HOSPITAL

It's currently raining outside, windy is blowing strong as lighting strikes show throughout the sky.
Meanwhile inside a hospital there's nurses and doctors scattered all over the place, but in one of the spare delivery rooms a woman's screams can be heard.

"Ahhh!, Damn it!"

The camera pans around the hospital bed and it shows, Elena who's sweaty and looks exhausted with the doctor helping her deliver.

"Okay Good Good, okay breathe Elena you're doing great." She Says

"Really because I'm still pushing and so far nothing." Elena Says

"Wait till the next contraction to push, which is now okay 3..2..1 push give me a big one." She Says

"Ahhh!" Elena Says

"And breathe." She Says

"How are we looking down there?" Elena Asks

Dean who's behind the Doctor, he looks down under then back up at Elena.

"Uh..well there's a head! we got a head!, who see almost done." Dean Says, walking back to Elena kissing her on the cheek.

"Ugh get this baby out of me!" Elena Says

"Come on we're almost there, push come on push."

"You wanna hold my-" Elena aggressively grabs his hand, he winced in pain. "Hand Ow.., okay babe that hurts." Dean Says, as Elena gives him a pointed look.

"Your hand pain is nothing compared to this-ahhh!, here's another contraction." Elena Says

"Come on push give me a big push Elena." She Says

"Ahhhh!, Ugh this is all your fault!" Elena Says, looking at Dean.

"I know I'm sorry, but focus all that on pushing out the baby." Dean Says, while wincing in pain as Elena squeezes his hand.

"There's the shoulders, come on one last push you're almost there Elena." She Says

Elena breaths in then exhales as she takes one last push, the sound of a baby's screams are heard and her eyes open.

"And you're baby is here." She Says

"Lena you did it, our baby's here..I'm proud of you." Dean Says, he kisses Elena.

"Are they okay, what's the se-" Elena Says

All of a sudden her vision gets blurry and she stops speaking, Elena's eyes start to roll back and her body begins shaking.

"Lena? Elena!" Dean Says

"Oh god someone take the baby, help me with her now lay her down." She Says

The doctor hands the baby to one of the nurses, Dean looks on worriedly at Elena as they nurses tries to control her body.

"What's going on, what's happening...Elena!" Dean Says

APOCALYPSE WORLD

Elena's eyes open as she wakes up, she sits up and starts breathing heavily and wipes away the sweat off her forehead. She looks around at her tent, she sighs in relief.

"It was just a dream.." She looks down at her large pregnant belly. "It was just a dream." Elena Says, letting out a sigh.

APOCALYPSE WORLD

SURVIVOR COLONY

Elena wakes up in one of the houses on the camp, she wipes her face clean with a rag then looks into the mirror. She then looks down at her hair, there's a pair of scissors nearby then picks them up and begins cutting some pieces of her hair.

Minuets later she sets the scissors down, and looks up at the mirror at her new haircut and nods impressed.

Elena walks out the house and says good morning to all the other people in the colony.
Mary who's having breakfast near the bon fire, is joined by Elena carrying a plate of food.

"Morning." Elena Says

"Mhm Morning.." She looks at Elena's hair. "Did you?" Mary Says

"Yeah..I figured it was time, besides my hair hasn't been this short since I was nine." Elena Says

"Well I like it, for some reason it suits you." Mary Says

"Thank you." Elena Says

Elena starts eating her eggs, Mary looks at her and see's her face.

"All right what's wrong?" Mary Asks

"Hm." Elena Says

"That face I can tell when something's wrong, tell me." Mary Says, as Elena sighs.

"Okay..last night I was having this dream, we were back in our world. And Dean and I were in a hospital room as I gave birth to our child." Elena Says, as Mary smiles.

"Yeah." Mary Says

"Yeah, I mean things were going until I gave the nurse a final push and the baby came out. But I never got the chance to see the baby..because.." Elena Says

"Because what Elena?" Mary Asks

"Because I think I died, I mean everything became a blur and the only thing I heard was Dean calling my name and the baby crying. Then I woke up.." Elena Says

"Oh, Elena that's just a dream it's not going to happen." Mary Says

"I don't know Mary, I mean last time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage and it nearly killed me. So I'm afraid if I deliver this baby, there's a chance I might die." Elena Says

"Listen to me you're going to be just fine okay, nothings gonna happen." Mary Says

"Mary it's February and I'm about 40 weeks pregnant, I could go any day by now based on these little cramps I'm getting." Elena Says

"Yeah those are Braxton hicks, I used to get them when I pregnant with Sam and Dean. It's totally normal for women to get them towards the end of their pregnancy." Mary Says

"Okay." Elena Sighs

"You're gonna be okay I promise." Mary Says, as Elena nods.

Later on Elena is seen helping out some of the camp's people, with washing the dishes. Jack walks over handing her a dish, he hands it to her.

"Here." Jack Says

"Thanks Jack.." She groans, and rubs her stomach. "Whoa." Elena Says

"Are you okay?" Jack Asks

"Yeah I'm fine, it's just the baby kicking that's all." Elena Says

"Oh, Elena do you ever wonder what the gender of the baby's gonna be?" Jack Asks

"Yeah all the time." Elena Says

"You know I can tell you, if you want." Jack Says

"No that's okay Jack, I'd like to be surprised..the element of surprise is what makes my pregnancy special at least to me." Elena Says

"Well the other day, I calculated the time of when your baby was conceived..my hypothesis, the baby would be born either on the 7th or 8th." Jack Says, as Elena nods her head.

"Really..you spent half your afternoon doing that?" Elena Says

"That and spending time with the kids here, they really love my puppet shows." Jack Says, smiling.

"Well I'm happy they love it, I mean these kids could use some joy in their lives." Elena Says

"I'm glad I can help with that." Jack Says

Three kids walks over to where Jack and Elena is, one of the boys tugs on Jack's sweater.

"Hey Jack." He Said

"Oh hi Ryan, Gabe and Ben." Jack Says

"We were just about to go play capture the flag." Ryan Says

"We're gonna use Gabe's pillow case as a flag." Ben Says

"It's gonna be fun, do you want to join?" Ryan Asked

"Sure..if that's okay?" Jack Asked, looking over at Elena.

"Yes it's okay, go have fun and stay near the area okay." Elena Says

"Okay." Jack Says

Elena smiles as she watches as Jack walks off with the kids, she also looks over at one of the other kid, she's sitting alone tossing rocks near a creek, Elena walks over to her.

"Mind if I join?" Elena Asks

"Sure go ahead." She Says

"So Marley, you want to tell my you're not out playing capture the flag with the other kids?" Elena Asks

"I don't know maybe I just didn't want to, besides I rather learn how to hunt." Marley Says

"Marley come on your what almost 12, you should be you know being a kid." Elena Says

"Kind of hard to do when the world is completely you know ruined." Marley Says

"Well the sun still rises and the moon rises as well, so that means the world isn't completely ruined." Elena Says

"You know you remind me a lot of the you from this world, that Elena was so hopeful that one day this will all be over." Marley Says

"I'm glad that I never gave up on hope because someone once told me, that tough times never last but tough people do." Elena Says

"Why does that sound like something Bobby would say." Marley Says, as Elena smiles.

"Because he did, well my Bobby did." Elena Says

"Hm." Marley Says

"Marley answer me this, why do you want to learn to hunt so badly?" Elena Asks

"Because it's all I've ever been around, I mean..I just want to be prepared that's all. I'm pretty good with a knife Bobby taught me, but I really want to learn how to use those bad boys." She gestured to the guns, one of the men are wearing. "Those have Angel killing bullets in them." Marley Says

"I've heard, Marley you know you don't have too become a hunter..you're still a kid. You have all the time in the world to figure out what you want to be." Elena Says, as Marley nods.

"I know that..but Elena let's be real, there's no way we're ever escaping this...I either become a hunter
or end up dead like my parents." Marley Says

"Well Marley..I see more to hunting in your life." Elena Says, as Marley looks at her.

"How can you be so sure?" Marley Asks

"I have hope, that's why." Elena Says

Elena picks up a rock and tosses it into the creek, she pats Marley on the shoulder and walks away. As Marley picks up another rock and tosses it.

Later on that night Bobby is standing around on patrol while everyone sits around and eat, Jack is sitting with Marley, and all the group of kids and some teens. Bobby looks through his binoculars, a hand taps on his arm he turns and looks, it's Elena.

"I thought you might be hungry, you like beans and rice." Elena Says

"Yeah I do, thanks." Bobby Says, as Elena gives him the plate of food.

"Welcome." Elena Says

"So how's that kid of your doing?" Bobby Asked

"Jack's okay, I mean he's normally a curious kid but he seems okay." Elena Says

"No I wasn't talking about Angel boy, I meant that kid in there." Bobby Says, gesturing to her belly.

"Oh..everything over here it's okay." Elena Says

"Did the Braxton hicks start already?" Bobby Asks

"Yes they did, and they are a pain." Elena Says

"Yeah well Karen went through that with my son." Bobby Says

"You had a son?" Elena Says

"Yeah, his name was Daniel..before I met your mother it was just Karen, Daniel and I." Bobby Says

"My mother did she-" Elena Says

"Your mother and I met the night my wife died, Karen was-" Bobby Says

"Possessed." Bobby looks at her. "In our world, my dad lost his wife due to possession of a demon..you had to kill her, and I guess you had to do the same here." Elena Says

"Yeah.." He sighs "Daniel and I had to buried her, after that..Eleanor told me about you know about what goes bump in the night. After that we got closer from hunting together, and soon we had you. Daniel was happy that he had a another sibling, you two were inseparable." Bobby Says, as Elena smiles.

"That's nice to hear..growing up I've always wanted another sibling. It was just me and my dad." Elena Says

"It wasn't too bad right?" Bobby Asks

"No it wasn't..believe me we had our bad days, but the good out weighs the bad. My dad raised me the best he could, and if he were alive..I know he'd happy for me." Elena Says, gently rubbing her belly.

"I don't know it's just, at first when you came here..it was so hard to look at you because you remind me of her. My Elena.." He sighs "She deserved better I mean, she never wanted to be a hunter. All she wanted was to get married, and have a bunch of kiddos running around but that never got to happen, for her or Daniel." Bobby Says

"What happened to me, I mean her..how'd she die?" Elena Asks

"When Daniel was taken by the angels, Elena and Eleanor wanted to go and look for him. And I did
too but these people they needed me and I just didn't want to risk losing them, but Ellie and and Elena were just so stubborn I told them to wait for me.
But before I could stop them, it was to late..they got ambushed and Michael killed them." Bobby Says

"I'm so sorry that happened." Elena Says

"Don't be..it's okay, I know it's only been three years but..there's a lot of things I wish I could back and stop from happening." Bobby Says

"Yeah me too." Elena Says

"I'm sorry kiddo." Bobby Says, as Elena looks at him.

"It's okay, I'm gonna be okay..I am a Singer after all." Elena Says, as Bobby a cracks a smile.

"Damn right." Bobby Says

HOUSE

Later that night Elena is about to turn off the lantern in the run down living room, she hears a knock at the door and goes to open the door only to see Marley.

"Hi." Marley Says

"Hey." Elena Says

"I uh...I couldn't sleep, and I have a hard time sleeping during rain storms." Marley Says

"So.." Elena Says

"Can I stay here with you and Mary, please." Marley Says

Elena looks down at the child and sees her carrying a stuffed animal and blanket, she smiles and open the door wider.

"Come on, Marley." Elena Says

"Thank you." Marley Says

Inside the room where Elena is sleeping, Marley sits down on the bed.

"You sure?" Marley Asks

"Yeah, I mean this late in my pregnancy I barely get enough sleep as it is, I'm lucky enough to get three hours of sleep. You can lay down in my bed if you'd like." Elena Says

"Thanks, you know you're wayyy to nice right." Marley Says

"And you can be wayyy to mean at times." Elena Says

"Only to people I don't like." Marley Says

"What you didn't like me at first?" Elena Says

"No it was just the Elena that I knew, we were close..and I when she died it really hurt. She was like..a..a second mother to me." Marley Says

"I bet she was." Elena Says

"But..you're like a big sister." Marley Says

"I'll take that too." Marley smiles, then chuckles. "Look at a smile, haven't seen one of those in a while from you." Elena Says

"Mhm, sorry I'm a not a jittery person." Marley Says

"I can tell.." Elena Says, as she and Marley laughs.

"So..tell me, are you afraid of you know giving birth to your kid?" Marley Asks

"Yeah..I am, but the baby has to come out some how. And besides I'm dying to meet them." Elena Says

"Must sucks that their dad isn't gonna be here to witness it." Marley Says, as Elena sighs.

"Yeah it is gonna suck, and if we never do make it home..I'm gonna tell my son or daughter the many stories of how good of a person their dad was, and how much he would loved them." Elena Says

Marley nods and half smiles at that, the rain starts pouring really hard and she yawns and lays down on the bed. Elena gets up and takes the blanket she carried, and wraps Marley under the blanket then tucks her in.

"Night Marley." Elena Says, in a whisper.

HOUSE

Throughout the night it continued to rain, as the rain stood when the sun began to rise Marley was still asleep, but awoken at the sound of screaming.

"Huh what?" Marley Says

"Ahh!"

Marley takes the blanket off her and gets off the bed, opening the door and enters the living room to find Elena panting and clutching at her stomach.

"Elena, what's going on?" Marley Asks

The door opens and Mary enters, in a panic and rushes towards Elena.

"Elena honey speak to me, what's wrong?" Mary Asks

"My water broke a couple minutes ago and..I think the baby's coming." Elena Says, breathily.

"Oh god okay..um here sit down in this chair." Mary Says

Mary helps Elena sit down in an arm chair, Marley looks on nervously.

"Ma-Mary I'm scared okay, these contractions really hurt Ahhh!" She winced in pain "There goes one." Elena Says

"Okay when did the contractions start?" Mary Asks

"Uh last night when I was asleep, I just thought it was the Braxton hicks..but these were way worse." Elena Says

"Okay yeah your definitely in labor, now stay right here I'll be right back." Mary Says

"Wait where are you going?" Elena Asks

"I'm going to get us some help I'll be right back I swear, Marley come here." She and pulls her aside.
"I'm gonna need you to stay with Elena for a couple minutes." Mary Says

"What no I can't, what if that baby is going to start coming out." Marley Says

"Trust me that baby's not coming out soon, just keep her calm until I'll come back with more help." Mary Says

"Okay Mary." Marley Says

Mary half smiles at Marley and pats her shoulder, then leaves the small house. Marley walks over to Elena, who's breathing in and out calmly and groans in more pain.

BASE

Meanwhile Bobby is helping more of the survivors on the base, he's talking with one of them as Mary approaches him.

"Bobby I need your help." Mary Says

"What's wrong, is there any angels near camp?" Bobby Asks

"No it's not them, it's Elena..she's in labor." Mary Says, as Bobby's eyes widen.

"Oh uh Mary I don't know." Bobby Says

"What's going on?" Jack Asks

"It's Elena, she's gone into labor." Mary Says

"Is she hurt? is she okay?" Jack Asks

"She's fine for now Jack, but we need someone to help her deliver this baby." Mary Says

"Can't you do it, I mean you had kids." Bobby Says

"Yeah in a hospital do you see any of those around here." Mary Says

"I can help."

Mary, Jack and Bobby turns to see one of the survivors at the camp. He puts down his plate.

"Jerry, are you sure?" Bobby Asks

"Yeah I mean before the apocalypse, I was a doctor..I can help her if you want." Jerry Says, as Mary sighs in relief.

"Okay thank god, all right what do we need?" Mary Asks, as they all walks in her direction.

HOUSE

Elena groans more in pain as the contractions worsen, Marley continues to hold her hand.

"Marley." Elena Says

"Yeah." Marley Says

"Hand me a glass of water, mmm please." Elena Says

Marley gets up and walks into that kitchen area, she takes a cup and fills it up with water from the faucet.
She walks back over to Elena, and gives her the drink.

"Thank you." Elena Says

"Don't worry Elena, Mary should be back any minute now." Marley Says

"I hope so.." Elena Says

The door opens and in comes Mary, Jerry and Jack.

"Oh thank you." Elena Says

"Hello Elena." Jack Says

"Hey Jack." Elena Says, as Jack kneels down to her.

"You don't look to good." Jack Says

"Oh don't worry it's just sweat." Elena Says

"Elena you know Jerry right, well Jerry's going to help deliver your baby." Mary Says

"What?, are you sure you know what your doing here?" Elena Asks

"Elena I was very good doctor before the apocalypse happened, I've delivered babies before now I understand this is your first baby. And I want you to stay calm and just breathe, now let me take a look here." Jerry Says

Elena props her legs up as Jerry covers her legs with a towel, he checks underneath it as everyone looks at him.

"Okay it appears that you've dilated at six centimeters." Jerry Says

"Is that good?" Elena Asks

"Yes that's good, okay you can't start pushing just yet..you have have to wait until it's about at least 9.5 or 10 centimeters." Jerry Says

"Oh come on." Elena Says, in annoyance.

"I know but you have wait just a little longer alright." He looks at his watch. "How far long are your centimeter's?" Jerry Asks

"About three minutes apart." They all look to her. "What I just started counting." Marley Says

"Okay, right now all you can do is just breathe and try to keep your heart rate at ease." Jerry Says, as Elena nods.

Mary walks over and holds Elena's hand and kisses the back of it, Jack smiles at her. About three hours later, Jerry keeps a close eye on Elena as Mary, Jack and Marley tries to keep her calm.

"Ahhh!, this hurts so bad!" Elena Says, as Jerry checks underneath her towel.

"What's she at now Jerry?" Mary Asks

"She's dilated abut..ten centimeters, okay Elena it's time to start pushing." Jerry Says

"I don't think I can this hurts." Elena Says

"Elena trust me, yes you can okay..you've got this." Mary Says

Elena takes a deep breath then begins pushing, Mary stays near her as this goes on. Jack and Marley stands near the door watching on, hoping that everything goes well.

There's a montage of Elena continuously pushing and screaming in pain, she leans back in tears to Mary.

"Ahhh! Get this baby out of me please!" Elena Says

"Oh I see a head ha!, we're almost there okay..I'm gonna need you to push some more." Jerry Says

"You can do this Elena." Jack Says

Elena sits up and takes several pushes, the contractions continue to be a pain but she fights through it. Mary doesn't let go of her hand.

"Big push okay one more." Jerry Says

"Ahhhh!" Elena Says

She takes one final push and the sounds of a baby's screams is heard, Elena leans back in the chair out of breath and exhausted.

"And we have a baby." Jerry Says

"Are they okay?" Elena Asks

"The baby's just fine." He cuts the umbilical cord with scissors, "Congratulations Elena, here's your baby girl." Jerry Says

Elena's eyes get teary eyed as Jerry hands over the baby to her, she looks down at her daughter and caress her head.

"Hi, baby girl." Elena Says, then kisses her forehead.

Jack and Marley walks over towards Elena, Mary kneels down and looks over at the baby.

"Looks like I was right, I knew she'd be born on the 7th." Jack Says, as Elena smiles.

"So what are you going to name her Elena?" Marley Asks

Elena looks down at her baby, then over at Mary.

"I always had a soft spot for the name, Wren." Elena Says

"Wren Singer, interesting name." Jack Says

"No not Singer, her names going to be Wren Elizabeth Winchester." Elena Says, as a smile forms on Mary's face.

"Wren Winchester..I love it." Mary Says

"Yeah me too." Elena Says, looking back down at Wren who's asleep in her arms.
