AFTER 2 YEARS...

SCENE 1: Vansh was in his office, when he got a call...from dadi

Vansh: Dadi, i am in a important meeting, can i call you back?

Dadi: Vansh come early today to home, we are having a dinner with riddhima's parents...

SCENE 3: Vansh and riddhima head back to their room after celebrations...

Riddhima: Vansh? Are you really happy, with this baby? I know you were scared of having children because of the way your parents hid everything from you and you slowly got detached from them, you don't even speak to Ma, with the affection you used to!

Vansh: I know riddhima, i am still scared that i will also turn out like them and our son/daughter will hate me!

Kabir: Sorry bhai and babhi to disturb you, i was caught up in work, so couldn't attend the dinner...but Ma told me about the good news! Congrats to both of you! Vansh: Thanks, now go to sleep, we need to meet the doctor and set up your diet plan...and excersies...there is a lot of things i need to do! So sleep...

SCENE 4: AFTER 4 MONTHS...

Vansh: Riddhima! Drink this kale juice..

Riddhima: I hate it! I want to eat something sweet, like chocolate, please get something chocolate na! *she makes baby eyes*

Vansh: You know right, i can't resist that face...fine but on one condition,drink at least half, then we will go and eat chocolate ice cream, please?

Riddhima: You are sooo manipulative, did someone ever say that to you?*she grabs the glass and gulps it down*

Vansh: *wiping her mouth* That's like my good girl!

That day night riddhima finds vansh sleeping on a couch with a book..

Vansh: You didn't sleep yet?

Riddhima: Nope, but you need to stop stressing over it and relax also, you are almost around me 24/7....i can take care of our baby vansh....

Riddhima: *she starts crying* You can't even get pani puri for me?? I am carrying a child for you, and you can't even get pani puri? You are vansh raisinghania!!

Vansh: *he wispers under his breath* Oh god here we go again! Riddhima, calm down, i will go and get pani puri, just wait for a few minutes i will arrange it!

Vansh continued to fulfill all her craving

SCENE 4: Vansh just came back from office and find riddhima sitting on the bed...reading a book aloud..

Vansh: Why are you reading the book so loudly?

Riddhima: Because the studies have shown that at this stage baby can start hearing things..so i am reading for our baby...and also listening to soft music can help sooth the baby's mind!

Vansh: Well looks like someone did their research..interesting, very interesting!

Riddhima: Ouchh!!

Vansh: *rushes towards her* Are you okay? Lets call the doctor..*he is about to call but riddhima stops him*

Riddhima: See baby, your dad is soo worried...so stop kicking..

Vansh: Kicking?? Is the baby kicking?? *he keeps his ears on her baby bump* Baby, go a little easier on your mother, because i can't see her in pain, please...

Riddhima: Looks like the baby has already chosen it's team, you said and it stopped kicking!

Vansh: After all who is the father of the baby?? *they chuckle*

...just a month before delivery..

Vansh: Riddhima, just one more month, and our baby will be out!! * The excitement was clearly reflecting in his voice*

Riddhima: V....van...vansh!! AHHHH!!! It's paining vansh! Alot!!!!!

Vansh: What?? *he picks her up and takes her to the hospital*

SCENE 5: Vansh meets the doctor...

Vansh: How is she now?

Doctor: I am sorry Mr. Vansh, but we have to deliver the baby right away...

Vansh: But it's still 1 month due right? If you are doing this early? Are there any complications in the pregnancy?

Doctor: There was a placental abruption, if we keep the baby longer in the womb the baby will not get food, and riddhima can't handle it...so we may have to proceed with the surgery vansh, don't worry she will be in the best neonatal surgeons hands...but i must warn you the surgery has its own complications...and there might come a point that you have to choose between riddhima and your child..so it's better to not to get your expectations high...

Vansh: Ok..

He goes to riddhima, who is still unconcious because of the sedatives...

SCENE 6: AFTER 3 MONTHS...

Vansh: Riddhima?? Where are the diapers? I can't find any!

Vansh: Oh yeah i found it... *he talks in a baby voice* Now, we will change the diaper!! So you ready....papa has to pass this exam, otherwise mumma will scold me right! Aadhya...and papa are in a team right??

So finally the tough macho vansh has changed into a cute loving husband and father...
