THE BUNKER

Sam, Elena and Dean arrived back at the bunker, and they are walking through the bunker corridors.

"It's just every time I think about it, you know. It's like a nightmare. I mean I can't eat, I can't sleep-it's always just there watching me." Dean Says

"Dean, it's just a beard..I've been a little busy lately." Sam Says

"What's wrong with his beard?" Elena Says

"Everything's wrong with it Lena. Yeah well that's not an excuse, cause you know Duck Dynasty called and they want it all back." Dean Says

"Some people say I look good." Sam Says

"No Sam, by people you mean Corinna and that doesn't count." Dean Says

"If she likes it then I like it." Sam Says, as Dean rolls his eyes.

"Yeah okay, so where's my baby girl?" Dean Asks

"She's in Sioux Falls I asked Corinna to look after her, while we were out looking for you." Elena Says

"Oh Okay." Dean Says, he turns to leave but Sam stops him.

"Hey, you know." Sam Says

"Hey, if you're going to ask me if I'm ok, you don't have to." Dean Says

"Ok, it's just that you didn't talk a whole lot on the ride here." Sam Says

"Look, Michael bailed. I don't know why and don't know how: he just cleared out. Now as far as my memory goes, I mean everything from the second I said yes to the moment I walked through those doors is a blank. So, I'm good. I'm just really, really, happy to be...home." Dean Says

Dean soon enter's the library, which is full of hunters. Sam and Elena follows behind him.

"Yep, there have been a few changes made." Sam Says

A man with papers approaches warily, looking at Dean.

"Yeah not Michael anymore." Dean Says

"Right, Chief told us. Welcome back." He Says, then walks off.

"Chief?" Dean Says

"I asked them not to call me that." Sam Says

"He asks like he doesn't like it when they call them that but deep down he does." Elena Says, as Dean smirks.

"Dean?" Jack Says, approaching Dean.

"Hey kid." Dean Says

"Is it really you?" Jack Asks, as Dean nods his head yeah.

Castiel soon enters the bunker and approaches Dean, he acknowledges Castiel then hugs Jack.

"Dean." Castiel Says

"Cas." Dean Says

"I'm sorry. I wanted to be there, but we feared that Michael would sense my presence." Castiel Says

"Sam and Elena told me, ain't no thing." Dean Says

"Where's Mary?" Jack Asks

"She and Bobby stayed back in Duluth to clean up the situation." Sam Says

"Speaking of clean up, I need a shower." Dean Says

"Hey...you-" Sam Says

"Still ok. I promise." Dean Says, then he leaves the room.

"Hey Cas, uh how's Nick?" Elena Asks

"He's gone." Castiel Says

"What?" Sam and Elena Says

"He left a note, said that he had some personal business to attend to and he hasn't been returning my calls. He was in a dark place: maybe he just needed some time." Castiel Says

"Alright, yeah, maybe." Sam Says

"Sam. Elena..Dean, how is he really?" Castiel Asks

Sam and Elena exchanged looks then let's out breathy sighs.

"We don't know." Sam Says

"Why would Michael just give up his vessel like that?" Castiel Says

"I know it just doesn't make sense, but we don't know." Elena Says

"And why was Michael helping monsters?" Castiel Says

"Cas, truth is we don't know anything." Sam Says

In his room, Dean starts to undress, and then studies two small, thick scars on his upper right arm.

THE BUNKER

Dean, Elena, Castiel and Sam are in the bunker library. Dean pulls up his sleeve to show them the scar on his arm, Elena gently touches the scar.

"Where did this come from?" Elena Asks

"I don't know how I got it." Dean Says

"Well, what could hurt Michael like that?" Castiel Says

"Whatever it was it must have been strong." Sam Says

"Yeah." Elena Says

"So, Cas I'm going to need you to get in my head, do the whole Vulcan mind meld thing because if I can't remember what happened I'm going to need you to drag it out of me, okay?" Dean Says

"Wait a second, you sure about this?" Sam Asks

"Yeah, I can handle it." Dean Says

"Dean." Castiel Says

"Cas, c'mon hit me." Dean Says

Castiel places his hands on Dean's temples and goes though his memories and he sees Michael, using Dean's vessel.

"Anything?" Elena Asks

Castiel then touches the scar and we see flashbacks of a cloaked figure stabbing what looks like Michael in the arm. Dean opens his eyes and lets out a gasps.

"Dean, who was that?" Castiel Asks

SIOUX FALLS

SHERIFF DEPARTMENT

Jody Mills is sitting at her desk and she's messaging Alex when she receives a call on another phone from Sam.

"Sam! Any news?" Jody Asks

"Jody, hey, yeah, err.. sorry." Sam Says

"Hey, Jody I'm back!" Dean Says

"Hey, Dean, it is so good to hear your voice!" Jody Says

"Yeah, you too." Dean Says

"Jody, that's the good news." Castiel Says

"So What's up?" Jody Asks

"You know the thing that killed Kaia in the Bad Place: well we think it's here." Dean Says

"What?" Jody Says

"Yeah any chance you've noticed anything rift-related over there? A flare-up or anything?" Elena Asks

"No, no. I have video surveillance going down at the fair, Claire practically sat shiva down there. There's been nothing." Jody Says

"Well short version, when Michael was possessing me, he got hurt. It left a scar, two deep gashes, stabby, prongy, kinda like..." Dean Says

"Like someone stabbed you with a giant meat fork?" Jody Says

"Exactly. How did you know that?" Dean Asks

Jody looks down at victims' bodies on her notice board all with the same mark. Back in the bunker Elena, Castiel, Sam and Dean are seen packing for the hunt, and Jack enters the library.

"You're leaving?" Jack Says

"Yeah Kaia's killer's in Sioux Falls." Dean Says

"He, she or it can hurt Michael. We've just got to figure out how." Sam Says

"I'll get my things." Jack Says

"Jack that may not be the best idea." Castiel Says

"Michael's my enemy too. I fought him for months. And Kaia-I'm the one who brought her into this I'm responsible for what happened to her. I want to help." Jack Says

"Yeah well, not going to happen." Dean Says

"It's because I'm human now, is it." Jack Says

"No Jack, maybe you just need a little more-" Elena Says

"Training, I've been training with Bobby." Jack Says

"I know that and you've been doing good but-" Elena Says

"C'mon kid, look at you. You're barely 100 pounds soaking wet." Dean Says

Elena, Sam and Castiel looks at Dean as he's clearly hurt Jack's feelings. He walks away with his head down.

"Look Jack, I didn't mean to be a dick." Dean Says

As Jack walks away we see Jules, a hunter, almost carrying a young girl in to the bunker.

"A little help here!" Jules Says, as they all walk into the war room.

"Jules, what's going on?" Sam Asks

"The case I was working in Wichita, the missing teenagers, dried up bodies?" Jules Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Turns out it was a witch. She was holding the girls hostage and this," She looks down at the girl "Is the only survivor." Jules Says

"Oh." Sam Says

"It took brundeweld down with those witch killing bullets you gave me but as soon as I did something went wrong. Didn't even have time to bury the body before..." Jules Says

"Before what?" Elena Asks

"Lora, Show 'em." Jules Says

Lora shows her outstretched hand, with is aged and withered.

"The witch must have hexed her." Jules Says

"Elena could you uh." Dean Says

"Yeah sure." She kneels down, "May I?" Elena Asks

"Sure." Lora Says

Elena holds Lora's hand and her closes her eyes, then opens them and her eyes glow red.

"Damn it." Elena Says

"What's wrong?" Castiel Asks

"Looks like the witch that had you, used an aging spell." Elena Says

"Can you fix it?" Sam Asks, looking over at Castiel.

"I think so." Castiel Says, then he places his fingers on her forehead.

"Cas?" Elena Says

"Erm, this might take a while, you three go. Get to Sioux Falls before the trail goes cold and I'll catch up when I'm done." Castiel Says

"I don't know." Sam Says

"Yeah I can stay if you-" Elena Says

"No Cas is right, he can handle this. We need to hit the road. Let's go." Dean Says, then walks up the stairs.

"Cas call me if you need anything, or call Rowena okay." Elena Says

"Will do." Castiel Says

Elena nods then picks up her bag and walks up the stairs, Sam looks over at Lora and Jules.

"Sam." Castiel Says

"Yeah, all right, all right. Good work." Sam Says, he turns to Jules. She nods her head and smiles.

IMPALA

It's dark outside as Sam and Elena looks over as Dean is driving very, very fast.

"You're in a hurry." Sam Says

"Shouldn't I be? Don't worry about that girl, Cas has got it handled." Dean Says

"We know." Elena Says

"Then what, what's the problem?" Dean Asks

"Dean, we still have no idea why Michael let you go, where he is now or what he wants." Sam Says

"Yep, or who his favourite Spice Girl is." Dean Says

"C'mon man, this isn't a joke! something huge happened and you won't really even talk about it. Look, this whole Michael thing: we need to deal with it." Sam Says

"I'm going at 80 to deal with it. How can I be running from something when I'm racing toward it?!" Dean Says

"We know, it's kinda your thing." Elena Says

"Okay." Dean Says, then sighs.

"I'm just saying. You said you let Michael in, then bang, you're back in a blink. But for Lena and I, you were gone: for weeks. we didn't know if you were alive. I just need you to talk to me, or slow down so we can catch up." Sam Says

"Elena call Jody, let her know we're almost there." Dean Says

Sam looks at Dean then looks over at Elena who's sighs, and takes out her phone.

WOODS

The brothers and Elena arrive in the woods, Dean parks the Impala as they get out and and meet up with Jody.

"Dean, ooh welcome home. How did you do it?" Jody  Says, hugging Dean.

"What, me versus some ass bag archangel, who would you pick?" Dean Says

"You every time, hey you." Jody Says, as she hugged Elena.

"Hey Jody." Elena Says

"Look at you already losing weight for someone who just had a baby." Jody Says

"Aw thank you, I think it just cause of the stress." Elena Says, as Jody chuckles then hugs Sam.

"Hey, I like it." Jody Says, gesturing to his beard.

"See." He looks to Dean, who shakes his head. "How are you, how are the girls?" Sam Says

"Surprisingly good. Alex is still at the hospital; Patience is still in school, Claire's still Claire. I, I haven't been home since I talked to you guys. I may be avoiding her. It's just before telling her what's going on." Jody Says

"You need to know what's going on..." Sam Says

"That's it." Jody Says

Jody lays out a map on the hood of her car, showing them the locations.

"Ok, so here are the locations of the three bodies we found pointing to the map on the bonnet of her car. Found headless, by the way." Jody Says

"Human?" Elena Asks

"As far as I can tell, yeah. Until I talked to you guys,
I thought we were hunting a human too, maybe a serial killer. It'd be the first one in Sioux Falls since.." Jody Says

"Since Robert Leroy Anderson." Sam Says

Jody, Dean and Elena looks up at him as Sam shrugs his shoulders.

"Yeah, so I figured this area between the crime scenes is the best place to start looking for... whatever this is." Jody Says

"Shouldn't we wait til day break?" Elena Says

"Why? No, let's go." Dean Says, then walks towards the woods.

BUNKER

Back at the bunker, Jack is in the process of leaving, having left a goodbye note on his bed. As he walks towards the stairs, he overhears Castiel.

Inside one of the rooms Castiel and Jules are making a spell as Jack opens the door, on the bed is the girl Lora.

"Who is that?" Jack Asks

"It's a girl, Lora she's been enchanted." Castiel Says

"Like Sleeping Beauty." Jack Says

"No, no not like...this aging spell, it's killing her." Castiel Says

"Can't you just heal her?" Jack Asks

"No, I tried, but for some reason this magic is too knotty, so we contacted Rowena and she and Elena both suggested a reversal spell and were reading up on it now." Jack nods, then turns to leave. "Are you going somewhere?" Castiel Says

Lora wakes up and coughs, Jack looks over at her and drops his bag.

"No." Jack Says

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA

WOODS

Back in the woods, it's now morning and Dean is leading the charge, but racing ahead of Sam, Elena and Jody.

"We'll make better time if we split up." Dean Says

"No, Dean we'll be safer if we stick together." Sam Says

"Yeah." Elena Says

"If I get a vote, I'm in team stick together." Jody Says

"Fine..." Dean Says

Dean continues walking ahead as they follow behind him, he walks near a area and stops in his tracks when he sees something.

"Guys!" Dean Says

Jody, Elena and Sam walks up and they see three severed heads on poles.

"Holy mother of..." Jody Says

Sam takes out his machete as Dean walks closer towards the heads, he touches the lips of the severed head and sees the sharp fangs.

"Vampires." Dean Says

"Jody, these match your vics?" Elena Asks

"John Does, hard to tell. Three heads, three headless bodies: the maths work...except, I checked those bodies. I brought tissue samples home. Alex ran them underneath the microscope. Silver, dead
man's blood..there was no reaction." Jody Says

Dean leaning down towards a recently abandoned fire sees an image of a cloaked attacker. The image becomes reality as all four of them are attacked by the figure wielding a two pronged spear. She has the face of Kaia and disappears in to the forest.

"What the hell?" Dean Says

"It looked just like her. Like..." Jody Says

"Kaia." Sam Says

"Wait Kaia the dream walker girl that Jack knew." Elena Says

"You both saw her die over there, right?" Jody Asks

"Yes, absolutely." Sam Says

"What's happening?" Jody Says

"All we know is that thing: it dressed the same, it didn't move the same as the thing that killed Kaia." Dean Says

"How is that possible?" Elena Says

"I don't know, but let's find her and ask." Dean Says

THE BUNKER

Back in the bunker Jules and Castiel are reading over the spell, and gathering the ingredients.

"Sage, pyrite and sheep's eye, we got that here?" Jules Says

"Yes, storage room, red cabinet, bottom drawer, it's marked gross stuff." Castiel Says

Jules nods then leaves the room, Castiel looks over at Jack who sits at Lora's bedside. He goes to hold her hand, but Lora flinched.

"Ah it's ok." Jack Says

"Is that your Dad?" Lora Asks

"One of them, yes. Do you have parents? Or someone we can call?" Jack Asks

"My mom, but she probably hates me." Lora Says

"Why?" Jack Asks

"Because I left, I ran away. I hated school, I hated our crappy one star fleet town and I hated her rules. I was sick of being treated like a kid. I thought I could make it on my own but then I met her." Lora Says

"The witch?" Jack Says

"She took me in, me and two other girls. At first we didn't wanna leave, she fed us gave us all nice things. She was kind. She said having us there kept her young but then she caught me, she locked us up. Rachel started getting sick: just like this" She shows him, her withered hand "Then Tally the same thing, they withered away: to nothing. When your friend showed up I thought I was saved but then it started taking me too even faster than the others." Lora Says, tearing up.

"Cas is gonna fix this, I promise." Jack Says

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA

WOODS

Back in the woods Sam, Elena and Jody are walking up towards Dean who's further ahead.

"Dean...Dean, what is it?" Elena Asks

"She's got a light foot but she's still leaving tracks." Dean Says, he goes to walk but Sam stops him.

"Whoa hold hold up. Wait a sec." Sam Says

"What?" Dean Says

"Her face you saw it too, the bruises." Sam Says

"Yeah, could have been vamps." Dean Says

"Or it could have been Michael. C'mon, three vamps in Sioux Falls and not a single civilian death. That's not an accident. I think they were hunting her." Sam Says

"Why?" Dean Says

"I think because Michael sent them to finish what he started." Sam Says

"Ok, well we don't know that." Dean Says

"Jody tested the bodies, Dean, they're different, they're immune to dead man's blood the same way Michael's werewolves were immune to silver." Elena Says

"Doesn't change the plan." Dean Says, then walks off.

"Dean." Elena Says, then sighs.

"Come on." Sam Says, he pats Elena on the shoulder and they continue walking throughout the woods.

THE BUNKER

Back at the bunker Cas and Jules are now performing the reversal spell.

"Tamin sa rawta cantarmin rivatartaw so valtor tarmin rivatartor cantarmin sovartor cantarmin rivatartor." Castiel and Jules Says

Castiel throws the last ingredient into the bowl, and a loud explosion is heard. Lora jerks up from her sleep, Jack calms her.

"How are you feeling?" Castiel Asks, looking at Lora.

"I don't know." Lora Says

Suddenly Lora gasps and starts choking, she collapses in the bed, as Jack looks worried.

"Lora?, No!" Jack Says

"Help.." Lora Says

THE WOODS

Back in the woods they are still walking around, until Jody gets a call from Claire but she declines it.

"All good?" Sam Asks

"Yeah, the girls are asking for me." Jody Says

"You gonna tell them?" Elena Asks

"They have a right to know but I can't. I promised Claire human cases are mine, but anything "Monstery" I'd loop her in: this. God. Claire's been doing so good. I mean anything connected to Kaia, she's a powder keg. First loves strikes quick, and then to lose it like that." Jody Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Wow, you three are having a time of it." Jody Says

"Yeah, he's working something out and he's working it out alone." Elena Says

"The only thing we do know is he's not ready for this case." Sam Says

"Maybe..or maybe he needs it." Jody Says

Somewhere in the woods the other Kaia finds a cabin and is having had a drink and taken some food. She is caught off guard by Dean, who knocks her out with the butt of his rifle. We next see her tied to a chair in the cabin.

"What are you?" Jody Asks

"If you're asking if I'm the girl you knew, your Kaia: No." She Says

"Then what, you're from over there, right?" Sam Asks

"You know I am." Kaia Says

"So you're Kaia's double, hmm like bad Cas or new Bobby?" Dean Says

"What I was to her, she was to me. You can never understand." Kaia Says

"Then why did you kill her?" Elena Asks

"That was an accident. I was tryin to kill the blonde." Kaia Says

"Alright. how did you crossover, how did you open a rift?" Kaia remains silent, he sighs "Ok, why are you here?" Sam Asks

"You mean right here, cause of him." Kaia Says, nodding over to Dean.

"Yeah not him, not Michael, not anymore." Dean Says

"I know, you're much weaker." Kaia Says, Dean looks at her then approaches.

"Maybe, but you're still scared." Dean Says

"Not of you, of them. The monsters he sends after me. Every time I slow down there's more, there's always more." Kaia Says

As back near the sight where the severed vampire heads are, we see a pack of vampires on their trail.
