fifty four.

abien practically cussed herself out everyday for ever even talking to calum. apparently calum wasn't who she thought he was? she felt played in the dumbest way possible. again her mom was right about her calum. monica appeared to be right about all of abien's relationships. the last boy abien talked to, her mom knew he wasn't any good for her.

if calum thought abien wasn't crying over him he was wrong. at night abien would stay up late practically crying her heart out.

her parents never expected calum to do that, they overhead plenty of conversations and calum sounded so sincere. they were now cautious at her new mood. abien never cried like she did and especially over a boy. they knew calum must've meant something to her.

her mother still being her best friend, literally spoiled abien just to get her mind off of calum.

abien didn't know whether to be angry or upset. nonetheless, she still wore his shirts and hoodies because she missed him.

after a while three weeks had passed and abien had moved into her own apartment, ready to start college. she planned on getting a job somewhere close.

after abien's shower she pulled on a pair of sweatpants and calum's hoodie. she heated up leftover thai food that she had the previous night. grabbing a bottle of water and the box of food, she made her way to the living room, sitting on the floor in front of the couch.

just as she sat down her phone rang from her bedroom making her groan. abien huffed as she stood up and ran off to her room. she had a facetime call from an unknown number. she declined it, stuffed it in her pocket, then went back to the living room.

the phone rang again and she literally wanted to throw it out the window. all she wanted to do was eat in peace without any interruptions.

abien put a finger over the camera and answered the call. "hello?"

michael appeared in the screen with the rest of their crew around him. "hey, it's michael. and luke, ashton, and violet."

"sorry i didn't know it was you guys calling, what's up?" abien told them, showing her face in the camera.

"not much, we just wanted to say hi."

"oh." she nodded, eating her food.

"are you okay?" luke asked her, raising his eyebrows.

"yeah, why wouldn't i be?" she asked.

"whatever happened between you and calum.."

"look that was gonna happen anyway. he was either going to say it to my face or over text. i blame myself for it anyway, calum doesn't love me like he says and i'm dumb and naive." abien said with a shrug.

"no no. abien it's not your fault. you have to know that calum didn't mean that." michael shook his head.

"really? well it didn't seem like it."

"trust me, he has a whole lot to explain to you." luke assured her.

"then why hasn't he?" abien pondered.

"he doesn't know if you'd want to talk to him." ashton spoke.

abien huffed, rolling her eyes. "i don't want to, he's right about that."

"wait, is that.. isn't that calum's hoodie?" luke squinted his eyes.

abien blushed and bit the insides of her cheek. "maybe.."

"are you not over him?" violet asked, feeling bad for the poor girl.

"i can't wear his hoodie and be over him?"

"well most people burn their ex's things or something." luke chuckled.

"i hate calum but this is hoodie is comfortable."

"no you don't. you hate what he did to you, you don't hate him."

"let me talk to her, this is girl talk. you guys are horrible." violet muttered, snatching the phone from michael earning complaints from the three guys. she walked off to a room and locked the door behind her.

"calum's an idiot, we can agree on that." violet told abien who laughed and nodded. and from saying that, abien and violet talked the rest of the day.
