"
"I would never hurt you." Dean Says, as they stare at each other for a while.
"Then...I-I'll think about it." Amara Says
PATCHWORK COMMUNITY CENTER
Outside the center Sylvia is seen crying on the porch, her friend joins her with her phone in hand.
"Your dad's freaking out." She Says
"Did he call the police?" Sylvia Asked, as she is typing on her phone while talking
"No. The FBI guys told him not to. But I posted something about it, and my feed is going bananas. So many frowny faces." She Says
Sylvia turns to look at The girl, shocked.
"What?" Sylvia Says
"This is so crazy. Can you even believe it?" She Says
"I believe." She takes out a knife then stabs it into the girl's stomach, "You never did." Sylvia Says, then
pulls the knife out and the girl falls to the floor.
Later on Pastor Joe is pushing a cloth on the girl's wound. As the girl is breathing heavily, crying.
"Easy, easy. Just hold on. We've called 911." Joe Says
"She's here. It's Sylvia..the storage room." She Says
Meanwhile Elena, Castiel and Jack have arrived back and see's the crowd making their way through it.
"Excuse me. Excuse me." Castiel Says
"You're gonna be okay." Joe Says
He leaves the girl with Mitch and runs away, presumably towards the storage room. Castiel,
Elena and Jack step on the porch.
"You got this?" Elena Asked
"Yeah." Castiel nods
"Okay, Jack your with me." Elena Says
Jack follows after Elena as Castiel kneels down and pulls Mitch's hand away.
"Let me." Castiel Says
In the Storage room The Pastor opens the door to the storage room and finds Valerie, passed out.
"Oh, dear God." Joe Says
He approaches her then Sylvia grabs him from behind, a knife to his throat.
"Sylviaβ" Joe Says
"Shut up." Sylvia Says
"Let me help you." Joe Says
"Oh Like you helped Mom?" Sylvia Says
"Your mother was sick. She wouldn't even go to the doctor. She said, "Put your trust in God." Joe Says
"And he called her home, and you made fun of her for that." Sylvia Says
"No, I didn't." Joe Says
"You changed everything. Those people in there, they don't worship God. They worship you." Sylvia Says
"Please don't do this." Joe Says
Soon Jack and Elena enters the storage room, Sylvia turns to look at them.
"Let him go." Elena Says, then Sylvia pushes the Pastor to the floor.
"I know you're in pain. I canβI can feel it. Just let me help you." Jack Says
"Everyone's trying to help me. Who are you? You're nothing. You're just a scared little boy trying to make your daddies happy." Sylvia Says
She pushes the knife into his chest and it heals instantly.
"What?" Sylvia Says
As Elena goes to approach her Sylvia tries to attack her, but she catches her arm and makes her drop the knife.
"Let me go!" Sylvia Yelled
"I don't think so." Elena Says
Castiel then enters and sees what's happening, Elena nods to him then he puts two fingers to her head.
"Don't hurt her!" Joe Says
"Sleep." Castiel Says
He puts her to sleep and lays her on the floor. The Pastor watches in wonder. Castiel goes to Valerie and lifts her head. She's unresponsive. He pulls off her chains with bare hands.
"Go get the police. Go!" Castiel Says
Jack nods then goes and Castiel heals Valerie's hand, fingers attached again. Valerie wakes up and looks at her hand. Her fingers are bloody but healed.
"Nice job Castiel." Elena Says, as the Angel nodded.
"What are you?" Joe Asked

The next morning Castiel, Jack, Elena and the Pastor stand in front of a police car.
"So You're an angel?" Joe Says
"Well, not a very good one." Castiel Says
"And you?" Joe Asked, looking to Elena.
"Oh, no, no not an Angel just a friend of theirs." Elena Says
A police man brings Sylvia to the car. Sylvia looks at the Pastor. She gets into the car and kisses the cross she holds in her hands.
"What's going to happen to her?" Jack Asked
"I don't know, but she won't be alone." Joe Says
A police man gets into the car and see his eyes turn red. It's Zack.
"Whatever she needs, whatever it takes, I'll find a place where she can get help. I spent my life taking care of all these other people. Should've been taking care of her." Joe Says, as Castiel looks to Jack.
TRUCK
Back on the Road Castiel, Elena and Jack are in the truck.
"Hey, Jack. When Pastor Joe asked you to speak, you were struggling. Was it, um, somethingβsomething you were afraid to say?" Elena Asked, as Jack slightly nodded.
"You know, what you're doing, you're shouldering a great burden. You don't have to do it alone." Castiel Says
"Yes... I do." Castiel sighs, "I've been lying to you, to all of you." Jack Says
"Lying about what?" Castiel Asked
"...I'm gonna die." Jack Says, as Elena and Castiel looks at him.
"What?" Elena and Castiel Says
"When weβwhen I kill Chuck and Amara, I'll die, too." He admitted, "Billie's spells have been turning me into some kind of bomb, and when I go off, God and Amara will cease to exist. And...I won't survive." Jack Says
Elena looks shocked at what she just heard, as Castiel looks heartbroken.
"Please Don't tell Sam and Dean." Jack Says
"Oh, yeah? Why not?" Elena Asked
"They won't understand. But I know...This is the only way they'll ever forgive me." Jack Says, as Castiel shakes his head.
"No. I watched you die once, and I will not do it again." Castiel Says
"He's right Jack we just got you back, please there's gotta be..this can't be right." Elena Says
"It's not your choice guys." Jack Says, looking to the both of them.
THE BUNKER
At night Dean is wearing his robe looking around the room, he walks into the library and sees a small pair of feet under a table and half smiles.
"There you are." Dean Says
He looks under the table and see's Wren holding her teddy bear in her arms, and laughs at him.
"You found me Daddy." Wren Says, giggling.
"That's right I did find you, next time you wanna play hide and seek you've got to get a better hiding spot." Dean Says
"Gotcha." Wren Says
"All right let's go," He picks her up and kisses her cheek, "Let's get you to bed baby girl." Dean Says
He takes a sip and grimaces. He hears footsteps and Castiel appears in the doorway.
"It's Cassy." Wren Says, pointing to Castiel.
"That is Cas good eye." Castiel stops walking,
"Hey, where you going? Where's Jack?" Dean Says
Castiel walks over and waved to Wren who's waving at him smiling.
"Oh he's in his room we got back, and didn't want to wake you up." Castiel Says
"Nah, I wasn't asleep. How'd the case go?" Dean Asked
"Oh, it went. Uh, we solved it, saved some people. Amara?" Castiel Says
"Yeah. Yeah we got her. I think she's on board." Dean Says
"Good." Castiel Says, then starts walking off.
"Wait. What's happening? Where are you going?" Dean Asked
"I'm going to look for another way. I have to." Castiel Says
"What the hell are you talking about?" Dean Says
"Dean, in case something goes wrong and I don't make it back, there's something you and Sam need to know..." Castiel Says, as Dean looks at him confused.
